The location is perfect. Rooms were clean. Bed covers and mattresses were clean and comfortable. In general, the building is clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. I felt safe in the woman's part that was locked with app locks. I was pleased that in our room, the ladies were respectful to each other, and even if someone got up early or returned late, it wasn't noisy. The room was well furnished (mirrors, chairs, 2 tables).

The only problem I had was not enough space between beds. It wasn't easy to roll out my locker from under the bed and fully open it. An extra 10 sm would solve the problem. I had to keep the cap of the locker in one hand while putting/taking out my suitcase in the other.

Clean, safe and very helpful and friendly staff. Great place to be if you are a lover of Tate Modern. It´s only a ten minutes walk.

You need to download an extra app for signing in and as a key. So make sure that your smartphone has enough space left for the download. It´s not a big app but you need space for it.

It was my 2nd time, it was good, I actually like that there is almost no contact needed with employees thanks to the app, I prefer systems and messaging. Some girls were very annoyingly loud after midnight but it's about people not the hostel...

USB charging didn't work this time, I tried also to plug in my cable in couple of vacant beds, didn't work either. Maybe now USB option doesn't work and only "actual" plug is needed, I didn't ask at the reception because of long queue there when I was leaving. Also I wasn't able to use my metal locker under the bed because the other bed is too close to mine.

Beds are really sturdy and spacious, I haven't hit my head at all which is nice surprise for a hostel🤭 Area was clean and seems to be new (maybe because it was female only area, guys didn't spoil it). I liked the app for access to the hostel and room, despite complaints here in reviews there is no need to have your phone all the time, there are codes for doors you can use.

It seems that one bathroom for 2 (or 3) rooms it's not enough, I didn't have big problems with that because of my weird life schedule, but would be better to have more than one shower.

The Hostel is located close-by London Bridge train station which was perfect since it is well connected to the airports. Check-in was fast: I had already received an e-mail to download the app which will give you access to the different areas of the hostel (very safe I'd say) so once there I didn't loose much time. The bed was comfortable and had a locker under it ( you will need a padlock. It was big enough for my backpack, not sure for a big suitcase) and complimentary earplugs were provided. In each bed there are 2 USB inputs and a socket (usb plugs was slow but the socket worked well) and a shelf were you can keep some belongings. You can rent a towel for 5£ and when you check out they will give you back 2£. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check-in is a bit late. Not many showers in the Oasis area.

The location is great, the decoration is fun, the other people staying there were kind.

I wish I had known ahead of time that I needed to have the Goki app downloaded. The lockers under the bed pull out in a weird incomplete way that makes it difficult to store much in there or for the lockers to be useful. The girl next to me said she was in a room that had had bedbugs. Some of the toilets didn't flush. There was a man on staff that came into the Oasis while I was showering and that was hanging around with the girl cleaning the bathroom, this made me feel very uncomfortable. The ports above the beds don't hold a charge well but are able to charge a phone if left plugged in overnight-- as long as the cable doesn't fall out, which happened a few times. At check-in, no one told me where I could find common spaces, especially for eating food.

Comfortable mattreses/beds, ind. curtains, spaceous room, ind. charger station, hooks in the room, reachable lockers, tables/chairs in the room, cleanliness and the supernice, high hospitality skilled Roberto (Grazia Mille) make the life their friendly. Free coffee/tea (just a milk missing) in the Common-Room.

The Internet in the rooms was very pure, not enjoyable at all, surprised because they have a smart-key (GOKi) system and it is also required for that. Personally I was not happy to use it… The bathrooms was tiny, not enough shelves there and the ventillation was nearly zero, gets so stuffy quickly. The lounge area is very small for the amount of ppl in the Hostel. Dryer programs is very short and a bit pricey. Breakfast option is not much, and the place is very dark, and also the Breakfast stuff was not that nice…

Clean, well presented and well thought out rooms. The individual power points at each bed were helpful. I was grateful for the complimentary earplugs (not that the other guests in my room were noisy, I'm just a light sleeper and I found it a thoughtful touch)

It would have been helpful to have a power point available in the bathroom, I didn't want to wake others in my room when I got up early, so would have liked to straighten my hair in thr bathroom. Also just an awkward job to do on a top bunk bed, but that was my only option for a power point.

The location is really great, the hostel is very nice, great structure. It's clean, the team is nice, the bar is great, has lots of places to eat and drink nearby. It's close to the subway.

The beds in our rooms were really noisy, even the slightest movement would make such a noise and bother our sleep, but that's the only "weak" point.

Everything was great just the pillow was a let down, hard and flat and I only got one so had to make do.. other than that the bedding and backpackers facilities etc were fabulous thank you Super modern and PIN codes for the doors etc connected via Bluetooth, super cool and the deco is fab! I will definitely stay again.
