Good location. Good price. The bar was fun. Shower & toilet was fine for getting ready in the morning, better than the one in my office. Breakfast actually looked decent, but with so many options nearby, I was happy to explore. Sockets by bed made remote working easy the next day. And nice to have a kettle for tea etc in the morning.

Obviously, the noise. The rooms are above the pub and lane. I drank the complimentary half pint, had a bit of banter and went to be about midnight. It was noisy til some time after one am, but I slept pretty well. If the owner is asking, I would of course suggest double glazing, to keep the noise out a bit! But the earplugs at least show they know.

I loved the location and the venue itself. Even though the live music was playing until 2 (which is stated on the site) I already knew so came prepared and comfortably slept. Although the rooms are hotter than turkey in the middle of summer 🤣. Better than being cold I guess. The staff were so helpful and security in the evening was lovely and supportive. The bathrooms were suitable especially for an hostel environment and the food was delicious.

The only thing was my quilt was stained. The bed could have been cleaned more in terms of the sheets etc.

Great location, the hostel is very clean and feels very secure as you can only access with and electronic key. For London Bridge, the price was good and the room came with water and clean towels and tea/coffee so all very nice!

There is a bar downstairs, I went because they always have live music (and you get discounted drinks if you stay) and had a great time so I wasn’t trying to sleep. They do provide ear buds but if you are looking for a peaceful hostel this one isn’t for you, but if you’re looking for a fun night then it’s definitely the one!

The public bathroom was clean, but could’ve been cleaner.. but when I got into the hostel space, the 2 bathrooms there were immaculate! The beds had TWO pillows!! Blessings. The staff also worked with me and I got to check in late after my flight was delayed. Used Goki app as room keys, which was super modern tech!

One girl in the room had what seemed to me like mania or insomnia? She refused to be quiet and turn off her light up until 3am.

Couldn't fault the location if I tried... Room and shower were clean enough and staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful never mind professional and polite. Noise pollution from music coming from the bar downstairs was minimal and bearable as well as can be expected in any establishment of a similar nature, therefore wasn't an issue for me the least bit. I was also impressed by the ovedrall cleanliness of the room, common areas and facilities. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there looking for good value for money.

The overall service and experience was satisfactory. Therefore, no complaints whatsoever!

The breakfast was good value for money as it was a buffet and there were eggs, bananas, orange juice and coffee included which is a good set up for the day. Thanks.

Extremely loud music playing past 12 o o’clock during the week. Understandable during the weekend days but impacted my sleep and thought it should be quiet during the week.

It was a walking distance from the train station and to where I went to do my examination everything was near reach. I like the fact that the room was clean and bedsheets was white and the wall was white so it was perfect for me, I will still visit next time and will definitely book here, I will recommend to a friend. In the evening there was too much noises and I guess people had drinks and having fun ,well I was completely tired and I slept well

Very clean linen ; Intimate bathrooms ; The heat from the radiators when arctic winds blow and cold London rains.

The lack of a kitchen or even a refrigerator where you can keep food cold. The Goki key which initially seems like a very safe method but turns out to be a trivial 4-digit code that can be used by any of the hundreds of revelers who hang out all night in the downstairs pub.

The location is fantastic, a very short walk from London Bridge tube station and the Borough Markets. Pub food is good and the discount on drinks is great too.

There’s no shared facilities like a regular backpackers would have - so not great for saving money on food while you’re there. Obviously the pub is open quite late and patrons make lots of noise, it’s easy enough to tune out with headphones.

Obviously a hostel, so limited facilities, however was clean and bunk bed reasonably comfortable, perhaps the only downside is the fact, the pub part is a very popular venue and the music tends to go on a bit too long 3.30am ish, that aside, the location was as central as you could get, excellent for starting your tour... Overall, generally pleasant place, possibly more suited to the the younger generation....
