On holiday from Italy, the place was as described, there were no surprises compared to what was described, and this alone deserves top marks. The room was really large, there were three of us, the bathroom in the room was recently renovated, hot water and everything clean, TV and wifi internet. The location is excellent, ten minutes from the Jubilee and Elisabet lines, quiet area. The reception is perfect, always friendly and helpful, they renew their availability at every occasion. Everything ok, 4 days right.

Practically nothing wrong. maybe an affiliation for breakfast wouldn't have been bad. maybe there was but I didn't find any advertising and I didn't ask; not bad, there are plenty of places around and next time I won't fail to ask for this.

The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of amenities, and it was purple! Loved the air conditioning unit, and the bed and towels were super clean and comfortable. The complementary mugs came in handy as we ate our cereal from them! Staff were also very lovely and concise and were very helpful and nice, this hotel is my go to when staying in central London, is a short walk (4 minutes) from the station. WiFi was great, an added free bonuses which you would expect to pay for at any other hotel! Shared bathroom was nice and clean, did I mention the bed is really comfortable!!! Overall, amazing value for money, Will definitely stay again ! :•)

Location was fantastic, close distance to the jubilee tube station, nice 10 min walk. We had a double bed, very comfortable, tv, kettle and coffe and tea available. The toilet and shower were located next to our bedroom and was private, just for us to use. Shower gels and shampoo was provided. The room was very good value for money, perfect for overnight stay if you are visiting London O2, very easy to get to, one stop on the tube and a pleasant walk. Stuff was very polite. We got exactly what we paid for. Very happy.

It's a great accommodation, super clean, comfortable beds, and with a excellent location near DLR train station and a Tesco supermarket with opens until midnight. It's super safe at late night coming from clubs or musicals too.

It's not a Hilton hotel, so please lower your expectations, especially if it's your first time in London, because anything better or near the city center will be twice as expensive. There are some small things like a little worn out towels and so on, but everyhing is very clean. The pictures of the rooms are very honest to the reality, and it's a great value for money comparing to the other accommodations in the London city. If you want to impress your wife or have a luxurious stay, pay twice in another place. If you want a budget best quality for price ratio, this hotel is a very good option.

Socket situation isn't great (nowhere plug in bedside lamp near bed) but I'm sure they're working on that No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels

Room was perfect for what we needed, clean, quite and comfortable beds. Parking on the carpark outside hotel was a positive, although th £10 charge

This has no reflection on the location of the hotel really but we were going to the 02 for a concert but when we got there we were told the tube was under maintenance. What should have been 3 stops away, just over 3 miles, took almost 2 hours due to Piccadilly line down and road traffic chaos.

Everything. The place. Locality. Nice and warm in the wintertime as my stay was in the winter. Easy for food delivery. I liked them all. The staff was very quiet, but this is what I liked the most anyway.

Cleaning. The quality of the mattress. No utensils for food. Floor was slippering. Things like used vape under the bed and condom pack. Apart from that, I have enjoyed staying and I will again more times.

I got worried after reading reviews, and was therefore very pleasantly surprised. No issues finding the hotel, reception, room was clean, beds were comfy, the TV just needed plugging in and after a couple of minutes of signal issues it worked fine. The only problem was that they forgot loo roll, which was easily sorted. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit London. Excellent value for money considering the location.

I stayed here with my husband and our son for the weekend of the London Marathon. The location was brilliant so close to South Quay DLR to be able to travel about easily. The room was a great size with 2 comfortable double beds. The bathroom was clean with a lovely hot shower. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the TV didn't work but we weren't there to sit in the room and watch television. I would definitely stay again for our next trip to London to do a bit of sightseeing. Thank you

I got lost as I always do and went to the hotel office instead of the hotel. Totally my fault. Anyway the man at the office took the time to walk me to the hotel which was five minutes away. The room was huge, the bed was comfy and I loved the jacuzzi bath. Also in the room was toiletries and biscuits which I did not expect given the price of the room.
