the staff is always ready to help and they’re very kind. great position, close to the subway (there’s also a lovely café nearby - La Dolce Vita Café). it’s also worth mentioning that the rooms are cleaned every day.

bear in mind that you could have the misfortune to be paired with some individuals that really lack proper education. I had to tolerate a bimbo that thought it was cool to start screaming her heart out, invite people over and laugh histerically at 3 am.

I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm and it was quite clean, especially the bathroom. The hostel is in a good location and there was a nice atmosphere. The staff were surprisingly all from Australia and were very helpful and polite.

Breakfast wasn't too special. A bit limited in the choices of food and drink. However, it wasn't of bad quality and some additional variety could really help! However, it's a hostel and not the Ritz Carlton so you have to manage your expectations!

Perfect location, clean and comfortable beds, curtains are my favorite giving your personal space, nice kitchen, where everything is super organized, good and spacious lockers in the room. I was happy with everything and would love to come back again

Bedroom toilets without sinks for washing hands (the sink was in a separated room, the shower room). Sinks (in the shower room) without higienizer or soap for hand washing. Bath towels not included. Too many internal doors requiring cardkeys, which is very annoying. No free coffee. No outlets for hairdryerin the shower room.

great location and staff 👍🤗 tip: the coffee next to the reception is 10 times better than the one in the kitchen. big terrace, huge downstairs basement for breakfast area, games, bar and just chilling out on large pillows. bed was surprisingly comfy for how thin the mattress was. bathroom was all right!

the noise! the windows don't shut properly, there's always a gap. so you can very clearly hear the overground train crossing by every 5-10 minutes. it also kinda shakes the whole room when they pass. it does stop during the night for a few hours, but overall I slept poorly because of that. I don't think earplugs will help you too much, it is very loud.

I had a great experience staying over at this hostel. The location is convenient and quite central with easy access to the tube and buses. It was also very convenient to have a café at the entrance where it's easily possible to work if you're looking for a place to telework for instance. The rooms have a reasonable size and I liked having the possibility to close the curtains to my bed and isolate from the rest of the room. Each person has a dedicated locker for luggage as well as a small safe attached to the wall of each bed.

Too bad you have to pay to leave your luggage after you have checked out. It is 4£ for 24H I think, but still, I chose to pay more and leave my bag at the train station luggage storage to avoid having to go back to the hostel.

Everything was clean and very comfortable, they had bar and breakfast room

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, making it uncomfortable for a group of eight. The staff was extremely rude. We booked a female-only room, yet one male staff member entered without permission while some of the girls were changing. When confronted, his excuse was that he was staff and could do whatever he wanted. It was an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable experience. Ladies, please be cautious and do not allow such behavior—your privacy and safety should always come first!

Surprisingly clean and quiet for a hostel. The bathroom in the room is big and modern with a great shower. I also liked the curtains around beds and the extra sink outside the bathroom. Each room has lockers big enough for a small trolley. The kitchen is clean, well equipped and regularly cleaned. It has a dishwasher and four big fridges. The common areas are welcoming, cosy and spacious, it's pleasant to hang around there whether you're reading a book, having a drink or playing pool or table tennis. Staff are super kind. Anyone wanting to work in customer services should go and learn from them. The clientele is nice and respectful.

The top surfaces of the beds are covered with a thick layer of dust. That's a shame as the rest is very clean. More specious lockers would help, or at least equipped with hungers.You end up cramming your stuff and then having to iron them. More shelves in the kitchen would also be useful.

- Proximity to the DLR, especially for access to ExCel, couldn't be better! - Basement social area is great; super chill, lots of seatings, *really* good toasties and I liked the events. - Rooms are good for a hostel; bunks are comfortable with privacy curtain, the locker system uses a keycard. - Good range of ages so I think most people would feel comfortable; i'm in my thirties and there was people quite a bit older and younger than me.

- I was on the sixth floor and the rooms were pretty warm in April. There was a fan attached to the bunk but I didn't use it. It just took me a bit longer than usual to sleep because of the heat. It's not a dealbreaker. (this is more fyi/neutral than negative).
