the staff is always ready to help and they’re very kind. great position, close to the subway (there’s also a lovely café nearby - La Dolce Vita Café). it’s also worth mentioning that the rooms are cleaned every day.

bear in mind that you could have the misfortune to be paired with some individuals that really lack proper education. I had to tolerate a bimbo that thought it was cool to start screaming her heart out, invite people over and laugh histerically at 3 am.

The facilities are great, the staff is nice and it’s located at a convenient and safe zone.

I loved it all. The only thing that was a bit of inconvenience as a traveler was that I couldn’t charge anything next to bed because the table was too close to the outlet and didn’t give enough space for adapters. My fellow roommates had the same problem, so we took turns using the outlets in the room.

Perfect location. (If you have a program at Wembley, you can get there easily.) Clean, comfortable room and bed, my roommates were quiet and nice. Bathroom is excellent with very hot water. Locker enough big for my luggage. And I just loved the atmosphere and the coffe at the bar.

I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm and it was quite clean, especially the bathroom. The hostel is in a good location and there was a nice atmosphere. The staff were surprisingly all from Australia and were very helpful and polite.

Breakfast wasn't too special. A bit limited in the choices of food and drink. However, it wasn't of bad quality and some additional variety could really help! However, it's a hostel and not the Ritz Carlton so you have to manage your expectations!

Great location and also food

Quite expensive when you add all the additional charges like towels etc. you have to bring almost everything yourself (apart from the bedsheets). Lockers are also paid.

The hostel was quite clean and the staff were very helpful. The bar and gardens are a very nice addition to the hostel and make great third spaces. There are plenty of opportunities to socialize in the bar during events hosted by the hostel. The large lockers in the rooms are perfect and the curtains next to each bed make for good privacy.

Both the elevators kept breaking and you had to wait a long time on them. One of the two elevators was broken for near the entirety of my weeks’ stay. Since my room was on the top floor, this made getting there a bit of a hassle most of the time. The breakfast was nice but it could’ve been a bit more elaborate.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable beds, curtains are my favorite giving your personal space, nice kitchen, where everything is super organized, good and spacious lockers in the room. I was happy with everything and would love to come back again

Everything was super clean. The common spaces were very large with fully functioning table football, pool table, ping pong. Two lockers in the dorm, and light and charging fixtures in the bed.

Putting your own bedding on the bed. The annoyance here was when a person arrived in the middle of the night and had to make a whole bunch of noise doing this in the dark, waking everyone up. Super annoying and not the guests fault. The breakfast is not great. 8.50 for a really basic continental is not worth it when there's so many options in London. Wetherspoons for a cheap £5 hot breakfast and all kinds of better options if you want to spend more. The night I went to the bar, the music was so loud I couldn't even talk to the person sitting next to me at the bar, so we left. Pretty antisocial for a social hostel

High quality hostel. Very comfortable dorm- comfy beds , privacy curtain, fan, security box, clean and modern rooms, all good. Most comfortable hostel dorm I've stayed in. Large kitchen with everything you need. Staff were friendly. Bar downstairs and coffee shop offers opportunities for socializing if you're looking to meet people but pretty chill place if you just wanna keep to yourself too. Location is pretty good, not perfect but a couple of underground stations are within a ten minute walk so no complaints really.

Not much. There are cheaper hostels in London but they are less comfortable and more on the grim side, so for me the slightly more expensive price is worth it. Can nitpick the location and only two elevators but a lot of London hostels don't even have an elevator. And overall it was very much good value
