Fantastic location, 3 minute walk from the tube station. Really handy to walk to Brick Lane. A lovely cafe next door to one side and a convenience shop to the other side. We were upgraded to a penthouse which was lovely with great views. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice touch to have a cafetiere with ground coffee and milk. Kitchen was really well equipped. Lots of storage and hangers in the bedroom. Super quiet, we heard no noise at all from other apartments. Very clean with nice toiletries and plenty of fluffy towels. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately we had lukewarm water in the evening and cold water in the morning but we were given a 25% discount.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean, plenty of cutlery, crockery, etc. View from the 12th floor is impressive. The area is well kept. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not a big problem, but there was no remote for the TV. I tried to sort this out via the WhatsApp but took 45 minutes to get a response. It was quicker to go to the desk. We were offered another room, but had just got settled. We were told the issue would be fixed, but it was not.

The rooms were spacious and clean. All toiletries were provided. The kitchen area was well equipped. There was a 24 hour reception active. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I stayed at Marlin Aldgate Hotel for 13 nights and really enjoyed my time there. The apartment was clean. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, with a grocery store conveniently located under the building. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby and even a small garden to relax in. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!
There was no drinking water provided in the room, and the hallway had an unpleasant smell. The furniture felt a bit old, and there was no air conditioning throughout the building, which can be uncomfortable in warmer weather. During my stay, there was ongoing construction in the building, which caused some noise. Also, housekeeping is only done once every 7 days. One major inconvenience was the checkout time at 10 AM, and there was no place available in the hotel to store luggage after checkout.I extended the checkout time till 12, and I paid 30 pounds extra. Despite these issues, I still had a good stay, mainly because of the location and the helpful staff.

Great location, close to tube stations, Spitalfields Market, Tower of London. Small supermarket next door for essentials and coffee shop a few doors down. 1 bed apartment was spacious and well appointed, kitchen had both an oven and cooktop as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. Full sized fridge as well. Would stay here again for sure.
The sofa bed which was also the main couch was dreadfully uncomfortable and was the only place to sit other than the dining table. Another sofa chair or two would have been appreciated as the sofabed/couch was terrible.

WE STAYED IN LEVEL 5 ROOM NO 35 (COUPLE) 10 DAYS THE PHOTOS ARE THE SAME ON THE WEB SITE. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE APPARTMENT SIZE. PLENTY OF CUPBOARDS IN THE BEDROOM. BIG HANGING CUPBOARD AND A SET OF DRAWS AND ANOTHER SET NEXT THE BEDSIDE TABLE. THE APPARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND THEY CLEANED IT AFTER 5 DAYS. THAT WAS THROUGHFULL. BATHROOM IS CLEAN NICE MIRROW. THE KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED. WE COOKED VERY DAY AND WASHED OUR CLOTHERS AND DRIED THEM. THE NOISE DIDNT WORRY US. WE TOOK A TUBE FROM ALGATE EAST 4 MIN WALK TO THE STATION. SHOP IN THE BUILDING BELOW FLAT FOR FOOD GROCERIES DRINKS ETC ALSO A COFFEE SHOP. TECOS IS 6 MIN AWAY AND 2 SHOPS VERY CLOSE BY. THE RECEPTION IS VERY WELCOMING. THANK YOU ABDULLAH AND ZORIANA THEY ARE BUSY RENOVATING THE BUILDING. IT WILL BE VERY NICE WHEN THEY FINISHED.
A LITTLE THING THE BATH HAS SHOWER IN IT. THEY MUST PUT HAND RAILS TO HOLD ON AFTER YOU SHOWER.

The apartment was very well equipped – the kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and even some milk, which was a lovely touch. There were also cleaning supplies available, including detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the bed linen was high quality. We also really appreciated the toiletries provided in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily come back again!
The photos shown at the time of booking were a bit misleading, the actual room we stayed in looked different from what we expected, but it was not bad :). It would also have been helpful to be informed in advance that renovation work was taking place during our stay. There were scaffolding structures around the building and construction noise started on weekday mornings. We knew the apartment didn’t have air conditioning, but it’s something that might be worth considering for the future. A small kitchen note- a bigger pot for cooking pasta would be great. :)

Great location to Spitalfields market, brick lane etc. We arrived an hour earlier and hoped we could have left our bags with the hotel, which we learn't wasn't possible...however the receptionist checked if our room was available sooner and we got to go up straight away, which was very kind of them :) We had an issue with the toilet flush breaking on the first morning alongside a constant loud buzzing noise across the apartment throughout the night, the staff were so helpful and fixed it immediately whilst we were out.
The beds could maybe do with new mattresses/toppers as I could feel the springs, so my sleep wasn't the best. We couldn't access the balcony/outside space due to some ongoing works they're having (building was covered in scaffolding), which was a shame but not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things!

The location was a 5-minute walk to the train station, restaurants, and supermarkets. Spacious rooms and living area, with comfortable beds and comfy sofa beds too. The apartment, bathrooms, and bedrooms were exceptionally clean, thank you. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed and safe. A special Thanks to Abdullah and the crew that weekend for the additional fans to make our stay much more comfortable and pleasant.
No A/C, however, we were appreciative of the additional fans to make our stay comfortable. The morning noise from the construction next building over, along with the working men on the scaffold visible from all our windows during the day. Overall, great stay and experience.
