Fantastic location, 3 minute walk from the tube station. Really handy to walk to Brick Lane. A lovely cafe next door to one side and a convenience shop to the other side. We were upgraded to a penthouse which was lovely with great views. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice touch to have a cafetiere with ground coffee and milk. Kitchen was really well equipped. Lots of storage and hangers in the bedroom. Super quiet, we heard no noise at all from other apartments. Very clean with nice toiletries and plenty of fluffy towels. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately we had lukewarm water in the evening and cold water in the morning but we were given a 25% discount.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean, plenty of cutlery, crockery, etc. View from the 12th floor is impressive. The area is well kept. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a big problem, but there was no remote for the TV. I tried to sort this out via the WhatsApp but took 45 minutes to get a response. It was quicker to go to the desk. We were offered another room, but had just got settled. We were told the issue would be fixed, but it was not.

Rooms were big great for families

The rooms were spacious and clean. All toiletries were provided. The kitchen area was well equipped. There was a 24 hour reception active. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The location. There was no place to store luggage if required.

The location was good,the view stunning and the apartment spacious.

They said they service the apartment once a week. We were there for a week, and not once did they clean the apartment, change linen or provide clean towels.

Great location, close to tube stations, Spitalfields Market, Tower of London. Small supermarket next door for essentials and coffee shop a few doors down. 1 bed apartment was spacious and well appointed, kitchen had both an oven and cooktop as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. Full sized fridge as well. Would stay here again for sure.

The sofa bed which was also the main couch was dreadfully uncomfortable and was the only place to sit other than the dining table. Another sofa chair or two would have been appreciated as the sofabed/couch was terrible.

I recently stayed at the Marlin Tower Aldgate and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely perfect—situated in a safe and pleasant area that's delightful to walk around. It's literally a 3-minute walk to the Aldgate East Underground Station, which makes it incredibly easy to explore the rest of London. Plus, Tower Bridge is just a 10-minute walk away! The staff at the reception were excellent and very accommodating, making the check-in and overall stay hassle-free. Our one-bedroom apartment was well-equipped with kitchen essentials, including a toaster and kettle, which made it convenient for preparing simple meals. The washing machine and dishwasher worked perfectly, adding to the comfort and ease of our stay. Additionally, the apartment comes with an iron, ironing board, and a clothes stand, which were very useful. The sofa bed in the living area was comfortable, and the apartment was spacious enough for four people. Overall, Marlin Tower Aldgate is a fantastic budget aparthotel that offers great amenities and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London!

The location of this property is beautiful, right near all the major landmarks. great selection of food nearby. multiple modes of public transportation nearby. Money exchange booths nearby as well. The apartment itself is really spacious, bathrooms are large and roomy and most importantly clean. Apartment also comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed my stay.

One issue I noticed is that the property only cleans the apartments once a week. If you need to get the apartment cleaned before the once per week mark, You have to pay the management 25 UK pounds. To me that is not good, I really hope management looks into this policy and amends it to where they clean each apartment more than just once a week without having to charge the guests.

The apartment was near 3 tube stations with different lines, Aldgate, Aldgate East and Whitechapel. The nearest station is Aldgate East. It was clean and there was just enough space for the 4 of us. It came fully furnished with a large fridge freezer and washer and dryer which was handy. Lots of supermarkets nearby for self catering. Great area for muslim and halal food. Near Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

Housekeeping and changing of towels, foot towels etc was only done on the eighth day of the stay and you had to clear your trash yourself.

The location of the apartments are great, the tube stop is a few minutes walk away. The 2 bedroom apartment had a nice balcony and good views across the city. The staff were friendly and the maintenance team are reactive. Everything is provided - towels, shampoo, kitchen equipment, tea and coffee...The apartments are modern and clean.

I have stayed a few times in Marlin apartments and there is always a bit of wear and tear. The sofa beds are often quite worn so I wouldn't want to stay for a long period on them. There are only 4 dining chairs and one sofa in an apartment for 6 people (2 bed + sofa bed).
