I've stayed at The Whitechapel before whilst teaching at Queen Mary's University, as the location was super convenient and coming back this time felt like home. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious, clean, modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love the location, Whitechapel is one of my favourite places in London. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was nice with a good view.

The room was nicely set out. Very clean. Nice large wet room, good size towels. Black out blind, as well as curtains. Makeup/ shaving mirror was perfect next to lighting. Friendly welcome, shown to our room. Very quiet, had a peaceful night, as we heard no one! Was a little dubious about the area due to other reviews, but it was no different from any other part of London. Had lots of places to eat nearby. Overall, really pleased with our stay.

Double bed was a little on the small side.

I thought the location on my budget was great I was meeting up with friends from that area.. the transport as in the tube connection from London was frequent. The area itself was safe. Going back to the hotel the guy working there adam was amazing and couldn't be more helpful offering coffees guidance on places to visit. He even went out of his way to post headphones that I left in my room safe.. the room itself was clean and had all the facilities you would expect.

Friendly staff, good service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Location was decently near to the metro and many buses nearby to Central London making commute very convenient. Special thanks to Adam and Sophie for their amazing 10* service, I had left behind an item in the hotel and they were very responsive to my attempts to arrange a delivery back home. Will return to this hotel again!

Customer service was fanstasic friendly and catered to all our needs. Oktay was one of the many staff members who went the extra mile to make sure me and my friend had a lovely stay.

This is the friendliest, best provisioned place in Whitechapel. The rooms here make you feel at home. The staff make you feel special and they are super responsive. The restaurant downstairs is a delight as well as the wonderful breakfast place, just over the road that opens at 7am. Sophie and Adam are wonderful to deal with and have always helped out when we recommend people to them and always make me feel welcome as I stay here a lot. I’m very grateful for that!

Nice price/quality ratio; the region is a bit corky, but in general - all good and nice and safe. Shops, restaurants, cafes nearby, walking distance. Underground is also quite closeby. And you can walk to the Jack The Ripper museum by foot which is 12-15 min away.

A bit loud when the window is opened, but earplugs make the wonder and the street noise goes away :)

It was in the centre of town. Easy access to train and bus. Calm neighborhood.
