The room was nicely set out. Very clean. Nice large wet room, good size towels. Black out blind, as well as curtains. Makeup/ shaving mirror was perfect next to lighting. Friendly welcome, shown to our room. Very quiet, had a peaceful night, as we heard no one! Was a little dubious about the area due to other reviews, but it was no different from any other part of London. Had lots of places to eat nearby. Overall, really pleased with our stay.

Double bed was a little on the small side.

Customer service was fanstasic friendly and catered to all our needs. Oktay was one of the many staff members who went the extra mile to make sure me and my friend had a lovely stay.

This is the friendliest, best provisioned place in Whitechapel. The rooms here make you feel at home. The staff make you feel special and they are super responsive. The restaurant downstairs is a delight as well as the wonderful breakfast place, just over the road that opens at 7am. Sophie and Adam are wonderful to deal with and have always helped out when we recommend people to them and always make me feel welcome as I stay here a lot. I’m very grateful for that!

It was in the centre of town. Easy access to train and bus. Calm neighborhood.

lovely comfortable en suite room with friendly staff. Excellent location, near the tube and cheap restaurants/cafes with great food. I would definitely stay here again

Quite a small room, but clean and comfortable for one or two nights. Great location!

The wasn't really any comfortable communal space to do some work outside the room and maybe get a drink.

Great location and good value given its central location. Big shout out to Adam - super friendly and very knowledgable, really helped us have a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this place.

This was a great property, the staff were lovely. It is not to small but compact and has all you need. It had the best shower I’ve experienced in a hotel so far, and was really close to everything. It was really really good value for money

Great location, my first time choosing Whitechapel and it is wonderful! Hotel has easy check in with friendly staff. The room is small but functional and has a lot of stuff (hair dryer, iron, water kettle etc.) I only stayed for sleeping there , left before breakfast and returned after dinner and it was perfect for this. I would not recommend it for people to "relax in the hotel room" during holidays. I was travelling alone and felt absolutely safe to walk home in the area.

I think for London the price/value for money is probably okay... it is a shock compared to what kind of hotels are available in other cities for this price so it would be wonderful if this was a bit cheaper :)
