The room was nicely set out. Very clean. Nice large wet room, good size towels. Black out blind, as well as curtains. Makeup/ shaving mirror was perfect next to lighting. Friendly welcome, shown to our room. Very quiet, had a peaceful night, as we heard no one! Was a little dubious about the area due to other reviews, but it was no different from any other part of London. Had lots of places to eat nearby. Overall, really pleased with our stay.

Double bed was a little on the small side.

Customer service was fanstasic friendly and catered to all our needs. Oktay was one of the many staff members who went the extra mile to make sure me and my friend had a lovely stay.

This is the friendliest, best provisioned place in Whitechapel. The rooms here make you feel at home. The staff make you feel special and they are super responsive. The restaurant downstairs is a delight as well as the wonderful breakfast place, just over the road that opens at 7am. Sophie and Adam are wonderful to deal with and have always helped out when we recommend people to them and always make me feel welcome as I stay here a lot. I’m very grateful for that!

It was in the centre of town. Easy access to train and bus. Calm neighborhood.

Nice price/quality ratio; the region is a bit corky, but in general - all good and nice and safe. Shops, restaurants, cafes nearby, walking distance. Underground is also quite closeby. And you can walk to the Jack The Ripper museum by foot which is 12-15 min away.

A bit loud when the window is opened, but earplugs make the wonder and the street noise goes away :)

extremely friendly staff. location is only some minutes to the next big tube station (white chapel). would definitlely try to book again next time i am visiting London...

​This trip to London was related to my participation in the fertility conference. That's why I chose a hotel within walking distance from the place of the event. Location is nice, there are few great pubs in the neighborhood, however it is too crowded.

For the hotel's administration. The staff should not take action if the guest does not speak English. It was planned that my colleague and I would take part in the conference. But my colleague doesn't speak English very well, and we agreed to meet in the lobby. My colleague came up earlier and unfortunately, the staff's actions were neither appropriate nor polite. I came up about 10 minutes later and the administrator realized that he was behaving disrespectfully. In order to make amends, our room was upgraded and that smoothed out the situation a bit, but not fully.

lovely comfortable en suite room with friendly staff. Excellent location, near the tube and cheap restaurants/cafes with great food. I would definitely stay here again

Quite a small room, but clean and comfortable for one or two nights. Great location!

The wasn't really any comfortable communal space to do some work outside the room and maybe get a drink.

Great location and good value given its central location. Big shout out to Adam - super friendly and very knowledgable, really helped us have a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this place.
