Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was offering local tips, assisting with directions, or just greeting us with a smile, the team went above and beyond at every turn. The location was great. Just a short walk from the subway, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling grateful and well cared for. We can’t wait to come back

It really was comfy. Warm, with a nice bed that gave me a very good sleep. Not noisy for London as there is a no-through road.:Great, all the facilities i needed for a short stay seeing family nearby. Nice staff & communications.

Nothing was bad, I was only staying one night but can't fault it

The hotel's location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from Whitechapel train station. It was incredibly convenient, being right next to the Blizard Institute at Queen Mary University of London, which was the event venue I was attending. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I also really appreciated the consistently nice scent in the corridors and the fresh air throughout the hotel.

My room was generally good, but its afternoon orientation meant it got very hot from the sun, making it uncomfortable by evening. The wall-mounted fan wasn't effective enough to cool the room down properly. However, I visited other rooms and they felt much better than mine :)

If you want to feel real life of London with classic home stay then this place is highly recommended. Receptionist Efe was so nice and helpful for all kinds of information. All the Staffs are very helpful and nice. Locations are great for everything. Whitechapel station & lots of affordable restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets are next to the hotel. Don’t need to worry about anything.

That place doesn’t have any facilities of elevators. So it’s very difficult for senior age people’s & pregnant ladies. Also the prices of night stay bit high if you compare to other places next to Whitechapel. Hope they will improve it for budget friendly prices for all.

A really well located and well priced hotel. It’s in a quiet area but close to tube station, nice coffee shops etc. Staff were super helpful and polite and accommodated an early check in. Room was more spacious than I thought it would be for 2 adults and a baby and the bed was comfy. The TV had Netflix which was a great bonus and there was a kettle, toaster, fridge and lots of tea and coffee sachets in the room. Was simple but perfect for a one night stay.

The wifi was a bit temperamental. I did request an accessible room as we had a buggy and we got one on the third floor. However the staff were really helpful with the buggy and bags.

We were working in bricklane, so for us, the location was perfect. It is, as most places seem to be these days, a key- code entry apartment in a block. Double bunk beds (as in double beds that were stacked on top of each other) with an en-suite. Perfectly clean and comfortable, the bedsheets were good quality, fresh, and felt new. Its a very basic room but totally lovely and everything you need.

Bit of a noisey street... but hey... It's Laaaandaaaaan. Also the stairs are quite steep, so beware if you have dodgy knees, or if you're carrying, for example, a pram, as we were 🥵

Location is very good. Staff was super friendly specially Mr. Adam. He is always ready to help. We got things when needed.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. The gentleman who showed us around the area provided great assistance, and the main receptionist, Ms. Enes, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Upon arrival, the heater wasn’t working in our apartment. Although the team quickly sent someone to fix it, the issue couldn’t be resolved immediately, and we were promptly moved to another apartment. It would have been ideal if the heater and hot water had been checked beforehand. However, this seemed like an accidental oversight and did not affect my overall positive impression of the hotel and the staff’s fantastic customer service.
