I don't understand the previous complaints about the noisy street closeby, if you are living in an urban environment, there is nothing new in this apartment. We liked the owners communication very much, we got all needed information for a seamless check-in. The place is in at excellent location, close to the city centre, with various travelling options including bus, metro and rail. The room was reasonably clean, and well-equipped for a short stay, including cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses. Also a stove, fridge and a microwave oven is provided. All in all, we have a very positive impression.

On the negative side: The place is very, very small. We were hardly able to fit two adults and two kids there. The sofa bed is a bit under-sized for two, not the most comfy either, and there were no bedsheets provided for the forth person (one slightly bigger was available though, but not enough for two). The wooden celling let all noises go through from the upper floor, we heard all footsteps from the loft above. If you plan to stay at the place instead of going out, you'll be surprised, but the room is perfect for spending the nights there, and only the nights. We also missed some cabinets for clothes, but that wouldn't fit in at all.

Communication was very good, check-in was very easy. The bus stop to Charing Cross station was very close and it was very easy to get there. (Centre of London) If you want to eat at home, shopping opportunities were great. it was clean. Items such as shampoo, plates, glasses, salt, coffee and towels were sufficient.

It is a bit far from the metro stops, There are people from different cultures in this location, which surprised us, but we got used to it. The internet was slow from time to time, but since the time spent at home was short, it did not have a negative impact on us.

Great location! Bus stops just few steps away. Going frequent and takes short to reach the centre. The studio is well equipped, even tea towel was there! Washing machines are available in common area. Everything is simple, but very clean. We stayed in studio no.2, where both foldable armchair and sofa are available for sleeping - so was perfect for 4 adults. The bed was really comfy. The room is facing a cortyard, so wasn't so noisy. Sainsbury's just next door - very convenient. Highly recommend! Great value for money!

Pillows could be renewed.

Bathroom shower was a trouble, hot and cold water was not working properly.

Easy access through autonomous check-in an out. Well located and great value for money! There's a supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants in the street. You will also find bus stops less than 2mn from the accommodation and the nearest tube station is at 5mn by foot. It seems noisy in the evening, but you won't hear anything after 23h30-00h.

A bit of dust triggered my allergies, but it is manageable for a long week-end.

Bed was super comfortable, and the venue we stayed here for was only a 10 minute walk away. The cleaning staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat around the apartment that are open until late. It was very safe and secure, as well as cozy. Even the open area between the apartments is pleasant and full of plants. The locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. As a female traveller, I would recommend this place to feel safe and secure. For the price you pay, it's absolutely worth it.

Unfortunately, my friend had an issue with retrieving a plate that had not been properly cleaned, but that wasn't much of an issue to us, these things can happen.. :) Additionally, the shower temperature has some issues with becoming too hot or too cold, without a medium temperature, though this also wasn't much of an issue and was still manageable.

It was very clean and cosy, all the beds were very comfortable, could imagine staying there even longer. It was very private, we didn’t meet any people who were staying there too, shop with groceries was right next to it. The center is very near, we were walking the whole time and always get there in cca hour.

The only thing we didn’t like was the lousy streets, but if you closed the window it was alright. Very hard was learning how the shower works but then we figured it out.

Studio is just a 5min walk from the Shadwell station, and then it is one or two stops to The bank or River Bank, so really close to the city center. Right next door is sainsburys so it is really convenient. Studio is small, but we were two adults and two teenagers and it wasnt any problem. Well you will only sleep there anyway:-)) Small kitchen and table is just enough for a few days stay. In the morning I have met the cleaner and I have to say, that she is really good at her job. Owner is quick in replays and it is so easy to get the codes for entrance. All together good value for money. It is probably Palestinian part of the London, so kebab on every corner, so we try one which says: best kebab, just across the Iceland. It was good and so big portion, pleasant owner.

Everything was OK.

Easy check in, check out. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Groceries just downstairs. A very nice lady, I think her name was Liza asked us and made sure if we needed clean linen, towels or anything else.

Bathroom door didn't fully close in flat no 2. Didn't have a dressing mirror, could've easily had fit one on the wardrobe door. Needs a bed lamp too.

The property was extremely clean, well maintained . Happy with the things provided. Enough blankets, towels etc.

The only drawback was there was no lockers for travelers who wish to keep things after checkout to roam around the place. I things this would be biggest challenge for those who wants to travel. This would be the only reason I will not stay in this apartment. Rest was great.
