The staff were great, Lee had wonderful recommendations for us while sightseeing in London. The proximity to all Canary Wharf has to offer is great and it's so close to multiple tube stations

I would have loved a top sheet on the bed and a washcloth in the bathroom

location is the best. it is located in safe area. walking during late night is still fine, no worry at all. only 15 mins walk to the underground station and there are plenty of stores at the station including Marks & Spencer and many more. we can easily find wide variety of foods and shops there. we can says location is perfect.

we stayed 13nights but they gave me the room on the 2nd floor which is very noisy because the building is located in the middle of 2 roads. we had to listen to the cars all night. what i hate most is about cleanliness, first few days the toilet was very smelly. when we open the doors the smell go everywhere in the room. so i had to buy anti bacteria paper and clean the toilet by myself. I think their staffs doesn't know how to clean.

The facility was top notch, staff Saima Ali and Andreea was great. They were very jolly and helpful. There is a upper level that will blow you away. Walking distance to Canary Wharf station. Loved it.

Only thing I didn't like was it didn't have a bar. The room had a little sewage smell and bed a little hard. This was bearable.

The facilities were to a modern standard. The studio came with a spacious shower. It also had really good AC which was appreciated over the hot weekend. The hotel also stored our bags for the day after checkout, while we spent time around London.

The check in time is 4pm - I am a frequent traveller and check in always 2pm internationally and locally. We basically paid more than £200 to have the room for 19 hours. Not good value for money. There isn’t much room around the bed. Space is very tight in the studio. When using the overhead shower attachment, water was so strong it leaked out of the open shower.

It was nice feeling like you really have your own space. It is way better for longer stays than a hotel room, as you can just spend time in the living room and kitchen and even cook yourself. The view was also quite good and I liked sitting on the indoor balcony for breakfast.

Nothing super bad but there was a problem with the shower drain. It stank unbelievably. They did send up someone rather quickly, but it wasn't fixed and we had to ask them to come back. They did end up fixing it and we were also offered a different room in case it wasn't fixable. We also unfortunately had a power outage during our stay, but that wasn't too bad, as we were out all day anyways.

We booked this hotel specifically for their apartment-like rooms with fully equipped kitchen and were not disappointed. There's plenty of space, all the necessary facilities and equipment to do your own meals, laundry, etc. Bedroom was comfortable for us and sofa at the living room is OK for the child. The hotel is very close to 3 subway lines that provide quick and easy access to any part of London. There's also a Thames Clipper boat pier that you can walk to in 5 minutes and then take a 30 mins boat ride all the way to Westminster - a sightseeing tour on its own. I can definitely recommend this hotel for both long and short stays in London.

The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed! We wanted a kitchen to cook breakfast in our room and it worked out perfectly. There were many shops and restaurants around (Tesco was two minutes away). The location was convenient and clean. We would stay here again!

There was a very uncomfortable mattress topper on the bed. We don’t know why it was there, because it seemed that the mattress beneath it was perfectly fine. Our backs were hurting every day from the mattress topper. Also, the window in the studio was very small and located in the corner of the room.

We have stayed at hotels, apartments and guest houses in London many times and Cove Landmark is one of the best experiences we have had. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with internal balcony and it was just about faultless. The Canary Wharf area was a revelation to us and it is a great area for a stay in London. On this trip we were staying in London twice. We had originally booked Cove Pinnacle for the first stay and a hotel near Waterloo station for the second, but after staying at the Cove we cancelled the other place and re-booked the Cove for our second stay. That’s how much we liked it.

I recently stayed at Cove Landmark Pinnacle, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern and stylish the property is. The apartment was not only sleek but incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which provided a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring London. What really stood out to me was the location. Situated in an area with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops, it offered all the vibrancy of London life without the overwhelming crowds you'd find in places like West London. It was the perfect balance—everything you could need right at your doorstep, but with a much more relaxed atmosphere. As someone who has always enjoyed staying at COVE properties, this experience reinforced why they’re my go-to for London stays. The thoughtful design, high-quality amenities, and fantastic location will definitely make Cove Landmark Pinnacle our first choice when visiting London from now on.

The location was perfect! The receptionist was very warm and friendly and went the extra mile of taking us all the way up to our room and explaining everything clearly. They even so generously upgraded our room which was very much appreciated! All the details were considered at this hotel, from the music to the scent. The room was spacious, clean and had tea/coffee. The soaps and shower gel smelled divine! Having a coffee shop downstairs was great too. All staff were really friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

The bed was the only thing that could've been better as there was a hollow in the middle and to the one side. Shower caps and body lotion would've been appreciated too. The coffee could be better, ordered a flat white but it was more like a cappuccino.
