Our stay was great - we were looking for somewhere we could make work with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and while I’m sure the screaming in the lobby wasn’t too fun for the staff during check in/out, they treated us graciously and got us set up in our room. The room was fantastic, great size and VERY clean. This is especially important for us with the kids because the youngest is just learning to walk so most of her time is spent rolling around on the floor. Please keep up the high standards of cleanliness, it really sets you apart from others and will definitely result in us returning. The location was great, super easy access to the tube and some amazing nearby restaurants. Thanks!

The apartment was wonderful from the location and the view was very amazing from all the windows...The sizes of the rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and gave you the feeling of being at home...The equipment in the kitchen was very useful and the quality was high...For me, I strongly advise anyone who wants to travel to London to book In this hotel

Absolutely nothing

Location is by Gloucester Tube Station which is an amazing location to access different tube lines. Walking distance to the park. The neighboured hood is lively and there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, and grocery stores. We had a 2 bedroom apartment as we were travelling with our 2 kids, and it was very comfortable, spacious, comfortable beds, great kitchen, washing machine/dryer. We had daily cleaning service, water bottles, coffee, tea, and supplies for laundry. But mostly the staff were so friendly, helpful, courteous, and always available. We really enjoyed our conversations with Michael who greeted us everyday and really wished we could have seen him on the last day!. He brighten up our days. We highly recommend Cheval Gloucester.

Front desk staff are not considerate. I regularly stay at the property for long periods … most times I check out the day before my booking ends. Yet, they rudely refuse my request to check-out at 12noon, which just one hour after the check-out time. I think they could have been more helpful since I am regular guest, have been staying there before it was renovated.

Very convenient location, right at the Gloucester Road Station. The neighborhood is also very quiet. The room sizes are perfect for family of 3 to 4. Our most favorite part is that they have a bathroom for each room plus one extra rest room in the common area (so 3 total!). The common area is also spacious with good entertainment system. Service is also very good. The staffs are very nice and helpful and friendly. They help taking care of our luggage as we arrived very early on the check-in date; and help move all our luggage to our room. They also offer the extra room for us to stay in the check-out day as my flight was later in the day. The housekeeping is also very good and clean the room very well; especially for the fact that we cooked some of our meals so it required lots of cleaning. Thank you for the great experience! We really look forward to coming back again!

I honestly cannot think of anything serious really! Dining out might be a bit less convenient as there are not many options in the immediate neighborhood; but it's a trade-off I am willing to take.

The most thing we didn't like is that reception team asked to provide full card details (including CVC code) to secure a deposit. Looks very strange, as all other 5-star hotels/apartment allow doing this via payment-terminal or web-site in a secure way, without sharing sensitive information with others.

Loved everything! Beautiful accommodations, comfortable and clean apartment, convenient location close to tube station, and a wonderful neighborhood with tasty coffee shop and restaurant options as well as a grocery store all within 5 minutes of walking. This was a perfect place to stay with my family for the week.

We loved the the location, being so close to the tube, in walking distance of many major attractions in London, as well as some shops, including a very good Waitrose and Boots. We also loved that the Cheval Gloucester Park is tucked away, a little haven, yet so conveniently located. We had a bonus in that we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment, which was extremely luxurious and comfortable. We really appreciated it.

The area around Gloucester Road station is a bit unsavoury. However this is not something that is under the control of Cheval, and as soon as you turn the corner, into the property, you don't notice it at all.

The two bedroom apartment is very spacious which has seperate ensuites with an additional toilet in the common area. All the appliances are of Miele. They provide all the user manuals in a folder on the kitchen bench. The location is very convenient with bus station and train stations within 2-3 minutes waking distance. Two supermarkets are also very close.

Apartment was large and fully furnished with everything we needed as a family of 4. We lived the location just a block from the underground and close to the local pub. It was just down the street from Kensington palace and Hyde park for morning runs, and there was a good coffee/pastry shop at the tube station. We had a great stay!
