Great location, and nice hotel.

Didn't like the fact that the usb ports to charge mobile phones, switch off when you turn the room lights out for the night. Woke up to mobiles that had little battery for a very busy day.

With the days, I became certain that I was lucky that I chose the Millennium Hotel for my distinctive stay with my family with you, because of the presence and availability of all services, as the room is always clean and the receptionists’ treatment is very distinctive, and there is nothing negative with you. I congratulate you on the distinctive place near all the tourist places and the wonderful city. Nice breakfast, nice room and location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They tried their best to help us during early check in and also upgraded us to a better room when we had a problem.

Hotel has some infrastructure problems. We saw ceiling leakage at lobby, day after same thing happened in our room. Technicians said it was A/C condensator and said he fixed it(just poured the accumulated water from a pipe) happened again 12 hours later, another tech came and understood the severity of problem. After which they moved us to an upgraded room at 01:30 am. At that room while closing a floor lamb sparks came from the button, short circuit and all fuse tripped and room went into darkness. Maybe it was all coincidence but it was too much for us to say its all normal.

The staff. I left my briefcase with our passports and my laptop in the hotel and realised only after reaching Heathrow. Nihar Gohel from the front desk and Daniel from Concierge were super helpful and got the briefcase to me at the airport in half an hour. I’m grateful to these two gentlemen and the black cab driver beyond words.

No drinking water glasses in the room and charging for empty plates that we requested. The breakfast could also do with a varied menu.

the property itself it is not a brand new , but i must say, the service is excellence, they have service, the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious it has shower, bath tub and in addition it has bidet, when i go to london i always stay back at this hotel, it has 6 working elevator that is very efficient, and staff are also helpful, and the breakfast is excellent!!! gloucester road station is 4 min walk, laundry is 5 min walk, tesco and boots and waitrose, and gails just across the street, tesco open until midnight… and abhi, jacky and muhammad upgraded me to very comfortable double room!!! its my favorite hotel!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was at the hotel during the underground strike. The hotel helped facilitate my ability to reach them by other means. Most of all I was very impressed by how staff was able to handle the ire of guests, help them to traverse to destinations, and overall meet their needs with professionalism and when needed humor. It was an extremely trying time for Londoners, never mind guests unfamiliar with the City of London.

The hotel staffs made us feel so welcomed right from the start, from the concierge who asked about our journey upon entering the hotel, and helped us with our luggages, to being upgraded to better rooms without us even asking, was wonderful. Rooms are very spacious and have air conditioning. Thank you for a great stay for 3 nights, highly recommend this hotel!

The lighting system was a bit confusing in the room as it has 1 master switch, so when we turned off the lights by the bedside, our phones which we plugged in by the sockets by the bedside also didn’t get charged. We switched to the opposite wall sockets the next 2 nights and it was fine.

I like the hotel location so many things you need are close to you the grocery stores restaurants and underground station very near 2 minutes walk. The room is good size and very quiet. Mrs Soundarya at the reception desk was very helpful to select the right room for me and the help of Kanticha from Reservations Department to assign a good room. Thank you all. The location is really great! It is located in a very neat area around the corner from the metro station , making it ideal for further travel into the city. Also a direct metro connection to the airport

Generally I like the house keeping they clean the room every day very well and supplying 2 bottles of water daily. I would recommend vacuum cleaning the room carpet every day. The house keeping is very helpful.

Location was excellent for travelling to downtown london or to Heathrow. Tube station was a 2 minute quick walk Staff was excellent at all times. We were greeted so well at the check in desk. Concierges were helpful. Management was approachable and addressed any concerns.

The sink in our room would not drain well. We requested a fix and staff did so. However, we felt it was not cleaned well afterwards. We called and someone came to clean it. The tub also leaked onto the floor. We had to put down towels by the tub corner to keep the water soaked up. The tub sides are very high to climb in for a shower. However they had low bars on the tub to grab if you can bend over to hold.
