The room was bright and quite spacious compared to majority of rooms in UK. The location was superb really like 200 m from Gloucester Station and Tesco Express just across the station. Very near the bus station. And one of my day trip bus even dropped off in front the hotel. Gloucester St was not so busy station so to commute from to very convenient Many restaurants surrounding the traffic light off the station. Very convenient and quite a walk distance for Sainsbury’s local. Located in Kensington gives the feeling of Safe environment. Walking distance to Kensington Garden and three Museums. Including Natural History of Museum just only less than 5 minutes. The room was very clean and nice. Special Thanks to Neha who welcoming us warmly and accommodating our request for room near the lift and given us the room with garden view which was very nice. Daily cleaning quite detailed

The hallway was rather dim but inside the room is bright. The resT nothing to complain coz I loved it!

Room was exactly as pictured with comfortable double bed and modern walk-in shower. Spacious, clean and particularly appreciated being able to open window. Room was always a comfortable temperature. Staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Location was excellent, just across road from Gloucester Road Tube Station, Waitrose and Boots. Felt very safe in both hotel and area. The slippers were also appreciated!

There were various strange noises in the room during the night and early hours, not sure if these were from air conditioning, fridge or other rooms.

Great location - very handy for the Tube and local sites such as NHM, V&A, etc and ideally located close to shops (Waitrose, etc) and restaurants. Excellent staff - very helpful especially helping us when my daughter had an accident and needed medical attention and a trip to hospital. Treated us very well, and left us a nice little surprise in the room for my daughters birthday (balloons and macarons) which she LOVED!

Lift was being serviced so it can be a little slow waiting on the lift in peak times. Not a huge problem in the scheme of things.

Started off with a nice touch - Quick check-in and some warm cookies! Loved the location of the hotel. Right next to the tube station and loads of eating places. Area felt upmarket and safe. Room was kept clean and the bathroom was kept well stocked up.

Only one lift was working. I think this issue has been going on for a while. Also the one or two times we ended up actually needing housekeeping service, the response was very slow. To be fair to them, they were quite apologetic about it though.

Hotel in good location. Underground close by, so easy access to airport and other parts of London. Walking distance to Natural history museum, Science museum, Buckingham Palace, Harrods. Hotel itself was nice and modern. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had nice big shower and was spotless. Plenty of food options nearby to eat.

Bar area could be a little bit more comfortable. We had one drink here but left then to go a local bar. Felt the bar area lacked some comfy chairs for people to enjoy a drink here. Drink was pricey here too.

Location. Welcome staff. Shower. Quiet.

The room we had (218) was down a short dark corridor. The light only came on once we were a step or two in. The carpet was threadbare. Looked like it had been eaten by moths. Coffee and milk were not replenished, we stayed for 4 days.

This hotel is clean, surprisingly spacious, and well-equipped. They give you warm cookies when you check in and the check in process is efficient and quick. The room was well furnished and the bathroom was very nice with a shower that was not terribly wide, but twice as long as expected. A small plus is that I could actually open the windows! Due to a booking problem we got a free upgrade to a king size bed instead of a double, which was a nice surprise. They didn’t make whatever issue they had OUR problem, they just fixed it immediately with a nice bonus for us. Great customer service. This hotel is extremely close to the underground, several museums, the Royal Albert Hall, pubs bakeries and restaurants.

The room was boiling hot (22C) when we entered, and we could only “cool” it to 19C. If you are a cold sleeper like we are, be prepared to open the windows. This cooled the room sufficiently but meant we had to deal with street noise. I wish the heating system could be turned off but the power button only turns off the display. Another minus is that breakfast (a simple buffet/continental) is an eye-watering £29 pp. you don’t have to pay for it, but that’s an outrageous price even for London. We opted not to pay for it, as Kensington is resplendent with cafes and bakeries.

Loved the location- we had a Harry Potter tour bought that started just around the block from the hotel and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. And it worked just perfectly for all other sightseeing around the city Kids loved the “garden” in the back of the hotel, wish there were some kind of toys/ games provided

A Fantastic Stay – Thank You! We had the most wonderful overnight stay and can’t thank the hotel enough for making it so special. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely beautiful and made our experience even more memorable. The thoughtful birthday touches—petals, a balloon, a light-up birthday sign, and a delicious cheesecake—were such a lovely surprise and truly appreciated. Every detail was perfect, and the service was exceptional. We’ve had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Staff in reception were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Location to Gloucester Road tube was excellent. Loved the products in the bathroom.

There was only one tiny window that had safety catches on it so it wouldn’t open properly & our multi-level suite was very very dark due to lack of natural light. One bedside light didn’t work & the other side had no plug points for phone chargers, etc. There was only one working lift.
