The staff were warm, welcoming and efficient. They allowed me an early check in at no additional cost. The room was very clean and comfortable and the contents were luxurious. Access to a self-serve laundry facility was a great benefit. The location was superb and I was not disturbed by traffic noises (room 201).

Unfortunately the noise (footsteps) from the room above me was loud, most likely due to the age of the building, which I found quite disturbing. There are several rooms that do not have access via lifts and so people who struggle with stairs should request rooms that are on the same level as the lifts. A small point - but body lotion in the rooms would a great value-add.

This is my second stay here and as usual it was outstanding. The room was spacious with comfy beds and pillows. Free coffee, tea and sugar in the room. Toilet is equipped with branded shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Neighberhood is quiet and friendly. Semi smart tv in the room. Overall, good value for money.

Drainage system was slow and warm water runs out pretty quick. I would appreciate couple of water bottles as i am one of the people who dont like to drink from the tap ;) One more thing very important to me, early check ins especially for people who come from a long overnight flights because waiting for the room until 4pm is exhausting (i do understand the dates i arrived was during the season and it is difficult for you guys to accomodate everyone before the check in times). Overall, pretty good hotel and friendly and helpful staff <3

Location was the best! The room and its facilities in general: very comfy bed, good internet, good shower, fluffy clean towels, kitchenette, good iron in room and the gym is one of the best I have experienced in hotels.

It could improve with some more practical solution to hang jacket/ handbag as you enter the room, and perhaps some shelf inside the wardrobe to organise the clothes better. We were a couple and we were struggling with storage. Lots of hangers but no shelves. Other than that all was 10 out of 10

Check in, room very easy , helpful and friendly, room very clean tidy and fresh, breakfast well organised and good food for a buffet.

check out manger and her i don't care about the customer attitude ( and that's what she told us!!) when we had question. When we completed the Hotel survey the response was the manager was right but nothing about how was her attitude and comments impacted on our customer experience.

Location was excellent. Staff were very good. Size of the room.

The bedding was not changed prior to our arrival. Reception agreed after they inspected it and instructed the house keeping team to change it. On arrival the housekeeper stated that it wasn’t stained!! When it was pointed out that the bed had hairs on the sheets she very reluctantly changed it. The receptionist Nira, dealt with this issue very professionally and to our satisfaction.

Room was compact. Wish there was an easy chair to relax on but that would make the room even more congested. Otherwise it was adequate and comfortable. Perhaps a design integrating easy chair and dining table could be better. The room was facing the rear. I didn’t mind the lack of nice view as I knew it was a quiet facing which was more important to me. Housekeeping was excellent. No comment on breakfast as i didn’t eat in.

Bathroom floor tended to let the water flow out of the shower tray messing up the rest of the bathroom. The hot water supply to the kitchenette and bathroom required 5-10 minutes of running water before turning hot. Too much water I felt was wasted in that process.

Location is excellent with an underground station nearby. Easy acccess to anywhere in London A Waitrose store is at 5 mins walk and plenty of eating options within a few minutes walk. These include Indian, Lebanese, Italian as well as Nandos, Burger King, and several Coffee shops. We booked an apartment and enjoyed the flexibility of having our breakfast at our own pace and time. Kitchen facilities are okay Special mention to Mrs Carnegie who was very attentive and empathic to address a concern we had over taxi booking and renting of umbrellas. Would give her a rating of 10 / 10

Access to the building is through a few steps. Can be a minor challenge if you have to carry heavy bags.

Spotlessly clean & comfortable hotel well situated lovely bar lounge breakfast area and outside courtyard We were given a complimentary room upgrade had everything you could possibly need (including washing machine!) very spacious with massive bathroom big tv very comfortable bed extra pillows & bedding slept really well Lovely staff too Will definitely consider again if staying in London

Minor negative very creaky floors walking around the room but not surprising for the age of the building could be irritating for room below

Location of apartment was perfect. So close to Gloucester Station, shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Kensington Palace. Our apartment was a great size with a kitchenette with a table and chairs, and a washing machine which was great as we stayed nearly 2 weeks, and lovely bathroom. Sooo clean too. All the staff at Fraser Suites were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again!

WE stayed in 3 different rooms over a period of 3 weeks- each room was clean and easy to access. It was a perfect location for our work. Lovely coffee and very friendly staff.

More biscuits- we got 1 packet for 3 people...very hard to share out. We spotted a mouse on the last day- it wasn't a disaster to our stay but a bit unsettling. It's to be expected with multiple kitchens and the staff dealt with it immediately. We were not unhappy and it wouldn't put us off returning. The hotel is very clean.
