It was clean, good size and the staff were friendly and helpful

We were given a basement apartment room 193 which was not advertised as a basement. It was noisy with staff walking down the stairs alongside the apartment early in the morning and walking past the window to access the road outside. For me this info can be clearly explained in the description and would avoid issues and upset. It’s a pity as this was a negative we would rather not of had. This should be made clear to future guests at the time of booking not after arrival and explained tough it’s the only room available

Favorite neighborhood to stay - super quiet but 5 min to well rated (and uncrowded!) restaurants and 2 underground stations. Apartment was clean, furnishings seemed new / updated, lots of layers of lighting options, wall decor, plush carpet. Appliances / fixtures were quality (ex. Bosch, Breville, Hansgrohe, ionic hair dryer). Staff was pleasant and always available. We enjoyed the very supportive but padded mattress and abundance of quality pillows, the clothes washer/dryer, as well as satellite tv channels, youtube, netflix etc. In 60-75F temperatures we were very comfortable using the portable AC and abundant floor and ceiling fans. We would look forward to staying again at this hidden gem!

The vintage key and lock was a little frustrating to operate, but reception was always glad to help. This particular apartment would be a bit hot in a heat wave, but the portable AC and fans combined were quite powerful if bedroom doors are left open.

We enjoyed our stay and the great front desk staff. We stayed as a family of 5 (two teens and a tween) over Christmas and Boxing Day -so things were quiet in the neighborhood but we were close to the rentable bikes and metro. We stocked up on groceries as we were advised by the staff and had a great cozy time. Everything was clean-and our family was very comfortable for our 3 days.

It was a tiny bit too warm at night.

Second time staying at the Collingham serviced apartments. Both times we were kindly upgraded to larger apartment. Nice location between Earls Court and Gloucester tube stations to easily travel around London. We like having convenience of a kitchen and washing machine. Better than a hotel with nice living room space. We will gladly stay here again on next trip to London

No complaints. We have stayed in small hotel rooms in London. The apartments are large by comparison. No English breakfast available at apartment but we usually get tired of traditional English breakfast with beans and blood sausage so doing our own breakfast in equipped kitchen works for us.

Perfect Location close to 2 underground rail options and between 2 high streets. Perfect sized rooms with all amenities. Reception desk is always manned and the staff are friendly and responsive with the check in and check out processes.

I would give top marks for everything except for a small "misplacement of property" incident that happened. The staff handled it in a manner that assumed the guest was wrong and they were right. Even though it ended happily with all missing items recovered and returned to the guest by the staff, the way the guest was made to feel blighted an otherwise perfect stay.

Location was good and the room space was nicely decorated and equipped.

Three nights at the property and the room was not cleaned or the bedding changed in 3 days. This is not a serviced apartment as described! We are disappointed to have paid a premium price to have a hotel style service which we did not receive. The answer we received was simply that staff do not work at weekends.

After a truly dreadful experience with two other accommodations in London, we found ourselves tired, stressed, and desperately in need of somewhere safe, clean, and comfortable, and Collingham Serviced Apartments were exactly that and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. They welcomed us with warmth and genuine care, which meant the world after the chaos we had just been through. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location is fantastic, in a quiet and charming area of Kensington with great access to the tube and local shops. Everything we needed was either in the apartment or just around the corner. After such a disappointing day in London, Collingham Serviced Apartments truly saved us and gave us a peaceful and comfortable place for the night. Great and peaceful location in a beautiful neighbourhood. Only 5 minute walk to two underground stations, restaurants and a few great supermarkets. Clean apartment with all needed amenities. We also felt very safe in the apartment as there was staff downstairs 24/7.

Sleeping in one bedroom was difficult as the water tank of the bathroom was right next to the bedroom and very loud when the water was turned on. Additionally, there was basically no hot water until we asked the staff to fix it. After that everything worked fine with the water, but would’ve hoped to have hot water for the whole stay.

The location was good. We arrived by car, but after that we were able to use either of two tube stations, Earl's Court and Gloucester Road. Both were about 5min walk away. As we were staying for seven nights the kitchen and living room were important to us as was the washing machine. All good. Room serviced daily - except weekends. There was a lift, but a member of staff took our bags up to our room and collected them again for us on check-out. The 24 hour concierge was always helpful. The standard of room was also very good. The shower and bathroom was also good.

There was building works on the room above that was a bit distracting. But not too bad.

Great location. Friendly, helpful and good-humoured staff. 24 hour reception and optional daily room cleaning. Was able to use the cooker and microwave without needing a PhD. Pleasant sitting room/diner. Great shower, easy to use.

Beds so large that there wasn't much room for moving around. Old building, so creaky floorboards from the rooms above and some noise from this resident. Neither we nor the helpful receptionist could get the TV to show "normal" Freeview channels - it was vastly more complicated than we needed, but probably fine if you knew how to use your phone to get streaming on the TV.
