Location is fantastic, room facilities, comfy beds and all the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The hot water thermostat in the shower wasnt working properly on our first night but was fixed quickly. We still had hot water, just not that hot initially, Also you can sometimes hear adjoining rooms.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was clean and had great facilities. The location was unbelievable. So close to great pubs eateries and Earls court station. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We booked the wrong size room thinking the Executive suite was bigger and enough for our 2 adult children and us but too small (with all our bags ) We had a Deluxe suite as well for one of the nights and that would have been perfect to fit the 4 of us. Great learning experience to look at size of room before booking. get the Deluxe Suite or even better the larger Presidential suite with balcony if you have adult size kids in the lounge room

This property is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious, was clean, decor was lovely, all the comforts of home, lots of storage, plenty of room for four people, beds were comfortable, daily cleaning, front desk was helpful, very close to the tube, the Earl's Court tube stop is half a block away, it had AC, wifi was strong, neighborhood was cute and safe. Great places to eat. There was a M&S grocery store a half block away. The apartment provided a list of everything you may need while you were there from tour providers to doctors.

The only two things that could have been better would be to have baking sheets for the oven. There were sauces and frying pans but no equipment to use the oven. There were no towels or wash clothes for the kitchen.

AC worked amazing during the heat, beds were comfortable, room was quiet even though you're in the city. We were in a deluxe studio in the basement. Room is tight if the pullout is open but it's London. The bathroom is also very small but water pressure was great and floors are heated which was nice at night. Location was 2 min walk from Earl's Court Station and 15 min walk to Natural History museum, Science Museum, V&A museum. There's an M&S Market at the end of the road great for food if you're not eating out. The machine was also useful. Concierge that allows you to leave luggage was very helpful for a lot of people. Luckily, we were able to get checked in early but had planned on leaving luggage to go out initially. Overall, good value.

Bathroom was very small. Tiny sink that was practically over the toilet. Also if you're in the basement, you have to take stairs. There's no elevator that goes there. The staff took our bags which was great but if you have mobility issues pick a different floor. Room was quiet but walls are thin and it opens to a shared patio, which was interesting. We never used it and justvkept the door locked and curtains closed. If we had a different location or neighbors, may have been an issue. Everything is provided and cleanliness was good but it is a bit worn.

Location: Perfect location for families, calm and quiet area, only a few steps to main underground station. If you like to explore the city by walking, 15 mins walk to National History Museum 15 mins walk to Science Museum 30 mins walk to Hyde Park 45 mins walk to British Museum 1 hour walk to Big Ben & London Eye Everything you need just a few steps away, pharmacy, lots of good restourants, supermarkets, bakeries...etc Cleaning: Daily room service and daily changing amenities especially for a family with children. Facilities: Kitchen facilities perfect. You can cook anything. Also washing machine, dishwasher, iron, plates, glasses, spoons...etc were very clean. No problem on heating or AC.

The water was not strong on the 4th floor.

A return visit because location is great near underground, shops. Large apartment with separate bedroom. Self catering and a washing machine. Very quiet, very comfortable. Helpful staff. Just a very nice home from home in London, with a bathtub and shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom. So much space, high ceilings. Love this place. Both times we've stayed about ten days. So nice to come home to after walking London and seeing theatre.

No lift to our section but helpful porters who sorted the suitcases.

Location... washer and dryer in the room

I was accompanied by elderly parents ... recommend to have all rooms with walk in shower... mom fell and dad almost slipped... bathtub was designed not flat... i told the receptionist this ... that i wld prefer a walk in shower fro elderly parents and wrote a noted upon booking... upon check out i mention the fall n near fall ... receptionist that day made me feel that theres an antislip thing in the bathroom cabinet under the sink which was never mentioned upon check in and i didnt see any as well when i looked... my mom cldve briken her hip.. luckily she didnt.. Not all receptionist were friendly and pleasant.

Ventilator in bathroom hasn't been cleaned for months if not longer..., Bed very small for 2 people, extra bed is a sleep-couch, not very comfortable feeling all springs, rooms are noisy, considering this in our opinion overpriced.

Excellent location, lots of space, comfortable beds, good water pressure and lots of hot water. Equipped kitchen. Quiet location and lots of storage for clothes in room. All appliances, etc. were in good order and worked properly. Excellent AC units that cooled the room very well. This was our second stay with the hotel and we only had good experiences. I would book this again next time I am in London.

While walls have been repainted and hallway carpet has been redone, the woodwork throughout the room is tired and the décor is dated. Could use a little refresh, especially the bathroom. As I noted in my review 7 years ago, the sink unit in the bathroom is not practical at all.
