The room was lovely, cosy and clean. Bed was snug and really comfy. Shower was strong enough pressure for me to wash my very thick hair! No outside noise or noise from neighbouring rooms. Curtains were good blackout type. The bus stop was only a two minute walk. Twenty minute walk to the royal Albert hall.

I found a single, long black hair in the bath. But I appreciate this can easily happen, it was otherwise really clean. Bed was lovely but one side was pushed against the wall, with no socket point. The aircon wasn't working, but staff had provided a tower fan which I suspect was more effective anyway. I'd have liked nets or blinds beyond the curtains, it was a choice between light or privacy! Lift wasn't working, however it was the hottest day of the year and lots of systems all over the country were breaking down.. no breakfast option, but good selection of teas and coffees in reception, and 10% off breakfast at a local cafe.

The room and bed were really small sizes for a couple. Overall, I was still satisfied during my stay for one night.

1 - Location and window view. The area is amazing! I liked Kensington a lot, a clean and lovely street. 2 - Close to the metro. One block away, the station is very convenient to go in different directions 3 - Great restaurants close by. I like the Jacuzzi restaurant. It's 15-minute walk from the hotel, and walking is a treat because the area is old London - very nice. 4 - Room's vibe. The furniture is wooden and has an old English vibe that makes staying in the room comfortable

The room was small. This was the smallest room I've ever had, actually. It could be hard to stay two people in the room due to a lack of space, frankly. And the bed is not large. With suitcases, it was tricky to place things around so as not to bump in them

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very quiet, making it one of the best stays I’ve had in London. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—being close to the underground station made it so easy to get anywhere in the city. Thank you for the great experience! I’ll definitely be back.

One small suggestion that could enhance the experience even further is adding a bidet spray in the bathroom. While it’s not a necessity, it would be a great addition for many guests.

The location was great! The hotel is really close to Earl‘s Court and also to supermarkets like Sainsbury‘s. The staff was really nice. They even had one of our rooms ready in the morning when we arrived, even though the official check in wasn‘t until 15:00. The size was of the room was great compared to other hotels I‘ve stayed at in London. All in all, I would recommend :)

There was a construction site somewhat near the hotel and sometimes we could hear it at night (February 2025). That is not their fault though.

Small but pleasant hotel in a good quiet location. Room was of a good size, with a nice view of the city. Bathroom also a good size and with an actual bath, which is why I booked the room. Comfortable bed, good tea & coffee faciltiies. Initially I sought to change the room. The receptionist was helpful and offered an alternative, however eventually worked out the hum I was concerned about was just the fridge, and it was easy enough to turn this down to a quiet setting. Overall happy with the stay and would visit again. Also late midday check out was welcome

Good location for the Royal Albert Hall - as we had a concert there - also well located for Kensington Palace both only a 15 to 20 minute walk. The hotel is also very handy for Earl's Court tube station - 5 minute walk. Very friendly staff on reception (note it isn't covered overnight but there is an emergency number to contact if needed). Don't serve breakfast/food but plenty of places to eat nearby. They do provide fruit for you to have at no cost and plenty of supplies of tea and coffee.

Windows at street level don't provide privacy you need to draw the curtains - but not really an issue.

Great location and easy to get to public transport! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but had all the facilities we needed. It‘s definitely sufficient for a few nights in London! More importantly, it was clean and had a comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom was great (bathtub, everything quite new). The hotel also offered luggage storage without any extra cost. Thanks for a nice stay! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again for a stay in London.

Due to its lively neighborhood, outside sounds can be a bit loud at night. But it’s London, so I guess that’s to be expected.

The location was perfect (lots of stores and pubs around, not too noisy at night etc.), very good tube connection to basically everywhere, the streets leading to the hotel were clean and the hotel itself was also neat. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary products from the hotel upon arrival, such as coffee, tea and biscuits. We were offered fruits and coffee when leaving, as well. We spent most of our time out exploring London, so in general, this hotel is excellent for tourists.

Clean, nice neighborhood.
