This was an ideal place to stay in central London. Our room was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The lift and washing facilities were especially appreciated. The building is minutes away from public transport, shops, cafés and restaurants. Unfortunately the wifi, which had been working fine the first three nights, stopped working the last two nights. Also the entry code we were given did not open the front door. We and two other groups were stuck in the street, getting a Busy message from the phone number provided. Eventually (long story short) an employee emerged from the building on unrelated business and gave us the override code. This code could easily have been messaged to us before we arrived, saving some angst. These things are a pity as everything else about the accommodation was great.

Excellent location in Earl’s Court and really well connected with the tube station a five minute walk from the apartments. Easy instructions to access the property and well presented throughout

Greater selection of tea bags for those that don’t like fruit teas or decaf! A tea towel would be handy for washing up though the kitchen roll was a good substitute in a pinch. Only one chair which made eating in the property difficult for two people.

Location location location... to Earls Court station, which, by the way, has lifts and a ramp with a short 5 min walk to The Knaresborough by Nestor. The studio was very clean, comfortable, and quiet with a well equipped kitchenette. There are different sized studios, and mine was perfect. Oh, did I tell you the building has a lift... not many of the old buildings do. Earls Court is my favourite place to stay in London. Freddie Mercury lived up the road just off Earls Court Road, and so did Princess Diana's before she married Prince Charles, who, of course, is now King. Everything is in walking distance to The Knaresborough by Nestor. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, parks etc. The correspondence between myself and Nestor was outstanding, with help from check-in, during, and at the end of my stay. It's not often you have ongoing correspondence. The care given to me was truly very personal service. Thank you to Nestor. I definitely will recommend this place. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of the apartment is very good. You can walk to Hyde Park within 30 minutes. Cafes, restaurants, buses and underground station in the immediate vicinity. Communication was very pleasant before and during the stay. The apartment was clean.

However, the facilities could be improved. The curtain in the shower is too short. As a result, you put everything under water when you shower. There are no electricity in the bathroom. You can dry your hair in the kitchen... Unfortunately there is no cloth in the kitchen to dry the dishes. The mattress is a bit hard. But that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the sofa bed is a bit too small for an adult.

Place was nice and clean. The kitchenette very useful to cook some breakfeast. Also the fridge is really a nice to have to keep food leftovers or foods bought during the day. Very nice localisation !

1. Mattress was small than bed frame. Why? 2. For top floor you can’t open the window so no fresh air, but you do have an air con. 3. One of the curtain’s roller was destroyed and not fixed before we arrived. You could do it manually and you’ll stay just fine. 4. Personal taste - bit intimidating french guy in a huge picture frame staring at the bed. We covered it with our jacket due to his withering stare lol For price point it is very fair. I would say the decoration and maintenance is done to what is necessary but certainly does not go beyond to make it cozier.

The location was great, very close to tube station.Easy check-in and having a little kitchen area was great .Central heating and modern finish to apartment.

There was no towel rail in the bathroom or toilet, and no toilet roll holder..

Lovely large stylish room, with a king-sized bed and a pleasantly warm duvet. Shower etc worked fine and was beautifully clean. Cooking facilities looked fine with a double induction hob, a kettle and a microwave, sink and all necessary utensils. We did not use most of these as we were out to all meals. It is maybe five minutes away from Court tube station, which connects directly to both Kings Cross and London Airport, and the rest of the system. Access to all major museums is easy. Paul's Boulangerie Patisserie is just opposite the station and is really excellent for breakfast.

The location was brilliant for Earl’s Court station. It was extremely handy to have a little kitchenette. Room was spacious and staff member that we met was very helpful. Gorgeous tall windows and balcony area.These positives helped us overlook the negatives and we would return!

It was a no smoking room but the balcony area was covered in cigarette butts and the person next door smoked flat out and we could always smell it. The sofa cushions slipped off the sofa every time you sat on it. Balcony had lots of weeds. Blinds were broken on one window so couldn’t open them.

Good location. Quiet street. Close to bus and metro stops, restaurants and shops. Easy access to the room. Room with a nice balcony, very clean room, very comfortable bed, kitchen has everything you need to get started.

A hand shower would be good. If you only have a rain shower, you should have a shower cap. You need a rubber mat in the shower because the tiles are slippery. Someone might slip. For such a price for a room, more toiletries would be more appropriate.
