Hotel’s location is very close to Earl’s court station (6 mins). Also, it is located 15 mins far from Kensington garden/ 20mins far from Hyde park. People are nice in the hotel. We like their attitude from beginning to end. Its worthy.

Sometimes I smelled dust in the lift & room but not that much disturbing.

The room was good enough to stay in the central of London. Everything is nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and the most importantly is the Earl's Court understand station, it was around 5 minutes walk. That was really really beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a comfortable stay in Westbury hotel. You will not feel that you are abroad. They treat the hosts like they are one of their family. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended:)

I can't find anything I didn't like. Imagine this is a 3 stars hotel and you have a coffee machine in your room. That's wonderful! Literally, the room has everything you need.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for an overnight stay in London when flying in and out of Heathrow as it is only a few minutes walk from the Earl's Court Station.

The hotel's staff was very kind to us. They made efforts to make our staying comfortable as much as they could, e.g The weather was very hot and we requested for A/C (even though it's not part of the suggested services by default), they've managed to allocate for our room and that definitely made our staying much more comfortable. The room was clean. They also suggested us to use the hotel's refrigerator to store few things that we needed for Saturday (Shabbat). Kasha, Kate and Agatha Thank you so much!!!

Floor is a bit noisy when stepping on it, but it's a very tiny thing.

Very comfy clean room. Not enormous but quite a bit of storage space and not cramped. The shower was heavenly. Good and hot and clean

The kettle in the room was tiny tiny so for three people a little awkward.

We can certainly understand why the Westbury Hotel has excellent reviews. We were very warmly greeted on arrival by a friendly Polish lady and immediately felt welcomed. Our room was exactly as portrayed on booking.com with twin beds, which is important to us as mother and daughter and not always easy to find, it was clean and inviting. We both slept incredibly well. The mattresses were deep and comfortable, it was dark and, despite being in the centre of London, quiet. We could occasionally hear the neighbouring guests but that cannot be avoided in a hotel. The room was cleaned daily and again the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated with interesting pictures. The check in and out times were very fair as was the price. The location was excellent just a short walk from Earls Court underground station. There is a big Sainsbury also just a short walk away with a huge choice. Overall, we had a positive stay and thank all the staff for their friendliness. We got the impression that, unlike so many hotel staff it wasn't all about making money, but that the guests satisfaction was genuinely important for them. We are often in London and will certainly first check if this hotel has availability before looking further. Dopóki znów się nie spotkamy!!

There are lots of properties in around this area at approximately the same price; they also offer the same amenities. what distinguishes this one is the staff which I think might be the owners but I am not sure; they’re friendly and they were always willing to help in various ways. I think their interest in their customers is more like a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel. They generally want to make sure you enjoy your stay and have a good time in London. The other thing that’s awesome about this place is it’s so convenient to the tube and nearby pubs but it is really quiet.

For the price, I think I got good value. The only thing is they don’t have air conditioning , but that’s not a typical for properties in this area at this price point.

Booked a last-minute room at the Westbury as it is near to Earl's Court Tube station (a few minutes walk). I was going to see Evita at the London Palladium and needed a room for a couple of nights. Kasia at reception was very welcoming, and when she heard that, being Irish, I find it hard coping with the heat, she moved me from a third floor room to a ground floor room, as the heat rises. My room was spotlessly clean, and the shower was heavenly. It was also very quiet at night.

A few people have complained that the rooms are small, but my room, although compact, was more than adequate. I had a great sleep, and the shower facilities were excellent.

Staff is very very friendly (appropriately). Very helpful. Location is excellent. Didn't need heat nor air conditioning, since weather perfect without. Floor fan in room...not sure what comfort level would have been in hot weather.

Not perfectly modern and updated, room sort of bare, elevator is old, even actual building layout at staircase wouldn't pass codes in the US....however it worked perfectly for us. Clean, friendly staff, functional, and affordable compared to hotels close by. Area is perfect near Earl's Court. Safe to walk all hours. Very pleased. Would stay here again
