The room was good enough to stay in the central of London. Everything is nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and the most importantly is the Earl's Court understand station, it was around 5 minutes walk. That was really really beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a comfortable stay in Westbury hotel. You will not feel that you are abroad. They treat the hosts like they are one of their family. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended:)

I can't find anything I didn't like. Imagine this is a 3 stars hotel and you have a coffee machine in your room. That's wonderful! Literally, the room has everything you need.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for an overnight stay in London when flying in and out of Heathrow as it is only a few minutes walk from the Earl's Court Station.

Very comfy clean room. Not enormous but quite a bit of storage space and not cramped. The shower was heavenly. Good and hot and clean

The kettle in the room was tiny tiny so for three people a little awkward.

We can certainly understand why the Westbury Hotel has excellent reviews. We were very warmly greeted on arrival by a friendly Polish lady and immediately felt welcomed. Our room was exactly as portrayed on booking.com with twin beds, which is important to us as mother and daughter and not always easy to find, it was clean and inviting. We both slept incredibly well. The mattresses were deep and comfortable, it was dark and, despite being in the centre of London, quiet. We could occasionally hear the neighbouring guests but that cannot be avoided in a hotel. The room was cleaned daily and again the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated with interesting pictures. The check in and out times were very fair as was the price. The location was excellent just a short walk from Earls Court underground station. There is a big Sainsbury also just a short walk away with a huge choice. Overall, we had a positive stay and thank all the staff for their friendliness. We got the impression that, unlike so many hotel staff it wasn't all about making money, but that the guests satisfaction was genuinely important for them. We are often in London and will certainly first check if this hotel has availability before looking further. Dopóki znów się nie spotkamy!!

Location is really great. The staff were well above standard and were very helpful in all way. They were so happy to help for anything we required.

The only things to mention was the bed mattress was a little uneven and the shower screen makes the small shower a bit of a challenge.

The lady we met during check-in at the counter when we arrived was so friendly and so helpful. Told us everything we needed to know about the room and our check out process, since we were leaving at 4am. The room exceeded my expectations. Cosy and comfy. The room is tiny² but as long as you're smart with where you put your luggage, you can move around without tripping over your things and other people. Definitely value for money, being in a location close to the Museums, Gloucester Road & Earls Court Tube stations, a mini Tesco, Sainsbury's and restaurants. 15-20 minute walk to the museums and park. Room itself had: Hot water and good water pressure. Clean towels and sheets. Clean bathroom: toilet, shower and sink were impeccably clean. Carpeting was new, and didn't have any unpleasant smells. A space heater was provided to keep the room warm. Room cleaning was done while we were out: Fresh towels were provided. Trash was taken out. Tea / coffee topped up. We were in a room in between floors, so there was some climbing involved (probably 6-7 steps) after taking the lift/elevator to our floor. External carpeting was also clean and smell-free. The lift fits about 4 people, or 1 person and about 3-4 large suitcases.

The Westbury is a well-run hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with great transport links. The triple room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very good, not the largest, but you could easily store luggage for two people. The bed was very comfortable and there were thick and thin pillows to choose from. There were no weird smells, it was well ventilated and not too cold even though we had minus degrees outside. Everything was clean with no dust in places like behind the curtains. Power outlets were next to the bed and they worked with no issues. The staff was very kind and helpful, there was 24h reception and luggage storage was in a room locked with a key. No noise from traffic, even though the room was on the first floor. Overall, would definitely stay here again if I had business in the area.

View to an alley, but that wasn't important anyway.

The room was spotlessly clean, which is always a huge plus. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The hotel’s location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city or accessing public transportation. On top of that, the value for money is unbeatable, you really get your money’s worth. A special mention for the luggage service, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy your last day without carrying your bags around. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again !

Budget but decent accommodation in west London. Very handy for Heathrow, reasonable travel to central London/ tourist spots. The receptionist is super friendly and chatty and knew my name from my room number. Room (209) was quiet and clean. Didn't seem to be many other guests around. Neighborhood is good, felt safe at night. Plenty of fast food and pub options at Earls Court station nearby . Would stay here again in London.

Small and basic rooms, but given the price, that's ok. You wouldn't want to spend much time here, just sleep and shower.
