Really close to metro station. Good and quiet street but next street had so many shops and food stores. Very lively and good vibes. Breakfast was nice and staff was really friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately property didn’t have elevators and the stairs were really steep and narrow.

Breakfast , sorry wasn’t up to my standard, scrambled egg awful texture, sausages looked horrible don’t know if they even saw a pan or grill , cheese slices looked dried out , not sure what the breakfast price is as it was included but I guess as we only had a croissant/ pain au chocolate and coffee or orange juice it wasn’t near the price . Room was ok as only slept there but not sure if I had the ‘de luxe twin room ‘ as booked 🤷‍♀️ room was very small and it was an acrobatic act to get past the table / bed to have access to the window and bedside table

We stayed here once before & came away hugely disappointed, however we decided to try again & were so pleased we did. This time our stay was fantastic! A lovely room, plenty of space, tea & biscuits provided, a nice tv & a very comfy bed. We'd definitely return!

The bathroom, though served it purpose, was very small. When sitting on the toilet, our knees were under sink & it was a small gap between the sink & the shower. However, these were minor complaints & not worthy of complaining about. Staying on the basement level, you could hear a low rumble of the underground trains when awake, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

Location was excellent. It was very close to Earls Court Underground and the two underground lines that we used during our visit i.e. easy to get from Heathrow, easy to get into central London and easy to get south (Wimbledon). The road was very quiet. The bedroom was of adequate size with good facilities including air conditioning ( very important given we were there during a heatwave). We had a room only deal.... there are many interesting cafes in the area and stone's throw from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was excellent value for the money we paid and I would highly recommend it.

All good. There was external repainting going which compromised any view from our room.... but we did not go there to sit in a room to look out so no issues with that.

The first time we stayed here, we said we'd never return. Circumstances changed & we had to & ended up loving every second. This was our third visit & again, it was excellent! Our first visit was the cheapest room & it was very poor. You get what you pay for & our last 2 visits have been more expensive rooms & as such, very enjoyable stays. We'd definitely stay again!

The only downside & this applies to all rooms, is it's very warm. There's no air conditioning & the windows only open a fraction. Waking up sweating, isnt the best start to a day, but other than that, no complaints at all.

The room had all of the facilities needed for a very comfy short stay. Cleanliness was superb, and the fact that there was air conditioning was a fantastic bonus! Staff were very polite. Would definitely recommend to others if travelling to an event at The Royal Albert Hall - just a short taxi ride away at a cost of £10. Great to be back at the hotel within minutes of finishing. Then followed a good nights sleep to cope with a long journey home to the Kent coast.

I just could not get the TV to work, meaning the screen came on, but I was unable to get on to any channels (constantly telling me that "the programme that I wished to view wasn't available" (even though it was free channels, e.g. ITV, BBC, Channels 4/5 etc. Quite frustrating when my co-traveller was able to get her tv working immediately! There wasn't anyone at the reception desk to ask for help, so I gave up. This part made the few hours in between times, boring!

I recently stayed at Dreamtel London Kensington, conveniently located near Earl's Court station. The location was excellent, providing direct access from Heathrow and making it easy to reach central London. The room was warm and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping changing the towels daily.

My only concern was that despite booking a "superior" room, it felt quite small, and the bathroom was particularly tiny.

Location, very quiet area .Good selection of restaurants and pubs within walking distance, Tube station 2 min walk away. The hotel is very peaceful and welcoming cosy bed. Home from home.

Fabulous location. Near 2 tube stations 10 min from central London. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious with a number of cereal choices plus hot dishes and pastries. Thanks Sherry. Room was clean, bed comfortable and very quiet. Air con was brilliant -we were there during the heat wave. Excellent value for money.We will return next time we visit London

Only comment I would say a little fridge would have been a bonus. The staff did allow us to put something in their fridge. Thanks guys
