Really close to metro station. Good and quiet street but next street had so many shops and food stores. Very lively and good vibes. Breakfast was nice and staff was really friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately property didn’t have elevators and the stairs were really steep and narrow.

We stayed here once before & came away hugely disappointed, however we decided to try again & were so pleased we did. This time our stay was fantastic! A lovely room, plenty of space, tea & biscuits provided, a nice tv & a very comfy bed. We'd definitely return!

The bathroom, though served it purpose, was very small. When sitting on the toilet, our knees were under sink & it was a small gap between the sink & the shower. However, these were minor complaints & not worthy of complaining about. Staying on the basement level, you could hear a low rumble of the underground trains when awake, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

I recently stayed at Dreamtel London Kensington, conveniently located near Earl's Court station. The location was excellent, providing direct access from Heathrow and making it easy to reach central London. The room was warm and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping changing the towels daily.

My only concern was that despite booking a "superior" room, it felt quite small, and the bathroom was particularly tiny.

Location, very quiet area .Good selection of restaurants and pubs within walking distance, Tube station 2 min walk away. The hotel is very peaceful and welcoming cosy bed. Home from home.

The area was pleasant and felt safe. We'd previously stayed in Camden and Old Kent Road which were not so nice.

Breakfasts were absolutely dreadful. So much so that we had to go to Tesco to make sure we had a decent hot breakfast. The plates were stone cold, as were the cups. Not nice at all. A member of staff said they had loads of similar complaints but that the hotel was not responsible for the breakfasts. It was the downstairs restaurant who supplied it. Quite abysmal

We recently stayed at a hotel located incredibly close to the action, just less than 3 minutes away from the tube station, making it an ideal spot for those looking to explore the city with ease. While our stay was overall enjoyable, we encountered some inconveniences regarding the bathroom facilities. The bathroom size was notably small, presenting a challenge for guests who may be larger than average. This was further compounded by a disproportionately large sink that dominated the space, limiting movement and requiring us to leave the door open to change comfortably. However, it's worth noting that the shower facilities were excellent, with fresh towels provided daily and a reliable bed-making service, ensuring a level of comfort and cleanliness throughout our stay.

When we first arrived the staff were super friendly and accommodated our early arrival and check-in. The room was clean and perfect for a 2 week stay. Location was amazing! we were a 1 min walk from the station.

The only thing that stood out was the elevator was out of use for a week so we needed to climb a few stairs. But staff made us aware from the beginning and sorted the problem as soon as possible! If anything its good for a little exercise.

Hotel was great for the price paid. The room size was great for one person. The location was great and the underground was only a 2 minute walk. Do not listen to the other reviews that are bad. The room was the perfect size for one person and and sufficient space for two suitcases. Yes there was noise from trains but you get used to it and it does not affect your sleep.
