Review of Earls Court Garden and Cromwell International Hotels I had an exceptional experience at Earls Court Garden and Cromwell International Hotels. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Tanveer, with his friendly and helpful attitude, made my stay even more enjoyable. His ability to resolve any concerns efficiently and courteously was remarkable. Additionally, Faysal greatly contributed to making my visit pleasant. He displayed respectful and kind behavior at all times, reflecting a genuine commitment to guest well-being. Without a doubt, the hospitality and service provided by the entire staff made my stay a memorable experience. I highly recommend these hotels for their excellent attention and dedication to guest comfort.

Everything was perfect.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming — they even allowed me to check in earlier and check out later, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and cozy, with its own private bathroom, and everything I needed for a short stay. It was quiet and comfortable, and I felt safe and cared for. Thank you so much to the lovely team — I’m very grateful for your hospitality!

Reviews on this Hotel are unfair. It's like people buying a Ford and reviewing it against a Bentley! We paid £75 per night and stayed for 2 nights totalling £150. Other known average hotels were £300 to £400. Would I stay here again? Yes. If me and Mrs were travelling again without the children. The location was excellent, everything could be reached by tube within 20 to 30 mins and the local tube station was just a 2 minute walk. The comments about it been like a crack house are crazy, If you want a decent size and nice hotel spend some real money!! The rooms were not spacious enough for a full family stay.

This is our second stay in this hotel. We enjoyed a very convenient location and low price. The good part was a friendly, nice staff. The hotel employees were dealing fast and efficiently will all issues that occurred during our stay. The maintenance people reacted immediately fixing the technical problems. The front desk workers responded to all our requests.

Rooms are too small, and the noise of the metro trains is noticeable and sometimes annoying.

Good location, decent price. Special thanks to Abdul Wasey. He paid attention to our needs and understood the difficulties we experienced claiming steep stars to the second flood. Myself and my wife are not young. In addition she has heard conditions Abdul Wasey was so kind and transferred us to the more convenient room at the ground floor. We highly appreciate his help. He made our stay more comfortable.

The location was amazing, and for the price it was, it is what it is, personally my stay was perfect.

The reviews that I found on trip advisor, were really unfair, my shower was great, no smells iny room I did not hear the train once. The sheets on the bed were clean and the room was decent. I really don't understand what ppl were expecting to find for the price. come on 3 nights in London perfect location for that price I think was amazing. I wouldn't definitely stay again.

Top value hotel about 200 metres from Earls Court tube station which is on the Picadilly Line straight from the LHR airport. Walking distance to museums and close to London centre on cheap buses and tube. Cheap eats and supermarket nearby. Staff were most helpful . Ensuite room with toiletries, and has coffee etc

Steep stairs. Basement room a little shabby and musty but very clean.

The location is fantastic. It's a 5 minute walk from the underground and shops and a 10 minute walk from the museums in Kensington. The street was quiet, even though it's in the heart of London. The room was large with 2 windows. There were sockets by the bed and shampoo and soap in the bathroom. There was a hospitality tray with a kettle with tea, coffee, and milk.

The receptionist insisted on me showing her photo ID, even though there's no legal requirement for me to do so. I didn't have any with me, but she did accept a picture I had on my phone of my driving licence.

If you need a cheap hotel for a one night stay, then this place is pretty good. It's not even close to what we know as a hotel room, however you get what you paid for. The staff were decent and the room was clean. Bathroom was pretty decent and easy to use. Even though the room was small and the bed was a cheap bed, all and all I had a surprisingly good night sleep and a comfortable stay for a low budget hotel. If you want cheap and are ready for little expectations then come to this hotel. It's location is good and I feel that credit were It's due, this place was nice.

I really liked the room, it was small but I found that appealing to me. It is literally a few minute walk to Earls Court, and the room was next to the station, so my son and I could watch the underground trains, and at night, it is just beautiful. Very convenient location and lots of shops nearby.

The shower door didn't completely close so that made it slightly harder to ensure no little splashes got out. (However I did put a towel down on the floor pre-shower when I realised the door had a gap). With this exception I found it a lovely stay.
