Everything the staff couldn’t do enough for me even changing my room when they saw it would be difficult for me to climb stairs as I am disabled .carrying my luggage and opening fire doors .The coffees were super choices and fact of having coffee when ever you fancied was great location was very central to most places,no breakfast but as you knew before fine I don’t eat breakfast any way and staff were so very pleasant even to calling me a taxi uber on his own account to help me get to theatre ,reception had a couch where you could talk to staff or other residents who were there also you could have a rest when you needed to All in all was a great place to stay will go back definitely I was a disabled lady of 83 and felt safe and secure 🌹🌹🌹.

Nothing at all.

The location is near the tube. There are lots of restaurants and grocery nearby. The community is very peaceful and quiet. I had a good sleep after a tiring work. There is a free coffee, tea or hot chocolate and drinking water at the reception. The towels and beddings are clean. There is available air-condition for the hot summer weather. Had to even extend my stay and they give me discount for booking direct.

The location was great, short walk to the train station, shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and offering us tea/coffee from the coffee machine that was available for us to use anytime of the day. The room was studio size with an ensuite bathroom, providing nice hot shower and hairdryer. There was great internet connection which was perfect to arrive home to. We had such a good time and extended our stay so we could see more of London.

That our holiday was coming to an end.

Was a very nice place to stay for what we needed. Room was small but comfortable. Walls did have afew marks on them and the bed was alittle high (we are short!) And the mattress was alittle hard. Could have done with extra pillows as we only had one thin one. That being said, it did meet our needs and the staff were really lovely and welcoming

I had a good stay in London, and the location of my booking was perfect! Being near Earl’s Court tube station (2 min walking) made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting London!

The staff were extremely friendly and the location was ideal for my trip. My particular room was quiet and unlike some hotels of a much higher standard it was warm and there was a good reading light. The bed was very comfortable too. Overall for a budget hotel and a short stay I'd say go for it.

The shower room was very small and the sink encumbered the use of the toilet somewhat. The pillows were lumpy. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there is a free drinks machine in reception.

A hotel in an excellent location in London, five minutes walk from the metro station, and the bus stop that takes you to Oxford Street is five minutes walk away. The hotel rooms are modest but clean, and the workers and reception are friendly and try to help you as much as possible. For those with a medium budget, I recommend it.

There are rooms downstairs that have no windows.

Everything was perfect for me and my spouse.

We have stayed at the exhibition court hotel 4 for four nights and everything was as expected. The hotel is really near by all the attractions in london and really well comunicated. It had free delicious coffee, comfortable bed and a good shower. The personal is really nice and helpfull. Special thanks to Sayd that lent us a charger for the whole stay and was available at any time!

Very good location. Hotel itself met expectations for the price point compared to other places I have stayed within a 5 minute walk of this hotel. Plenty of hot water. Strong internet. Quiet room from street noise and other rooms. What makes this an excellent choice is the hotel staff. Without exception they were all very friendly and helpful.

A little more heat would have been nice.
