Staff were very welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. Great to have a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as separate sink and kettle. Very clean and modern bathroom with great shower. Bed was very comfortable and there was an opening window for fresh air which I prefer. The room wasn’t huge but similar size to other single rooms in this area and this was better value I thought. Would definitely stay here again.
A bigger shelf in the bathroom would have been great but it wasn’t a huge problem.

Location is great, rooms are small but have everything you need, including kettle, fridge, bowl, plate, cutlery. I loved that I could make my own breakfast in the room. Super efficient designed. Modern style. Clean. Staff is lovely, super helpfull, super friendly. I would definately go here again. Good value for money considering the location.
Some of the rooms are on the side of the buidling that facing a metro or train line, This is very noisy. With the windows open, but also with the windows closed. So I recommend bringing earplugs. With the window closed you need the aircon, which is also a bit noisy. Again: earplugs are your friend.

Highly recommend this lovely hotel which exceeded my expectations. It was very well equipped with everything that you would ever need for a short stay. It's spotlessly clean, had very comfy beds and only a couple of minutes walk to the tube station. The area had loads of places to eat but the kitchenette, wihich included a fridge and a microwave, was very useful indeed. I had a couple of minor issues but the reception staff were very helpful and quick to resolve them. Thank you very much for doing so, very much appreciated.
There was nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect for me.

Perfect place for my first night in London before moving to some friends' place. Excellent position close to public transports. The room I booked was tiny but very clean and functional, the guy at checkout was very friendly, I had the time to have breakfast at the café at a few meters. Excellent value for money but it was on a very special offer when I booked.
Maybe the sink could have been put in a more comfortable place since it was really small but the bathroom was well equipped on the other hand. At check-in, having some more information about how to switch on light (by inserting the key card in the apposite slot but difficult to see in the dark) would be useful, since I had to go back and ask, but nothing too annoying.

Incredible location, just a stones throw from earl’s court station with direct lines into Central London. Lot’s of shops and restaurants round the corner. The room, although small, was perfect for me as a solo traveller, with lots of amenities. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and every single staff member I spoke to was so pleasant and kind. I use a walking aid and the lift was down so upon check in they were able to put me on the ground floor, and even though there was a small number of steps, the gentleman at check in was more than happy to take my case down to my room and back up again at check out.
You could hear the underground lines until quite late in the night but after spending all day in London I was so tired that I fell asleep easily.

I loved the location the staff and my room . It was quiet even though it was over looked the main road. The place looked even better than the pictures in booking. Wfi was excellent.
Two things. 1)The bed was very uncomfortable, i did ask for either replacing the bed if it is possible or supply me with two extra blanket to put on the wooden bed base on which they did immediately. 2) the bath basin was almost blocked and needed some drainage liquid to clear what ever is blocking it, for this I did not mention it to the staff.

The staff were very friendly , polite and helpful, allowing me to leave my case in the storeroom for the last day until time to go to the airport. The ensuite bathroom was decently sized, had a lovely shower, nice, bright and clean. The entire experience was very efficient and functional. I had everything needed in the room.
The bedroom was very small: only the width of one suitcase between the side of the bed and wall. At the far end of the room was a desk with a chair. When sitting at the desk, the chair was backed up against the bed, indicating the overall size of the room. For my purposes, being out all day, it was functional which was all I needed. I wouldn't plan to enjoy any leisure time or holiday ambience in the room itself, as it feels cramped and the walls seem quite thin. Also, the entrance to the hotel has some steps to be aware of if you have a heavy case to lift.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind and supportive in helping me navigate a new country and experience. I was able to check-in early and if the room had not been available, they were willing to store my luggage until check-in time. Everything was secure and safe. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size after reading and being told that rooms were smaller and more compact. There was a fridge and full-size bathroom. Room cleaning was available daily and the team was wonderful about checking to see when I planned to return so that they could do their work and be clear before I returned. Internet was available as part of the room and there were tons of places to eat, shop, and explore within walking distance. The tube was a five minute walk in one direction and about 15 minutes in the other, depending on the line you wanted and where you were trying to go.
A microwave would have been convenient for reheating leftovers. Additionally, an iron and ironing board would have been useful because I was there for business and needed to iron some of my clothes after they were in the luggage.

The room was bigger than any other at this price around the city. The bed was comfortable. There was microwave, so we could eat food at the room. The bathroom was clean and they changed the towels every day. There was cleaning every day. The Earls Court metro station and a couple of bus stops where pretty close. It was easy to go back to the hotel. The staff was kind they even offered us to leave our backpack there because of our late flight.
There was dust in the room and in the ventillatiors, only the 201 room has no openable windows, but there was ventillation.
