The standard of the room for the price paid ,, very good value for money

No refilling the water after the first night , when requested the room to be cleaned

It is really a newly renovated hotel.

It was 1-2 days not the best cleaning in the room.

Had a nice conversation with Peter. The hotel is only a few months old, so everything looked brand new. Location is very nice, just off the high street which has loads of good food options. Hotel was very clean and cleaned daily. Just a note for people who may be confused about reviews on Google - this hotel has just been renovated and so the older Google reviews (and older pictures) do not reflect it. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Great location, brand new, very cheap for hotels of equivalent style and location. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Only thing I would say is how it wasn't 100% complete from the refurbishment and there was some noise on a weekday morning we stayed but nothing too unpleasant. Plus I think it will be complete very soon, so I wouldn't steer away from booking for that reason

Fantastic location near train at Earl’s Court. Comfy beds We arrived early and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. Very much appreciated. Shower was great. Able to open doors to let fresh air in. Plenty of coffee/ tea provided. Staff very accommodating for all requests. Overall a great place to stay

The room was clean, particularly the bathroom but… We were there for 6 nights and the sheets weren’t changed. There was a wrapper under one of the beds that was missed in the vacuuming. The hair dryer in the draw is quite weird. Had to ask for bottles of water which were immediately supplied and then always replenished from them on. There is a lot of building going on next door and across the road which was a little noisy at times.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The underground (metro) is very close to the hotel, and brings to the city center and airport quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at St Mark’s. The hotel is fresh and new, so the room felt extra clean. Even though our room was next to the elevator, we didn’t hear much noise - the room is soundproof. The location is very good - on a quiet residential street just next to Earl's Court metro station, the History Museum, the V&A, and Kensington Gardens. The bed was comfortable, and the room also had a TV with lots of channels, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee. I would definitely recommend this place and return if I visit again! :)

Location is great. A minute walk to Earl's Court tube station. I last stayed here in December 2023 and actually rebooked by accident, but I'm so glad I did. Last year it was dirty and grotty, now it has been totally transformed! The rooms are new, spotless and lovely. The bathroom is small but also brand new. The decor feels very luxurious and they've even installed a lift since my last visit. With the close proximity to a tube, some shops (M&S food at the end of the road), and some great pubs that serve lovely food, I'll definitely be staying here again.

There are cheaper places to stay in London but that doesn't mean they're any better. Rooms are slightly on the small side but totally fine for a couple or friends.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good, close to what I needed.

The room was much smaller than what it seemed on photos..I could barely move. I stayed at the deluxe double and I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable to share it with another person, it would feel too crowded. So to rate it as "deluxe double" is stretching it. Another weird thing, the Aircon/ heating system started throwing cold air even when I increased the temp to over 25c. I only stayed one night, but if it was for longer I'd have asked the staff for help on this.

The small room was enough for 2 people. The bed was small but comfortable. The room heating was good. The bathroom has floor heating. You can have room cleaning everyday if you wish which is a big plus compared to other hotels. The location and area was very good, quiet and safe. If we are to come back in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again (or at least in this area).

Unfortunately there was construction right next door and this caused a lot of noise from early in the morning (starting at 7.30-8.00) and this continued until late in the evening (6-6.30 pm). This is a temporary situation of course. However, we could also hear the walking noises of the upstairs people and the water sounds going through the pipes but these were not such a big deal.
