The location wasn't quite what i wanted but as near as i cld get. We went to a wedding in Richmond Park. As it was Wimbledon week even booking this a long time ago a lot of hotels were fully booked or extortionate prices. This hotel was very reasonable, the room was a good sized twin. Very clean. Quality bedding. Extra pillows supplied. A modern walk in shower. Good air con. The staff were all excellent! I wld recommend this place . We didn't have breakfast at the property as it was continental and we wanted a full breakfast. I wld stay here again if i needed to be in that area.

We love sutton close to train & buses to travel all around London to see our family. The staff were amazing, we was staying at ibis hotel because our mother had been taken seriously ill and passed away unexpectedly, all our family were visiting so we stayed at the ibis for some privacy. Danielle, Alisha & Eli were totally outstanding, so king thoughtfull booked us taxis at a second notice to take us to St Hillier Hospital, gave us Ironing board ect so we could iron new items purchased for funeral that we weren't expecting. There kindness was outstanding. I never been in any Hotel before in my life were the staff were genuinely concerned how myself and my husband were feeling, morning and night as we we going through reception, so very kind. Thank you.

The car parking app!! you could only do 24 hours a time so we left the car parked in hotel and used trains & buses because you weren't guaranteed to have a space on return. This was just so stressful as I had to remember to re book parking everyday while being at hospital, I had to keep leaving and ward going outside and hope I could get a signal to re book hoping I didn't get a parking fine if late, you really need to change the way this is booked on app. Holiday Inn Express parking gives you option to chooses how many (days) you want to stay for, this option is much better.

Nice clean comfortable room, just as you would expect. Good buffet breakfast available in the morning and staff were very friendly and helpful

I could not for the life of me work out the car park - how to get in it. I ended up driving around the hotel 3 times looking for it, checking here that it actually existed, and ended up just giving up and parking my car in a multi story a short walk away

I loved the aesthetics and the sweet ease of accessing the hotel by public transport. The room was large, had glass windows that were fitted from top to bottom - loved it - and was generally comfortable. The staff were also welcoming, courteous and professional. Finally, the luggage room facility, where they help guests keep their luggage for 24 hours at no extra cost was a lifesaver for me 👌

No fridge in the room. That was a downer 😔

I stayed here for my civil wedding night and I was very surprised and grateful for the staff. They were so so lovely and I can’t wait to stay here again for my hindu wedding night. I walked into the room and the staff had a card, champagne and macaroons for me. It was such a special touch. They made my experience at the hotel so much better!! Thank you.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was we had a sink leak at one of the hotel rooms so it took a bit of time for us to move all our luggage around :(

Clean, basic room - had everything you need if you want a basic room only hotel. Very reasonable price. Cheap parking at back of hotel with charge points. Staff at desk were lovely, nice quick check in / check out. Had screen with ability to book uber from reception

Dark corridors, no mirror on desk and no iron. No fitness facilities but knew this before we booked. Some homeless hanging around late at night behind hotel which wasnt ideal if arriving in car park late at night.

Staff were very helpful and rooms were cleaned well which is very important. Good location for bars, restaurants and other shopping, we took advantage of the bars and restaurants and all were good value.

The hotel was value for money however it is a long distance from the city of London. Around 33 minutes on the train to Victoria London. However the trains were regular and we didn’t find this a big issue in our 5 night stay.

The check in and check out was extremely easy and straightforward. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was explained to us when we checked in. My sister asked for an iron and within 10 minutes was brought to the room. No one has ever rushed us to check out as some other hotels do. Also the beds for both me and my sister were absolutely amazing so comfortable, we had an amazing sleep I felt like home.

The signs on the corridors can be clearer for the lift and way out.

The size of the twin room was good. It did not feel cramped sharing with my friend. I loved the shower the most, it was so lovely and refreshing. I also requested extra towels and were given them. The kettle and tea selection in the room was perfect. That was a nice touch. The usb sockets also were highly appreciated as I forgot my AC plug!

Parking was a bit awkward as I’m new to town but there is parking behind the property.

Location is really good - near the train station and near the shopping district

Glasses in the room were not washed daily when the room was cleaned. The airconditioner swtiched off in the middle of the night and I was waking up hot and had to get up to turn it back on.
