Very clean, spacious, & modern.

No parking. Double bed - two singles pushed together. Very uncomfortable if you get stuck in the middle of the bed.

Lovely comfortable room, very quiet, nice facilities and perfectly located. Couldn't have asked for anything more, we stayed the night, there was a lift, a little vending machine to grab a drink, air con worked perfectly, so did the shower, had some tea in the room in the morning and it was really nice. 10/10

Parking options were low, because we were turning up 6 hours before the booking in time, we had to park somewhere else, not the hotels fault at all, it's just something to mention for a London hotel near Wembley parking is obviously going to be sparse... this literally was our only negative and that was completely out of the hotels control, if they could of guaranteed us a parking space they would have.

Very nice property located in a relatively decent location. Just behind Wembley stadium and is Galway in between Wembley Park and Wembley Central station. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were very neat and mostly tidy (had some hair left in the drains). When we first entered however, there was a strong smell of tobacco - clearly someone in one of the other rooms had been smoking and our air con was bringing that odour in. Luckily it disappeared after a day. Room service was great - rooms get tidied everyday after around 11am and get restocked with fresh towels, hand towels, bath mats, soaps and shower shampoos, and drink sachets/ water bottles. Only slight tiff was on our last night the room had been tidied and soaps had been cleared however they didn’t replace them so in the morning we were left with nothing to use. Furthermore we didn’t realise but the power for the sockets in our room seemed to have been turned off so we couldn’t charge our phones and were left having to pop by another hotel to do so. Received most our deposit back but not too sure why we were still charged £7.50?? Left the room in a good condition as shown by the photos.

The room was nice and clean upon arrival and air conditioned. The bed was comfortable and the touch screen control next to it was easy to use. We were surprised with a fridge in the room and heated floors in the bathroom as we were unaware that they were included in the room which is always lovely. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist when we first arrived, we had to pay a £50 holding fee which was refunded not long after we left. The hotel has free wifi which you are given the password to when you get your keycard for the room and for hotel wifi it was decent we were able to connect our fire stick and watch stuff with no buffering.

The only negative i have is that in our room you had to wait for the shower to warm up once turned on it took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm.

Great location and walking distance for Wembley stadium. Rooms where very big and spacious with all the mod cons, very comfortable bed and staff were all friendly.

In serious need of a frequent Window cleaner - as it’s next to the main road it obviously gets traffic dirt but could barely see out of them and they were sealed with no opening. Other small issue there’s an outdoor area just off reception at rear where people smoke, the door left open so the smell gets inside and fills the stair well which isn’t pleasant. The price could be better But considering local concert I assume dynamic cost so likely higher than normal.

We were attending an event at Wembley Stadium so the proximity was perfect. Leaving the event to being back in the hotel room was around 10 minutes, no fighting for a spot on a train. Super comfortable beds, very quiet hotel and the shower was wonderful. Staff friendly, everything was clean.

The only thing I can mention here was the slight disappointment of the restaurant/bar not being open that evening, after a long day of travelling we were looking forward to having a bite to eat before the event we were attending, however we managed to get an order on Uber Eats after the event.

Location was central for me. Underground station wembley central was a 10 minute walk away. Great for getting to London central and Heathrow airport. Plenty of buses available to bring me to my venues. Hotel room was quiet. Had kettle fir making tea and coffee. Sachets were provided and milk. Great to have a mini fridge also. There was a mini mart across the road with a wide range of produce and drinks. Staff friendly and helpful. Check in was straightforward. Light technology was very impressive. Bathroom was very satisfactory and clean. Had a fantastic sleep on a very comfortable bed Would stay again. Travelled solo and felt safe

Everything was good. Room floor was carpet and I prefer timber or laminate flooring

the room was gorgeous, big bath with a television. the tv in the room is massive. the lights in the bedroom had 3 light settings which was really nice. the plug sockets all worked. the kitchenette had everything you could need with a fridge stocked with water, there was also tea and coffee. the vending machine was cheap and had different options. the man at the front desk is a hard worker, he was there the every time we passed, he was also really kind. there is work being done on the first floor so we were on the second, the work being done was only during the day and it was silent the rest of the time. i definitely recommend this hotel. the tesco and shopping centre is really close and the arena is basically next door. it is quite close to the train station also. this hotel is very very good value for money and we will definitely be returning.

Staff is good, rooms were cleaned.

No one came out to help while I was struggling to park my car in there small car park instead they were watching me from camera. When I expressed my hurdle at reception they said you could have parked on the other side which was a secured parking and I was not sure whether it's reserved or not. That is why I was expecting someone to come out and guide us. They ask for security deposit which is £50, still I'm waiting for that refund, every time call them they say please call your bank .

Friendly staff / Bus stop at the hotel's door which is great / a good outlet shopping mall very close / if you are looking for something close to Wembley Stadium this is the place / Depending on what you are looking for this could be positive or not: From the hotel to London City Center it will take you about 45 minutes (1 bus + train (tube) Jubilee line for example) to get to Big Ben, London Eye, etc etc

Not that many places to go dine around or good restaurants / room needed a little more maintenance but it was comfortable
