The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was very good. Most importantly Staff were welcoming and coureous. Special thanks to Housekeeping man who attended in a very responsive way to a few minor issues.

We were going to Wembley and this hotels location was great, a 30 minute walk to the stadium.The price was very decent considering it's in London, and it was free parking which is a huge bonus. The staff were friendly and the bar in the hotel was open to midnight with a TV for sports, very ideal!

It's not the hotels fault, but as it's shared bathrooms there were a few guests who were not very good with their "shared bathroom" etiquette, and there was a room that had a party until the early hours (but they were eventually ejected from the hotel after a few of the rooms put in complaints). Again though, those are things out of the hotels control as they can't account for how people behave.

Excellent value for money given the location in London, it's a Victorian building not a new build hotel but everything was more than acceptable. A few yards round the corner and a bus took me directly to and from Wembley Arena for a concert, hotels close to the venue cost over 3 times as much.

Very little to criticise really - you get what you pay for and I can't think of anything that was missing, especially given the excellent price point. I didn't like the 25 minute walk to get to the hotel, but the 18 bus service was on diversion which is hardly their fault!

Good value for money, good breakfast and dining area, 24 hour reception, bed was comfortable. Staff also friendly. Good to have free on-site parking.

Parking area had boulders at the front which made it very awkward to park. Car park at the back was locked at night, would be better if open 24hrs or remove the boulders from the front carpark. Showers took a while to get right temperature, ideally, bathroom needs updating, radiators getting rusty and en-suite looks a bit out-dated. Couldn't open windows to get fresh air, ideally need a fan in the room or air con especially, when weather is over 30 degrees. Dead spider on window shelf was a bit off putting. TV also not working properly. Instructions manual would be handy to have in the room.

Very good location for Wembley Stadium and the OVO. The 18 bus stops pretty much outside the hotel and takes you pretty much next to Wembley Park, there is a short walk when you get off. The underground/overground line is about a 10 min walk from the hotel too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfy. We had the Quad room which has an en-suite bathroom, a large fridge plus the tea/coffee facility. The room was spacious and round the back so it was quiet. There is a bar on site and the drinks were reasonably priced, under £6 for a pint of cider which is great for London. The hotel reception was bright and clean and had some seats to sit on. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly fine and very good value for money. We didn't have breakfast so don't know what the food was like. Reception is covered 24/7

The shower lacked power, it was a good job it wasn't hair wash day. No air con, which only really bothered me later in the middle of the night when I got too hot (could have been the alcohol consumed, though)

Great location for Wembley. 30 minute walk or hop on the bus right across from the hotel for 10 mins. We went to the play off final so it was perfect for that. Lots of shops nearby for snacks. Staff were absolutely lovely, free parking, breakfast was great for the price - not loads of choice but perfect for a good fry up and fruit/cereal/croissants. A very pleasant stay and the staff made it so friendly!

It's a bit dated. It's very clean but due to the age of the rooms it felt more old fashioned than most hotels. However, for the price and convenience for Wembley we were very happy!

The reception staff are welcoming, friendly, reassuring, informative and available 24/7. The location is a short walk from a tube station and a main bus route with another bus stop just opposite, atwenty four hour shop next door and a convenience door across the road with a cash machine. There was a sink and a fridge in my room which was unanticipated as well as a kettle and television. Internet access was good. Just across from my room was a choice of 2 showers and toilets. The toilet tissue dispensers and soap dispensers are well chosen and efficient. The decor was pleasant with good thick curtains.

There was a little noise one night from the street though with windows and curtains shut this is quite well eliminated and outwith control of the premises.

The location not far from the station. Although shared bathroom, I never found myself waiting, always available. Sink in my room. Staff at reception, very helpful and friendly, approachable and made me feel comfortable. Explained where everything was.

Television positionin, light didn't work about the sink in the room, but I didn't report it. The restaurant wasn't open, there was a bar but had a restricted menu and said they were not part of the hotel, didn't offer the drinks deal advertised at the hotel ! Confusing.

Decent price considering the convenience of location from Wembley Stadium, with a bus available that drops you only 6 minutes walk from the stadium. Very comfy room/bed, I slept like a log! Staff very friendly and accomodated early check-in at very short notice and without charge. Free parking available without the need to pre-book. Buffet breakfast included in the price and it was very nice!

My only thought is that the room and bathroom felt small, but they are sufficient for what you need.

The location was spot on. Literally 10mins by bus to Wembley stadium/ovo arena and a 10min walk to the nearest underground station. I liked there was outdoor terraces although we didn't use them.

I wouldn't say I didn't like, but an extra person on reception would be handy, the rooms are ok but a little bit of modernisation wouldnt go amiss. Plus, if you plan to stay at the hotel, don't forget to pack a plug with a usb port to charge your phone/tablet/pc's as there are no USB plug sockets in the rooms
