My room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable to the extent you can rationally expect at such a price point. The location may be good for some purposes, especially for people travelling by car. For those who want to use public transport towards central London, there are various options, but you need to walk a lot or use buses to reach fixed line services. The area is quite industrial and traffic junction-like, but it did not feel unsafe.

A hotel is a bit far off from everything (except by car, I guess). I had no problem with the hotel itself. Good value for money.

This is truly a gem; a family-run establishment that made me feel right at home. It’s not five-star luxury but it really was five-star service and love. For the price, I could not ask for anything more. The room: very clean and decent size; bed comfortable, aircon excellent, shower warm, big TV and desk. Everything I needed. I slept very well here. The staff: I arrived here late at night after a 30 hour journey from NZ, and was greeted by a hilarious and good humoured fella at reception! The next morning, had a cheap and filling breakfast and spoke with the reception to find a laundromat. The lovely Nonna who does the laundry insisted that she would wash my clothes (for free); I got back later that day to find they had been washed, dried and ironed (something I don’t even do for myself). I bought her some chocolates to thank her. Makes you feel so loved, honestly! The location: It is 45 mins from central London via a direct tube line that’s 15 mins walk away. I consider that convenient enough! The area is an industrial zone but very safe - I walked back late at night quite often and never felt worried. Always someone at reception to greet you, but also no one bothers you unless you ask them.

Nothing. This place is exactly as advertised; not oversold. Everything they promised, they delivered. The staff made it more than I could have expected.

I liked the stay in this hotel, the room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable. It was a tiny bit colder, but it was just fine after few minutes with the heater on. There is also microwave and fridge. They offer good breakfast, you can choose whatever you want and they cook it for you in few minutes. The staff was nice, there's always someone at the reception. The hotel is situated farther from the city center, but it is no problem to get there. I would recomend to all who wish to rest in comfortable hotel after long day full of sightseeing 😊

The bathroom was colder than I'd like, but it wasn't really a big deal.

The staff are phenomenal- very pleasant, kind and helpful. We arrived late at night-after 11pm- and found that the patio door didn’t close or lock and the room was very warm (116). The night manager was able to close the door but couldn’t do anything about the temperature in the room besides turn the fan to high. He apologized and promised a new room the next morning- which was ready when we returned from our adventures. It was much cooler as promised! If you are a big breakfast eater I don’t think you could go wrong here! The hotel has a cafe and they offer a free full breakfast, cooked to order each morning. Many options from Full English to omelets etc!

The area was under construction so that didn’t help with appearances. Fencing and construction signs abounded. Central air means one cannot control the temperature in each room. Our 2nd room - 213- was cooler but the bed was not comfortable, especially when compared to the bed in 116. When I mentioned it to the morning manager, he gave me a quizzical look and said the mattresses are the same. I assured him they are not! The mattress in 116 is one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The mattresses in 213 (2 slim twins pushed together) were basic, bouncy, and not comfortable.

The room is a good size and we had a view of Wembley stadium. The bathroom seems new and the whole room was very clean. The room has a small fridge freezer, a microwave and kettle as well as a sink which is handy although not needed for the one night we stayed here. Check in and out was quick and straightforward. The breakfast choice was extensive and the cooked breakfast we chose was well made.

It's in an industrial estate about 20 minutes walk from the nearest tube station which is a little far. The room while great was quite stuffy and it wasn't warm when we stayed so I'd imagine it would be very hot in the summer and while there is a fan in the room I'm not sure it would cool me down enough. The bathroom didn't have a fan in it to extract the moisture so it got stuffy too

Staff were really friendly and helpful on arrival, our room wasn't quite ready as we arrived earlier than expected but the staff were really apologetic and didn't take more than a few minutes anyway! The rooms were bigger than looked on photos and were spotless! The bar and cafe with pool table was excellent and good value for a few pre show drinks, the location was excellent for Wembley only £10 in a Uber to get there ( getting back was extortionate but not the hotels fault). It was our first time staying in London and I really felt at ease and would definitely come back here in the future.

Not got any complaints to be honest.

The hotel is small, so less guests. There was no noise at all from other guests moving around, talking, etc, was very quiet that way. The room was clean and modern with some facilities such as fridge, kettle with tea/coffee/milk, microwave and sink (although I didnt use these), all linens towels spotless. The cafe area downstair is a great hub for reasonably priced all day breakfasts / lunch / coffee, and as the hotel reception is manned 24 hours can also grab a drink or snacks before bed. I had a good view of Wembley in the distance. Wifi available in room. Staff were friendly. It is a good location vs price for Wembley.

Very, very, very minor points / Suggestions: The shower tray could be doing with a glass panel rather than curtain to save the floor getting wet very easily (managed with towel so all good). I think one of the window's wasnt closed right or the seal not quite tight to frame that let in more noise (openable window facing wembley stadium, room 204) - but with a solid push to lock it helped somewhat. It was letting in higher road noise than expected. Could have supplied bottle of water in the fridge complimentary (into price of room) just to add a nice touch. Again this is a suggestion only in a way to improve guest experience :) Again, all these points are very minor the hotel is overall super!

we were traveling by electric car to central Middlesex Hospital for an operation .This hotel had a small car park with charging points which met our expectations and the staff helped with the parking and charging Apps which was a bonus. The hospital was less than a mile away so convenient to walk there in the morning for my operation had to be there at 7.15 am. the hotel found a taxi company to pick us up from hospital 7.30pm .Food was good value for money, Room clean and with a mini kitchen very helpful and the toiletries smelt lovely . Staff were very helpful .Would we stay again yes, room was a bit noisy, traffic not used to it. We could have had a room around the back but opted to stay in the room issued. Thank you to all the staff .

Very clean and comfortable hotel with everything you need for an enjoyable stress free stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We were able to walk to Wembley Stadium from the hotel, approx 40 mins although a bus stop is just across the road if needed. The food and service in the cafe is very good. Breakfast was lovely. There is a rooftop terrace for when the weather is good. Would def stay again.

Nothing not to like. Will be back.

All of the staff that we met during our stay were all very welcoming and friendly, The property was very clean, the room was clean & had what we needed, fan & heater both provided aswell as the built in heating/cooling system catering for all weathers. Accessories were available to be borrowed from reception such as hair dryers/irons etc. the restaurant was open until 8pm however snacks & drinks were available to be bought 24/7. We were at a concert at Wembley so it was an ideal location for us, around a 40 minute walk which made life much easier after the concert as you can imagine tube ques were very long & taxis can’t get anywhere near to Wembley stadium on event days. Bed was comfortable, I had read a lot of reviews saying that it was quite noisy as the hotel is on a main road, we did not experience this. Food and drinks in the hotel were very reasonably priced.
