This is truly a gem; a family-run establishment that made me feel right at home. It’s not five-star luxury but it really was five-star service and love. For the price, I could not ask for anything more. The room: very clean and decent size; bed comfortable, aircon excellent, shower warm, big TV and desk. Everything I needed. I slept very well here. The staff: I arrived here late at night after a 30 hour journey from NZ, and was greeted by a hilarious and good humoured fella at reception! The next morning, had a cheap and filling breakfast and spoke with the reception to find a laundromat. The lovely Nonna who does the laundry insisted that she would wash my clothes (for free); I got back later that day to find they had been washed, dried and ironed (something I don’t even do for myself). I bought her some chocolates to thank her. Makes you feel so loved, honestly! The location: It is 45 mins from central London via a direct tube line that’s 15 mins walk away. I consider that convenient enough! The area is an industrial zone but very safe - I walked back late at night quite often and never felt worried. Always someone at reception to greet you, but also no one bothers you unless you ask them.

Nothing. This place is exactly as advertised; not oversold. Everything they promised, they delivered. The staff made it more than I could have expected.

I liked the stay in this hotel, the room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable. It was a tiny bit colder, but it was just fine after few minutes with the heater on. There is also microwave and fridge. They offer good breakfast, you can choose whatever you want and they cook it for you in few minutes. The staff was nice, there's always someone at the reception. The hotel is situated farther from the city center, but it is no problem to get there. I would recomend to all who wish to rest in comfortable hotel after long day full of sightseeing 😊

The bathroom was colder than I'd like, but it wasn't really a big deal.

The staff are phenomenal- very pleasant, kind and helpful. We arrived late at night-after 11pm- and found that the patio door didn’t close or lock and the room was very warm (116). The night manager was able to close the door but couldn’t do anything about the temperature in the room besides turn the fan to high. He apologized and promised a new room the next morning- which was ready when we returned from our adventures. It was much cooler as promised! If you are a big breakfast eater I don’t think you could go wrong here! The hotel has a cafe and they offer a free full breakfast, cooked to order each morning. Many options from Full English to omelets etc!

The area was under construction so that didn’t help with appearances. Fencing and construction signs abounded. Central air means one cannot control the temperature in each room. Our 2nd room - 213- was cooler but the bed was not comfortable, especially when compared to the bed in 116. When I mentioned it to the morning manager, he gave me a quizzical look and said the mattresses are the same. I assured him they are not! The mattress in 116 is one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The mattresses in 213 (2 slim twins pushed together) were basic, bouncy, and not comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really spacious with comfortable king-size bed, it was clean and modern with fully equipped bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included, that was delicious and always freshly cooked. We would really recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little further from the city centre but there are a few bus stops and two underground stations nearby.

The hotel is small, so less guests. There was no noise at all from other guests moving around, talking, etc, was very quiet that way. The room was clean and modern with some facilities such as fridge, kettle with tea/coffee/milk, microwave and sink (although I didnt use these), all linens towels spotless. The cafe area downstair is a great hub for reasonably priced all day breakfasts / lunch / coffee, and as the hotel reception is manned 24 hours can also grab a drink or snacks before bed. I had a good view of Wembley in the distance. Wifi available in room. Staff were friendly. It is a good location vs price for Wembley.

Very, very, very minor points / Suggestions: The shower tray could be doing with a glass panel rather than curtain to save the floor getting wet very easily (managed with towel so all good). I think one of the window's wasnt closed right or the seal not quite tight to frame that let in more noise (openable window facing wembley stadium, room 204) - but with a solid push to lock it helped somewhat. It was letting in higher road noise than expected. Could have supplied bottle of water in the fridge complimentary (into price of room) just to add a nice touch. Again this is a suggestion only in a way to improve guest experience :) Again, all these points are very minor the hotel is overall super!

we were traveling by electric car to central Middlesex Hospital for an operation .This hotel had a small car park with charging points which met our expectations and the staff helped with the parking and charging Apps which was a bonus. The hospital was less than a mile away so convenient to walk there in the morning for my operation had to be there at 7.15 am. the hotel found a taxi company to pick us up from hospital 7.30pm .Food was good value for money, Room clean and with a mini kitchen very helpful and the toiletries smelt lovely . Staff were very helpful .Would we stay again yes, room was a bit noisy, traffic not used to it. We could have had a room around the back but opted to stay in the room issued. Thank you to all the staff .

There were wonderfull breakfasts in english style, very delicious (I can recommend for example full english breakfast) which give you energie for and half of the day. Very nice and pleasant people there, prepared to help you with whatever you need. I can recommend to everyone, can imagine to stay there next time.

Me and my partner have been here previously twice over the last couple of years and now it seems it has become tradition that we stay here. We enjoyed it each time hence why we returned for a 3rd time this year. We stayed for 8 nights this time around as we had a lot planned during our stay in London. It is located close to a bus station and not too far away from Stonebridge Park tube station so easy to travel around to where need to go location wise. The hotel itself has a lovely cafe where you can get breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. We always book the kingsize room it is very spacious with a large double bed, window, sink, fridge/small freezer, kettle and shower along with toiletries. The room is clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep. The breakfast is beautiful the sausages are different to any I’ve had anywhere else before and were definitely a favourite of mine. Now I would like to give a special mention to one of the owners Mariana she is one of the highlights of our stay and why we really enjoy our time here. Bare in mind we stayed 8 nights and she was working every single day whilst we were here which to me shows her dedication to work and everyday she had a smile on her face and made sure we always had a lovely breakfast. She also remembered us from our previous stay which was really sweet considering we hadn’t stayed here since August 2024. Another shout out to another gentleman who worked there unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was extremely kind and helpful to us during our stay helping us print out tickets we needed to one of our events and giving us tips and advice for things we could do in London while we were here. There was also another really friendly and helpful gentleman on the night who helped secure us an extra night stay as we ended up staying an extra night with a late added plan.So overall a 10/10 stay and will 100% be returning when we come back to London thank you guys!❤️

Could not have been better for everything. such kind and caring people. Changed my room to G Floor on request at arrival as I cannot do lifts. Even gave a refund as lower grade room and cheaper but it was great, perfect for me. Superb bed, so comfy even pillows just right. Fridge and microwave in room and super size bathroom with comfort height WC. Breakfast fantastic and all the other food and drinks available. Facilities superb better than 5* Hotels I've been to. Could not fault one thing. Will certainly use and recommend again and again.

Abbey Point Hotel is a great option for a quiet and comfortable stay in London. The hotel is clean, modern, and offers good value for the price. My room was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. I also appreciated the breakfast — fresh, tasty, and included in the stay. The location is slightly outside the city center, but it’s well connected by public transport. A solid choice for a peaceful stay at an affordable price.
