We stayed at the hotel for 9 full days. The hotel is good and met our expectations. The hotel staff is friendly and I would especially mention the receptionist BUSHRA who was friendly, helpful and charming The location of the hotel is very good, 200 meters from the Piccadilly metro line. Near the hotel is a great Italian restaurant at good prices called Villa Toscana. Of course recommended by BUSHRA. The Ealing Broadway neighborhood center is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There are many shops, restaurants and another metro station there. Next to the hotel there is also bus 483 to the large Wembley outlet. Avraham Schweitzer. Israel

Too bad there is no elevator in the hotel. We stayed on the second floor and our room was spacious. As mentioned, everything is good except for the elevator. Mrs. BUSHRA's attitude made up for the lack of an elevator.

Reading other reviews, I was fearful about cold rooms, lack of running hot water, etc. They don’t apply. The A/C is capable to heat the room (not a big surface to heat, though), moreover you have (or can ask for) a separate additional heater to plug in. The water is hot and has great pressure. Good amount of amenities and complimentaries. Bed was comfortable, they clean the room every day, but it must be requested at the reception. Very close to the metro/tube, some options for breakfast/market nearby.

Room’s a bit small, some noise from the other rooms, but … good value for money overall.

Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. I particularly liked the small entrance hallway which meant there was an extra doorway between the bedroom and the bathroom. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't manage to get a parking place on the hotel forecourt ( there are only four places) there was on street parking during the evening hours.

It would have been good to have breakfast at the hotel. The Wi-Fi kept dropping.

This is a great little hotel for the price. Rooms are comfy and well equipped with TV, coffee machine and kettle.

The carpets need a clean, particularly on the stairs and I hate it when dirty sheets or piles of clean laundry are left lying around the hallways. It’s just feels wrong. Also, I’ve stayed in the hotel since it first opened, and it was nice when you could sit in the bar with chill electronic music playing and have a beer. Even if you could buy bottled beer and wine and get some free nibbles it would be nice to sit in a communal area.

I really enjoyed our room, the decor was cosy and the art was nice. The bed was very comfy and the facilities were excellent with the smart tv and coffee machine. We were greeted on the bed with a heart of petals and small bottle of wine, very nice touch for Valentines day. Very friendly staff and I appreciate that we could check in early and leave a little later. Very good area for transport into centre and easy to get to. Lovely hotel will be back!

Luckily we got a space but parking is limited and the wifi was not great

The was very clean and welcoming. Right from the entrance to the state of the rooms. Really good power shower with hot water galore. The extras such as iron, ironing board extra fan heater and aircon were really thoughtful . Fresh linen and good quality clipper tea bags available. I was happy to find a fridge as I didn’t expect it. I already knew that there was no restaurant on site, however the cafes outside the hotel had excellent service and great food. I made other arrangements to park my car as I knew there was limited parking at the hotel and being off a busy road I felt more comfortable doing this. The hotel is served well by buses and trains with just a two minute walk to the bus stop and around five minutes leisure walk to the nearest tube station. Though our room was close to the road, we hardly heard the road noise and the black out curtains worked a treat. I will definitely stay here again.

Some consideration to find storage for the linen bags in the lounge and the landing outside our room would improve the feeling of space as you walk through the hotel . These clean linen bags were an eyesore and made the spaces they were in feel cramped. It made it difficult to share photos of the set up on the landing especially.

The decorations were awasome, Hotel has amazing staff very friendly and polite. Probably bigger rooms are better than the smaller ones. The environment is greeny and satisfying for long nice walks.

The room that I choose was quite small and tge floor was very cold. If they would have floor heating and I would choose a bigger room, that would be super awasome.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with the tube station round the corner. The rooms are clean & spacious. This was my second time staying and I Wouldnt hesitate to book again.

The hotel is on a main road, and the traffic can be a bit noisy at points, but this wouldn’t put me off staying.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice which included a terrace area.

For a luxury room it should have had a king bed not a double bed. Could have been cleaner.
