The hotel is right next to the underground stop (Piccadilly Line), so connectivity to the centre of London and Heathrow is amazing. The ride into London takes around 40 minutes, but there are also options to transfer to other lines along the way. The staff was very nice, especially the lady at breakfast. The breakfast selection was good (and you can buy breakfast for each day separately) The room was spacious and modern, ours was on the corner, so we had windows on two sides of the wall. While the underground was running right below our room, we found out that the noise from it was not bad at all. There was also a kettle in the room and tea/coffee provided.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom and no hairdryer. Otherwise everything was great.

I stayed here a few months ago and things have really improved. In fact, amazing. The staff have always been friendly and helpful but this time everyone seemed less hassled. I got a great room on the ground floor, and it was really quiet. The shower and towels were good, bed comfortable and room was spacious. Good Internet. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee good but like many hotels across the world, the toaster only toasts bread on one side ! They now have a small Indian Restaurant and bar attached. I will definitely be back as Northfields and Ealing are really nice parts of London. Very good Kebab shop beside the Hotel and a good Irish Pub.

Definitely a 10 out of 10! I recently stayed at the Best Western Northfields Ealing and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and easy, and I really appreciated how attentive and helpful everyone was throughout my stay. Great variety of continental breakfast items that were served in a newly open restaurant Rara Bar & Grill that belongs to the hotel. My room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower had great pressure, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also loved how quiet it was, which made for a really restful night’s sleep. The location is another big plus — just a minute walk from Northfields Station, making it super easy to get into central London or Heathrow Airport. There are also some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, which added to the convenience. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The Best Western Northfields Ealing is a true hidden gem — excellent value for money, top-notch service, and a genuinely comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

I liked everything, is a small and simple Hotel, but it was perfect for my stay, my room even if was a single bed room, it was really comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very spacious for a single room, and it was perfect to have a good sleep after all day going around to visit my friends. The Hotel is very well connected, Northfields tube station literally in front of the hotel with the Piccadilly line, Bus stop just across the road. It is a Lovely area, quite, safe, lovely coffee shop in the morning, Sainsbury's 2 mins walking if you need anything from the Shop. I really enjoyed my short stay, everyone from the Staff was kind, attentive and respectful, it was perfect for my needs.

Maybe I would have liked, even if I had a short stay, that my towel were changed at least once, I only stayed 4 nights. But a part for this, I really have nothing negative to say. I really enjoyed my stay

Staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming environment, good location right across the road from Northfields station which was very convenient for us as we travelled by train, everywhere looked clean and sanitary, the air conditioning in our room was very good, our bed was a very good size, nice relaxing jazz music playing in the breakfast area.

No chairs on the balcony which would've been nice, our bed was right by the door so you could hear other guests walking past, the TV wasn't great, carpet could do with replacing, our bathroom sink kept over flowing even after a member of staff seen to it, the toilet didn't have much leg room, the breakfast area was a bit too small and felt like you were getting in the way of other guests.

We loved the location so close to Northfields tube station on the Piccadilly line. An easy walk through the park to Ealing Broadway. Handy for Heathrow and central London. Comfy bed, clean sheets, towels and bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed twice and one room was slightly bigger than the other. The second room was a bit of a squeeze for two people and luggage. Great value for money.

The carpets are terribly stained and I hope will be renewed or cleaned soon as this detracted from the overall look and first impression.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of issues. First, we requested a microwave because we booked a room with a kitchenette, and there was none. As soon as we asked reception, they immediately brought one. Second, the heater did not work properly, and they provided us with a portable heater. We are very pleased with how friendly and accommodating all the staff were. The balcony from our room, facing the train station, is another plus. We enjoyed watching the trains pass by. We will definitely stay there again.

A little bit far from the city centre, but there is an underground station right in front of the hotel, so it was only a minor issue. The trains can be loud at times, especially late at night. But I personally like it, so it doesn't bother me much.

Great location, you can get to central in c. 20-30min (that's good for London) opposite of the tube station, also there is a Sainsbury s local 2min away if you need something on your way, just be careful when booking as it's literally next to the rails. So if noise bothers you make sure you request a room on the quiet side. All the stuff were lovely, very helpful and do try their best to help where they can. It's a simple hotel, certain things are a bit old, but it s a good value for money accomodation, so it really depends on what you are after.

The only thing I would say could be improved on, on a low budget, is the cleanness. It was ok, but carpet and bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Staff: very helpful. Location : right in front of Northfield s tube station. Near parks , great for runners. Nice restaurants nearby. Great pub up the road (the Plough) quiet room, though it was in the basement floor, you couldn't hear the trains or anything outside! Great for light sleepers . Ask for room 4 . Room had a microwave and a fridge. Good value for money.

Room was really cold , but the staff provided an extra duvet. It also needs refurbishing. Carpet is in bad shape, and walls need a coat of paint. Breakfast: should have more options. Nevertheless, it is still cheaper than most nearby cafés, since it's a buffet, even though it's continental.

The proximity to Northfields Tube Station and only 20 minutes from Heathrow made it perfect. Also, having an elevator was a game changer for a budget London hotel. The room was excellent and had a very clean bathroom with a great shower with plenty of heat and water pressure. The restaurant next door is very nice.

The lack of a cooked breakfast and the restaurant only opening at 7:00am. 6:00am would have been more suitable for my situation. The lack of a flannel or wash cloth is a typical British negative. They give several towels but never a wash cloth.
