Location was perfect. Apartment was clean and relaxing.

Confusing heating controls. Apartment was cold when we entered. The check-in. The deposit. The Pre Arrival admin. Despite a booking confirmation and getting many details over email, we arrived and the staff had no record of our booking. Eventually, and after a considerable about of time and after a long drive the booking was found, and the apartment code was provided. The deposit taken and refunded many times over the days previously is not only confusing, it’s also frustrating. My bank contacted me each time these transactions occurred.

Everything was nice, for sure will visit again

There's deposit money amounts you need to pay it before check in , and that not written in the booking.com , if I knew There's will be deposit I won't go there ever

The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptional. I liked the fact that toiletries were available for us all. The bedroom too was also adequate. The supply of a dishwasher and washer/dryer was a good inclusion and we used both. If you stay longer than a week you will need to buy your own detergent for each.

The living room furniture was a bit sparse and the couch was not that comfortable. The train station 5 mins walk from the building was handy but if you want to use the tube then it’s a bus trip to the nearest Piccadilly tube station which is osterly in one direction and South Ealing in the other. You could take the bus to Hammersmith that stops right out front and then get a choice of lines. This trip was 30-35 mins so again not that convenient.

The location was close to my workplace, so very convenient for driving, especially as their car parking was free. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean, comfortable and spacious the apartment was. The staff on reception were particularly helpful and always available to speak to. The kitchen was well-equipped for my evening meals, and the apartment was very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed, so there was no problem sleeping.

Not a big problem but the keypad on entering the car park was very well used and did not always work the first time, also quite difficult to reach through the car window. I pointed this out to the lady on reception who was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful rooms, clean, no disturbance or issues whatsoever. Easy access to public transport, easy to get to, secured parking, very friendly staff and pet friendly. Great customer service team, there was a situation where we could not get back to the hotel with our car due to a police blockade, was quite late at night and we dint know where to park and how to get to the hotel as the entire street was closed, the team guided us over the phone to get to the nearest parking spot and which route to walk to get to the hotel. Overall a comfortable stay.

Bit on a pricey side

Location was really good for our purposes. Bus stop right in front of the building, train station and large Tesco within walking distance, amazon box nearby. The keyless entry was very convenient. The apartment was spacey, quiet and well equipped. During our stay a lot of new furniture has arrived and it seems that owners do acknowledge reported problems and try to rectify them for the future.

Hot water would run out quite quickly and did replenish very slowly (or not at all late in the evening). Good enough for a couple of showers, but not for a proper bath. Our beds were quite dated, but will be probably replaced soon. The common hallways were a bit dirty, could use some deep cleaning. Some of the apartments might be noisy, depends on the orientation - there is a busy road on one side, but a quiet courtyard on the other.

The buidling was ideally located for me being a few minutes walk from the train station and work. The apartment was spacious and clean.

WiFi was not available to join in my apartment, despite the WiFi in surrounding apartments and business premises on the opposite side of the A4 showing as being available. There were no hooks or rails for hanging towels in the bathroom. The shower did not have a shelf, so shower gel/shampoo is on the floor which is not ideal for guests with back or other mobility issues. There was a lack of hanging storage for clothes. Coffee from the pod machine was amongst the worst I've ever tasted (instant coffee is more pleasant).

It was a lovely spacious and clean apartment, perfect for our short stay and true to the pictures on the website. Comfortable and parking was really easy and straight forward. We have already said that if we come to London again we will ideally book to stay here again. Liked just having the access codes without having to faff with keys/fobs. Also liked how friendly the staff were when needed help. Would definitely stay here again and be happy to recommend to friends/family.

The only gripe we had during our stay was that there was no toilet roll so we had to go and buy some from the local Tesco which wasn't too much of an inconvenience but given all the other amazing facilities provided it would have been nice even if it was just to provide one loo roll. The other thing was struggling with how to use the cooker/oven. We figured it out in the end but it was not straight forward so there could have been better/clearer instructions on that.

We chose this property as it ticked all the boxes in terms of what we were looking for: a spacious accommodation in the outskirts of London that offered secured parking and allowed pets. Check-in was smooth (codes by email), the hosts were prompt in their communications, the cleaning staff were polite and reserved. The apartment was comfortably appointed for a short stay: equipped kitchen, washing machine, heating throughout. I had read some negative reviews of guests having problems with their guarantee: I had no issues, the charge was promptly cancelled.

A change of towels should be standard after few days. Having said that, we asked for a change of towels and the host promptly organised not only a change of towels but also linen and cleaning mid-way through our stay. So actually positive feedback on this point as well.

Really nice modern and comfortable apartment with absolutely everything you'll need for any length of stay. Easy access via key code. Free underground parking. 5mins walk to train station into central London. Big Tesco supermarket 5min walk around the corner. Will definitely use these apartments again.

The only thing ww didn't like waa the mattress. Probably the most uncomfortable mattress we'd ever slept on. We thought because the apartment waa so modern it waa some kind of back stimulation mattress but we worked out in the morning that the mattress was simply on the bed upside down. No idea why. Only other slight negative is that the apartment is near the landing path into Heathrow airport so there is a lot of airplane noise.
