I had a wonderful and memorable stay with my family at Adagio Brentford. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to buses, the Underground, and train stations, making it very convenient to reach central London and various attraction centres. The serene environment was perfect for leisurely walks with my family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with lovely kitchenette, and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—special thanks to friendly Manisha and Andrew for ensuring a smooth arrival and check-in. On the last day of our stay, I faced difficulties booking a cab to the airport in time for my flight. Manisha went above and beyond to assist, ensuring we made it to the airport on schedule. Her support is truly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Aparthotel Adagio Brentford to anyone. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Manisha, Andrew, Heena, Vishal, Adi, Monika and housekeeping staff for their outstanding customer service.

The apartment is located in a high-rise building near the highway leading to Heathrow Airport. Despite its close proximity to a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need during your visit. While the bathroom facilities are a bit dated, they are clean and fully functional. The location is very convenient — there’s a bus stop nearby that connects to two different Underground lines, and the nearest Piccadilly Line station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. There’s also a supermarket right next to the building, as well as a café offering excellent breakfast and brunch options. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

Nothing to complain about.

This is our second time of staying at Adagio as the location is good for when we visit family close by. The reception staff, Monica and Adi were friendly and helpful. We like the hotel because there are good facilities to use in the apartment. The beds are comfortable, the shower was very good and the mini kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. There is a convenient mini supermarket close by and also an excellent place to eat and have a coffee, RADA, where the staff were really friendly and the food was excellent.

One small issue could be if you need to use the hairdryer (which is provided). There wasn't a mirror near a plug socket. This wasn't a big problem and I didn't contact reception to see if they had an individual mirror available to use. But if you are wanting to look your best for a night out or special day, just something to consider.

We arrived 15 minutes early for check-in, and our room was not ready, so we grabbed a cold drink and waited in the beautifully air-conditioned lobby/lounge area - which was an absolute treat after travelling from Manchester and then walking from Kew Bridge station in 28°c heat. Our room was cool, comfortable, and clean. The apartments are clearly well soundproofed as we didn't hear a peep from other apartments or from the lifts that were right next to our room. The shower was powerful and refreshing, and bodywash and soft towels were provided - perfect for coming in from a hot and dusty gig at Gunnersbury Park. The only small "complaint" we had was that the drainage from the shower and bathroom sink was rather slow. The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning ensured a comfortable night's sleep in the August heat. Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk pods are provided for a delicious morning cuppa while we packed, as well as washing up liquid and cloths to clean the dishes we used. There are also dishwasher tablets if you're staying for more than one night and using more than just a couple of plates, cups and glasses. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend the Adagio to anyone else - especially if you're going to a summer gig at Gunnersbury Park.

Lovely helpful staff. Good location, nice, large, warm apartment and well appointed. Fabulous indoor balcony. Love the location in Brentford close to the river, near Kew and Ealing.

All good. Having to pay £15 per day for parking isn't ideal but good to have parking available.

The room is spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with utensils for cooking. There was a coffee machine which was nice. Lots of plugs around for charging devices. There was a Sainsbury and cafe just beside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near to Kew Garden - took a short bus trip there.

It is a 20 min walk from the nearest underground station South Ealing on the Piccadilly Line, although the line is direct to Heathrow. It seems coffee, tea, milk in the toom is not refilled on daily basis, although we stayed for 4 nights.

Roomy, clean; generally comfortable and generally well equipped

A vegetable and bread knife would have been useful. We were slightly disturbed by the fridge turning off/on during the night. The electric sockets on the kitchen worktop were not well located for practical use of the coffee machine/kettle. We presume the minimum required distance between sink/taps and sockets precludes sockets in the worktop corner, but it does make things awkward and actually increases risk in that it was necessary to site the coffee machine and kettle where there was unnecessary risk of accident.

We had a whirlwind, last-minute trip to London, and I booked this hotel quite late. I arrived a bit late, and although the parking was a little confusing (though nicely signposted in the basement), I managed to find a spot. The receptionist was very polite and helped us check into our room without any hassle. The room was comfortable and offered a stunning view along with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy, the extra bed was just right, and the bathroom was fantastic! Plus, the location couldn't have been better! There is even a library downstairs (which we did not have the chance to use) and also provisions for a good breakfast (again something that we could not use).

Parking can be somewhat confusing, but it is clearly marked. Additional cutlery and a larger bin would be beneficial.

The breakfast prepared by Andrew was fantastic, a very good spread with 3 different cold cuts & cheeses, cucumber & tomatoes, fruits, yoghurt & hot food namely, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, bacon & sausages with corn hash. Musesli, & seeds, croissants & jam puffs are also our favourites. There are also bread toasts with butter & marmalad. Yummy!! Really brighten our day, everyday. We had it for all 10 days.

I liked the hospitality and the comfort of living during my stay. The hotel is well located, there is 1-2min walk to buss stop to take you to ealing station to go to oxford street, of 10-14 mins walk to Brentford station to go to Waterloo station for other attractions. Walking nearby is excellent, there a close supermarket. The kitchen is fabulous as well.

I wished if there was a free car parking, or discounted price for the car parking. They charge 15 GBP/night. - for those who are not willing to park the car or rent then there is nothing I didn't like
