Nice hotel, although not central, well communicated (Bus E8 service to Ealing Broadway station every 10 minutes a few steps away, made it easier to move). The room was very comfortable, breakfast was very nice, and staff very kind. The hotel also runs a restaurant (Riz) where you can eat delicious Indian food at a very affordable price, and on top, enjoy a 10% discount as hotel guest.

The wi-fi connection was unstable, making it extremely difficult to work.

The staff were really friendly & we were able to check in early. The room was clean & comfortable. I initially thought with having a room overlooking the main street that it may be noisy but it wasn't that bad. I liked the fact that you booked a time for breakfast & provided your breakfast order upon check in - nice & organised. The area was fine, lots of bars, restaurants, shops & tube stations nearby. The breakfast was good too, again all nice & organised where everything was brought out in good time.

This place is a gem of a find and I will be back. Very well located for the Elizabeth Line at Hanwell. Facilities perfectly adequate, clean and functional for me. They have a proper carpark and while the hotel was busy, there were still a few spaces and I felt my car was secure there. The fact that a decent cooked breakfast was included in the price I paid made this an absolute steal.

Let's be straight - this was chosen for the price and was a single bed, there are narrow winding corridors and the decor and upkeep is a bit dated. However, for the price I paid my expectations were exceeded. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful staff at the front desk. Very helpful and attentive. Always there when we needed anything. ☆☆☆☆☆ ratings from me for the staff there, absolutely great people. The room was clean. Everything mentioned on what's available in the room was there. Besides that. Amazing place, convenient, close to shops, train station and bus stops. Beautiful park close by.

Two things. The ceiling fan shook when turned on and also because we were on the main road room, every time a large vehicle went past the bed would vibrate.

I asked about London driving restrictions and fines, and they said no, I they were outside of these restrictions and so no fines. They lied, they were in the ULEZ zone and I should have paid the ULEZ fees, I was since fined £90 for each of the 2 days I was in London, first fine for driving into the hotel and the second for driving away.

Loved the spacious room, powerful shower and value for money. Also location was good for us. Less than a mile flat walk to Boston Manor tube station. Loads of buses along that road as well and a nice coffee shop. Would definitely go back! They went above and beyond by letting me leave my car in their car park despite checking out at 11 so we could go into the centre.

Room was very warm and fan helped but made our eyes feel weird when it cut through the lights.

Boston Manor Hotel is well located to the west of London. It has car parking and is also on a bus route to the nearest underground station; so is accessible to Heathrow Airport. This budget hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms have had new ensuite facilities since our last visit. The rate includes a full English breakfast, which chef does very promptly when you go down for breakfast.

The hotel is an amalgamation of several houses and thus the corridors are rather narrow and the stairs steep in places it is best not to try to take a large case to your room. The decor is basic and a little tired but that is to be expected at this rate.

The perfect hotel for a nights stay. Owner or Receptionist is a very well mannered man. Brilliant parking, great location. It has everything around it that’s suitable to eat and travel. My only downfall which was the shower that was either roasting hot for 5 seconds then next ice cold. Room was warm and comfortable with everything needed. One of my better one night stays around London that’s cheap. I would use again.

Exceptionally clean , really comfy bed and a nice breakfast cooked well and all the staff where very polite and friendly the FREE car park was a great addition . The room was a taj on the small side but for London so was the price . I would definitely stay there again next time I go to London . Highly recommended .

It wasn’t very disabled friendly as I struggle a bit with my legs but I would put up with it again as everything else was excellent.

The staff were accomodating and friendly. They even waited for us to check in (10pm) so we could eat in the restaurant. Breakfast was nice, but could do with 2 sausages and 2 bacon.

The mattresswere hard and uncomfortable causing broken sleep before a busy day in the city. Baked beans were luke warm at breakfast. No water cooler, only tap water which doesnt taste nice.
