The staff and manager were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The bathrooms were clean, the showers are spacious, and the water is a good pressure and temperature. There are tea and coffee facilities, and a hairdryer in each room. The TV had a good selection of channels. The beds are roomy and comfortable. The pub offers food - we stayed for a meal and the food was delicious with a varied menu and well priced. We were warned of the music being on until midnight, but you couldn't really hear it in our room number 4, but you could in the other room we had, number 2... it didn't affect the quality of our stay; if you want an early night and a quieter room, ask for number 4!!! There is off-road parking opposite the venue, and the train station is a minute's walk away with regular trains to London Waterloo. It is a 30-minute journey! We would recommend it and would stay there again!

The staff were very nice. The food was excellent. The pub is close to the train station, literally two minutes walk and only a few minutes walk into Brentford and it was clean. Suited me perfectly.

My key got a bit stuck in my door, I think a little bit of wd40 might be required but not a big deal. A couple of men woke me up talking in the next room at 3am but that was just them being inconsiderate. The bed was comfy and aside from that I slept very well.

Lovely place and a proper English atmosphere. Everything there was so casual and it was nice being there meeting new people before the Brentford match. The owners are the sweetest.

I had to check out at 5am so it was a bit confusing figuring out how to leave when everything was locked. I figured it out in the end. I was only there for one night and paid £100 for a room which was a bit pricey all things considered but it was a great experience and it was in walking distance from the Gtech so I can't complain

The location - just a few steps from Brentford station is ideal. Marco and team welcomed me. My room was clean, pleasantly furnished with plenty of sockets in convenient places for charging laptops, phones etc. I had some work to do - the desk is generous and well-lit. Good WiFi connection. I ate dinner - delicious and good value. A few reviewers mentioned noose from the bar and street. I had neither - and I had my window open.

The room (room 4) is fine for a solo traveller. Too small for a couple, though it has a double bed.

Wonderful staff. Many thanks to Marco and Kai. I have a parking space, which makes it easier for me to meet my family from Heathrow airport, just 27 minutes away. It is not luxury, but clean. I had a good stay for 2 nights. Tks.

The location is super convenient. Right next to Brentford station and a quick walk/bus to the Piccadilly line. I also liked the convenience of having a nice pub attached for a quick meal. The staff was very friendly, & both the hotel & pub were very cute. I thought the bathroom was especially nice- clean & modern

It was a bit noisy at night since it was a Friday night above a pub- but nothing majorly disruptive. I’d suggest headphones or earplugs if you’re a really sensitive sleeper.

Lovely Stay at the Kings Arms over the weekend. Room was a great size and we ate outside both nights in the garden booths, food was fab and really good value for money. The indoor decor is also lovely, but we made the most of the sunshine. Station literally over the road, so getting to Twickenham was so easy, which only one change. Perfect weekend

We had a very warm welcoming on arrival, made me and my son feel right at home and very comfortable. The location is perfect, you get off the train straight into your hotel!! Lunch was absolutely delicious! All cooked very fresh and the service was fantastic! Beds were very comfortable too :)

Felt like the room could do with a little revamp and modernised a little.

We arrived into London from West Yorkshire really late on Friday evening due to our train getting cancelled on route. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get checked in because it was past 23:00. I rang the hotel and was assured we’d be fine and after a long journey to the hotel we were met with such a friendly welcome. The whole stay was perfect, friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location for our gig at Gunnersbury park. Would stay again 😊

No Breakfast as they do not do then so had to go across the road to a cafe which was very good. The room was ok but very outdated as far as the bed and chair etc go. Bathroom ok had a shower and the toilet worked which is always a bonus. Tea /Coffee maker in room but my room overlooked the Station Car park and road and had a small fan in the room that did not do the job and the noise from the Buses and cars went on to 1am in the morning then started again at 5.30am, so not a very good night sleep. The evning meal was good but we got pestered by a drunk woman who the bar staff said is always doing this so why dont they just ask her to leave. The location next to the station was very good.

The Fan in Room, The age of the room, the noise from the Buses and cars etc outside the window. The fact we had a good meal in the evning there but no breakfast as you had to go find a cafe to eat so that was a downer
