The room and bathroom were brilliant. The room had a good king size bed, equipped with all the things that could be needed for a guest staying at a 4 star hotel. The bar and restaurant was great, a good variety of drinks and bar food. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety to satisfy most pallettes. The team was friendly and welcoming, it added to a pleasant stay .

The front desk was busy and needed more staff on hand, especially at check in time, typically 3pm. The self check-in kiosks were difficult and problematic to use which added to the load at the front desk.

The room on the 6th floor had a great panoramic window. Laying in bed looking at the moon and waking up to sunshine was perfect. The bed was big and very comfortable. Good location for our agenda. The breakfast was great too with a wide selection of hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy (:-)) options Parking also available (albeit at a cost)

OK a little pricy but it is London

I always choose a hotel thoroughly, looking at many accommodation options and reading reviews carefully. The most important thing for me in a hotel is to have a clean and reasonably spacious room, secure parking, good breakfast, a convenient location, and a good price-quality ratio. My wife and I were very pleased with our choice of Clayton Hotel Chiswick. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient secure underground car park. Getting into Сentral London was convenient as the Gunnersbury Underground Station (Richmond Branch District Line) was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel. The service at the Нotel was of a high standard. I would especially like to thank the Duty Manager Colvyn Crasto for his professionalism and caring attitude to customer issues. Thank you for a pleasant experience at the hotel!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel during our stay

Location-close to the ring road and the underground

Cobwebs on the fire sprinkler, rips in the net curtain and tired lampshades-spoils an otherwise luxurious and extremely comfortable room!

The hotel was very nice, the room was spacious, the bathroom had both, a shower and a bathtub. The check in and check out very super easy, they have an online terminal through which you can do the check in and check out. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes from the Gunnersbury station, making it easy to get to the city centre, as well as just one stop from the Kew Gardens. The area of the hotel is calm, with a grocery shop and some pubs/cafes just a few minutes away. If you continue on the Chiswick High Road, you find many restaurants and shops.

Everything well, the staff was supportive since I got there. The check in supposed to be at 3PM but they let me check in before (around 12pm) since I needed to head out to continue my trip. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures from the application, the bed super comfortable, and the size of the room great. The breakfast and restaurant

The coffEe maker was dirty, I didn't request a change 'cause I didn't have time since I spent most of the day out but I had to pass preparing myself a coffee due to how dirty it was. Other than that I'd recommend staying here.

Returning customer, thanks to Selam from reservations for accommodating our request to change rooms. Beds are comfortable, big bathroom and spacious room.

We were given a family room, which is a very big room and initially looks like quite the upgrade, however the room was outdated, very dusty, the faucet in the bathroom is so close to the sink it makes it very uncomfortable to use. Windows wouldn't open which makes the room unsuitable to people with dust allergies. Rooms in that particular style need refurbishment. Generally, the hotel could benefit from better control over cleanliness. In the first room we found some strange looking piece of food or whatever on the night stand, in the second room the spoons and cups were used and not replaced. Got pics but would rather not upload. Like any other place in London, prices are quite high. One of the older ladies at reception leaves an unwelcoming feeling.

Location

The bathroom had a bad smell which went throughout the room , the tv had a blue light when it was turned off which at night was very annoying The maid who had been in on Saturday had left a dirty glass in the room and there was peanuts on the floor from the previous person that had the room The bathroom wasn’t cleaned shower gel was left on the floor of the shower But be honest this was the worst time we have stayed there and I believe this had been our 4 / 5 times

Decent for the price. My first impression was bad because at the bar they made me coconut cappucino with rotten milk, but after that initial flaw, everything else was okay. It can get a little cold in the rooms, but you can ask for a heater. Breakfast is okay unless you're there for more than a few days, it can get a little borring. Gym is really small. Overall 8/10 and I do recommend.

Breakfast could have better quality food. More vegetable and protein options and more non-sugar options would be appreciated. Meat taste is average.
