I loved everything about this accommodation. The room was a delight - a good size, beautifully decorated with a practical layout. The best accommodation I had in my three month trip. Travelling solo I like to have a kitchen - and this one was terrific, with everything I needed to self cater meals. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to rediscover the Chiswick area having lived/worked there many years ago. Turnham Green station (District Line) was just around the corner from room2 Chiswick Hometel, and Chiswick High St moments away (yet far enough away as to have no noise issues). The staff were generally lovely and very helpful (particularly Barbara who went above and beyond to get a clothes drying rack for me). The basement laundry was very handy. Although not in centre of London this area has a lot going for it - beautiful parks, fabulous Chiswick House and cafe, the Thames walking path, Hogarth's House, and his family tomb in a nearby churchyard, a lovely energetic street vibe, and plenty of restaurants/takeaway places. And so easy to jump onto the tube or a bus to get to other parts of the city. I'll stay there again for sure next time I'm in London!

Truly, nothing could have been better (: Though its probably worth mentioning that although Turnham Green station is on the Piccadilly Line (which goes to/from Heathrow), the Piccadilly Line train only stops at Turnham Green during a few hours very early in the morning - at all other times it bypasses it.... so you have to change from Piccadilly Line to District Line at Acton Town, Hammersmith or Earls Court etc to get to Turnham Green.

We immediately felt at home. The staff is great and everyone is very friendly, kind and natural (thank you for everything Nicoletta). This place is the perfect mix of hotel, short-term rental and business apartment. Shoutout to housekeeping - you guys do a great job! We also loved the quiet “small town feel” neighborhood of Chiswick, London.

The laundry room was very clean, but unfortunately the washing drums and rubber seals are dirty and in urgent need of cleaning - at least once a month.

We loved Room2, the room was absolutely gorgeous we particularly loved the window seat sofa, the room had some really clever features like the built-in luggage storage and automatic light in the wardrobe. Danielli who checked us in was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, easy to get around on busses and the high street had lots of great cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants, we particularly liked Megan’s for breakfast. Our only minor criticism would be that the night we decided to head down to the lovely bar downstairs the service was very slow, we waited 25 minutes for our drinks which were not of great quality, we think the reception staff were also expected to work the bar which maybe should be two separate jobs to improve the quality of both. But that really is a minor complaint as otherwise we had a really lovely time.

Everything was really great : the staff , the facilities , the food and the location.Although it is not in central London , it is located in a cozy location: many markets , restaurants and cafes nearby . Very relaxed,clean , beautiful and comfortable place to stay . Decor is also very beautiful . I recommend .

The rooms are not soundproof . I would like to have an electric outlet inside the bathroom for the hairdryer. You have to dry your hair in the bedroom . Hair flies everywhere . It could have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a better lighting. They say they have a streaming service like Netflix, but you have to pay for each film separately if you would watch it . They do not mention that it is payed .

That was a good surprise! We really loved the suburban feel of the neighborhood without lacking any of necessities on food/cafe/shops. The particular accommodation itself is a hybrid between hotel and apartment, providing nice mixture of room size, amenities and the safety of a hotel. Staff was attentive enough and very approachable! One slight comment is that I felt the lack of some sort of paper aside toilet kind, a tissue or some kitchen disposable towel would be handy and would also have preferred if room was vacuumed daily. It felt a bit dusty after a couple of days. We stayed a total of 4 nights.

The location is excellent, near the Turnham Green Station underground. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, including a compact kitchen. Chiswick is a very calm and pleasant neighborhood, with fewer tourists than in other parts of London. We chose to have breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast options are excellent, offering a variety of choices. However, we would prefer the ability to customize our breakfast, such as ordering a toast with ham, cheese, and some fruits, or a pastry, instead of choosing from a set menu. Nonetheless, the available options were delicious.

Enjoy more freedom to select items for breakfast.

We have stayed here before as it is near family in London. The rooms are good. The bed is comfortable and the check in is smooth and all the staff are helpful and friendly.

The lights in the room and bathroom are not my favourite. The bathroom is too dark to see to put make up on properly. The lights in the main part are also slightly odd. I needed to adjust the heating at night as it was so hot, but to do that you need to put a light on by the door, but there are so many switches you don't know which is which. Therefore, I switched on the main light over the bed. Not so nice for my sleeping husband. We had the eggs benedict for breakfast which was not great. The poached eggs were overcooked, and it was a strange combination of flavours. The juice and coffee were good. Overall, it was fine, but I think next time, we will try somewhere else.

The hotel is very cute! Our room was very comfortable and well-decorated. I like how it felt more like an Airbnb but still had the amenities of a hotel. The breakfast at the restaurant and coffee shop were both excellent. The staff were helpful, kind, and friendly. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. It was quick and easy to get into central London.

The A/C in the room was not always under our control, and if you're a person who's used to constant cold A/C, you might struggle. We opened the windows for a breeze, and that helped. One night, there was a dog in a nearby room barking constantly after midnight, but the staff dealt with it right away.

Very convenient location for us for a family wedding. We had a disabled room which was spacious and the bathroom facilities in it were good.

There were no drawers/shelves to put clothes away apart from hangers. It was good to have 3 mirrors in the room/bathroom but none had good or enough lighting to put on make up or use a hair dryer in front off. I couldn’t have twin rooms as requested and had accepted having a sofa bed made up when the hotel had called me. When we arrived there was no sofa bed made up. Very promptly they said they would get another bed. This turned out to be a very small camp bed with a mattress barely an inch thick. Not that comfortable for a three day stay . That was disappointing.

This is my second time staying at the hotel. I really like it. Great location and rooms are fantastic. It was super clean. It's a very easy hotel to stay in. Great decor and would stay again.

The staff are nice but seem a bit unorgansied. When I checked in I was told that by booking direct they price match from booking.com. There is no benefit to me to book direct. If the room is £150 on booking.com and I can book it in a few clicks or contact hotel direct, send quote from booking.com, wait for response etc to get the same price it's just too much effort for no benefit. Service a bit slow at the bar so just had food and coffee elsewhere. They took card details just incase of any damage in the room which is perfectly reasonable but don't show you to the room and you can check and damages together so you don't get stung for marks, or damage from previous guests. I can see that being an issue.
