The kitchenette room was very comfortable and well laid out. Loved that there were plenty of outlets, a toilet separate from the shower area, and ample storage options. Front desk was very helpful and available 24 hours. You're very close to the main shopping street on Hammersmith, where you can pick up any food/supplies you would need throughout your stay.

For the entirety of my week long stay in June 2024, the elevator was out of order, and it didn't seem like there was a timeline for getting it fixed. So if you need an elevator for accessibility reasons, make sure to call and ask if it's been fixed or if you can be placed on a ground floor. Also, for a hotel focused on sustainability, it was a little disappointing to book a kitchenette room only to find out that I'd have to buy pots/utensils. It means that every person who stays there and needs to use the stove is contributing to a lot of waste (unless the hotel donates kitchen supplies left after each stay). Would be nice for the hotel to either provide basic cooking equipment, or just don't offer a stove at all and only equip the room with a microwave/kettle.

Easy walking distance from underground station and the Eventim Apollo. Quiet area with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Room is quite small but it has everything you need and the heating is adjustable. Fridge in the room was an added bonus, all hotel rooms should have the same. Tea/coffee making facilities were good. Shower was hot, nice-smelling shower toiletries & plenty of water pressure. Staff were lovely, made me feel very welcome. Bed was big and comfortable, I had a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Basement room so no view, however I was only there for one night for an event at the Apollo. Although the room and bedding/towels were spotless I found a long hair in the shower (I don't have long hair). Towel for the shower could have been bigger (if you want a bath sheet take your own).

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Its location was perfect, very close to restaurants, shops, and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was excellent (pressure and temperature)! We would recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay!

The only thing we did not like (although it was not unbearable) was a very distinct smell (either humid or chemical smell) in the comforter cover. This may have been due to the method of washing. We notified the hotel staff at check-out and they were very understanding and informed us they would look into it.

Yes, overall staff were super-friendly, all of them. Also, 24/7 support available. There are no breakfast options at the facility, a morning section for limited breakfast items (pay as you go). Location is perfect, very near to super stores and metro. Also plenty of eating options near by. Our family loved the Farmer's J. eating place a lot. There were 2 beds, 1 bed was super comfortable (I had a good sleep). Would definitely come again.

Everything is good except, the bathroom facility is a disaster in my opinion. It is very important for people to know: The main sink to wash hands is inside the bed room, the WC room is separate and shower place is also separate. Also, WC room and shower facility are very small/tight sized. I would not recommend the room to a person having claustrophobia.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The lowest priced room is very small, but they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room which was spacious and comfy. I recommend booking the slightly larger room later. The location of the place is great (very close to Hammersmith tube station).

The location of the hotel is very good, just a couple of minutes away from the Hammersmith Station and there's plenty of options for restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. The room was quite spacious and with everything we needed. It was mostly clean and pleasant. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. For the price and location, I would say it's a decent choice.

Couldn't manage to set up the right temperature in the room and it was very cold during the night. The windows also don't appear to be double-glazed and we could hear the noises from the street pretty well in the morning. Also the configuration of the bathroom is quite weird. The shower is kind of located within the wardrobe, and the sink is outside of the shower room, making it quite inconvenient to use. And the toilet is also in another separated cubicle. I would rather have a normal bathroom with everything together in the same place

We had a very pleasant stay at Heeton Concept Hotel. The staff were fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the station with direct connections to Central London, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Despite being so close to transport links, the area is quiet and peaceful. Our room was on the ground floor, and although we did notice some noise during the night, it didn’t significantly detract from our overall comfort. The room itself was compact but well-equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, a great value stay with excellent service and location. We’d happily return.

We were in a ground floor room and unfortunately could hear some noise throughout the night, which affected our sleep slightly. It would’ve been a more restful stay with better sound insulation.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The reception area is welcoming and the building is great in general. Our floor was on the basement level and the hallways were very bright and well lit. Clean and spacious, considering a central Hammersmith location. The London transport links are round the corner and shops and amenities are all on your doorstep. The staff are fantastic!! Very helpful and relaxed, almost like visitors in the hotel. This made checking in and out so easy, no fuss and queues. We also asked for a late check out and we were given an extra hour for free. This was great as we needed the extra time to get ready for the theatre. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are watching something at the Hammersmith, it's a few minutes walk away!

Location is the best in town when it comes to access to tube. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very big. Staff was very helpful. Best value for your money in London.

I have stayed here in February and check in system was a lot faster and easier. This time all has been divided to two tables so you go back and forward from talking to the receptions to paying. I know the plan is for guests to check themselves in but due to some letters in my name and surname and no options for those letters on the keyboard receptions had to do it so she was typing at one table I was waiting at the other for the signal for payment and key card. Luckily nobody else was trying to check in so there was no hold up. Also same table for check in and display of food is not a good option

We absolutely loved this hotel!The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived there.Our triple rooms were lovely and clean and a good size.The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet.We asked for extra towels for our rooms and we got them straight away. The entire stay was very nice and we will definitely be back again!

We missed a few little things in the room;hooks to hang outerwear on, a second bedside table,hand towels and a toilet brush.A vent would be good in the toilet.But these are suggestions for improvement of already nice rooms.
