The kitchenette room was very comfortable and well laid out. Loved that there were plenty of outlets, a toilet separate from the shower area, and ample storage options. Front desk was very helpful and available 24 hours. You're very close to the main shopping street on Hammersmith, where you can pick up any food/supplies you would need throughout your stay.

For the entirety of my week long stay in June 2024, the elevator was out of order, and it didn't seem like there was a timeline for getting it fixed. So if you need an elevator for accessibility reasons, make sure to call and ask if it's been fixed or if you can be placed on a ground floor. Also, for a hotel focused on sustainability, it was a little disappointing to book a kitchenette room only to find out that I'd have to buy pots/utensils. It means that every person who stays there and needs to use the stove is contributing to a lot of waste (unless the hotel donates kitchen supplies left after each stay). Would be nice for the hotel to either provide basic cooking equipment, or just don't offer a stove at all and only equip the room with a microwave/kettle.

Easy walking distance from underground station and the Eventim Apollo. Quiet area with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Room is quite small but it has everything you need and the heating is adjustable. Fridge in the room was an added bonus, all hotel rooms should have the same. Tea/coffee making facilities were good. Shower was hot, nice-smelling shower toiletries & plenty of water pressure. Staff were lovely, made me feel very welcome. Bed was big and comfortable, I had a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Basement room so no view, however I was only there for one night for an event at the Apollo. Although the room and bedding/towels were spotless I found a long hair in the shower (I don't have long hair). Towel for the shower could have been bigger (if you want a bath sheet take your own).

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Its location was perfect, very close to restaurants, shops, and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was excellent (pressure and temperature)! We would recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay!

The only thing we did not like (although it was not unbearable) was a very distinct smell (either humid or chemical smell) in the comforter cover. This may have been due to the method of washing. We notified the hotel staff at check-out and they were very understanding and informed us they would look into it.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The lowest priced room is very small, but they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room which was spacious and comfy. I recommend booking the slightly larger room later. The location of the place is great (very close to Hammersmith tube station).

The location of the hotel is very good, just a couple of minutes away from the Hammersmith Station and there's plenty of options for restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. The room was quite spacious and with everything we needed. It was mostly clean and pleasant. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. For the price and location, I would say it's a decent choice.

Couldn't manage to set up the right temperature in the room and it was very cold during the night. The windows also don't appear to be double-glazed and we could hear the noises from the street pretty well in the morning. Also the configuration of the bathroom is quite weird. The shower is kind of located within the wardrobe, and the sink is outside of the shower room, making it quite inconvenient to use. And the toilet is also in another separated cubicle. I would rather have a normal bathroom with everything together in the same place

We absolutely loved this hotel!The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived there.Our triple rooms were lovely and clean and a good size.The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet.We asked for extra towels for our rooms and we got them straight away. The entire stay was very nice and we will definitely be back again!

We missed a few little things in the room;hooks to hang outerwear on, a second bedside table,hand towels and a toilet brush.A vent would be good in the toilet.But these are suggestions for improvement of already nice rooms.

Superb location in relation to hammersmith underground and being able to get around London easily. Our room was of a good size and even though in the basement had a door that opened out onto a terrace area, which as we left they were adding planeter boxes and chairs to for use. Friendly team and any requests were quickly responded to.

The bathroom was an interesting set up,not sure if this was just our room or others were like this. It worked for a couple of days I think for any longer we would have struggled. Hooks need to be provided to be able to hang towels and brighter lighting would have made a difference to this area.

Location excellent, staff super friendly and helpful, bed was so comfortable. Toiletries were high quality. TV didn't have access to standard Smart TV apps, and no bathrobes in room was a shame. Soundproofing great except for door to room so very audible when people were in hall. We expected a hot plate and microwave based on other reviews but these seem to have been removed. Only two towels in room but more promptly provided by staff when requested. We requested early check in (9am) and late check out (2pm) which was allowed for £20 each - this was great value to us following a flight and allowed us to nap before exploring London. Would definitely return.

From the second we entered the hotel our exceptional experience began. We were greeted by two receptionists who both engaged with us. My daughter who has special educational needs excitedly told them why we were in London (for the BGT Final) and they both took interest in what she was saying. We requested a twin room even though the site said only doubles were available (I had rung the hotel prior to booking) and our request was met. The room was bigger than I expected and was very clean. We liked that the toilet was seperate to the shower so both could be used at the same time. The location was perfect! We were very close to Hammersmith underground station and I believe 550 yards from the Eventim Apollo where BGT was being hosted. Literally 15 minutes after leaving the event we were in our PJ’s (via the receptionist who asked my daughter if she’d had fun!)

I really don’t want to say anything negative because all the positives outweigh this but the room was uncomfortably hot the second night. In fairness to the hotel there could have been a fan somewhere in the room (not in obvious eyesight though) but we were so tired we couldn’t be bothered to investigate! It did cool down as the night got on and didn’t affect our sleep overly much, the first night we slept very well.

Though the room is small for a family of 4, it has all the basic necessity required within. I like that they separate the shower and the toilet bowl. The sink is also separated. The bed is really comfortable. Love the fact that it is convenient to the tube station, and the area has lots of amazing eating places and shopping. Though I wish they have a small microwave (:

The room is small for 4 person and wish the room is slightly bigger as we have a hard time opening 4 pieces of luggage at the same time. However this is not a major concern for us.
