The kitchenette room was very comfortable and well laid out. Loved that there were plenty of outlets, a toilet separate from the shower area, and ample storage options. Front desk was very helpful and available 24 hours. You're very close to the main shopping street on Hammersmith, where you can pick up any food/supplies you would need throughout your stay.

For the entirety of my week long stay in June 2024, the elevator was out of order, and it didn't seem like there was a timeline for getting it fixed. So if you need an elevator for accessibility reasons, make sure to call and ask if it's been fixed or if you can be placed on a ground floor. Also, for a hotel focused on sustainability, it was a little disappointing to book a kitchenette room only to find out that I'd have to buy pots/utensils. It means that every person who stays there and needs to use the stove is contributing to a lot of waste (unless the hotel donates kitchen supplies left after each stay). Would be nice for the hotel to either provide basic cooking equipment, or just don't offer a stove at all and only equip the room with a microwave/kettle.

Easy walking distance from underground station and the Eventim Apollo. Quiet area with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Room is quite small but it has everything you need and the heating is adjustable. Fridge in the room was an added bonus, all hotel rooms should have the same. Tea/coffee making facilities were good. Shower was hot, nice-smelling shower toiletries & plenty of water pressure. Staff were lovely, made me feel very welcome. Bed was big and comfortable, I had a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Basement room so no view, however I was only there for one night for an event at the Apollo. Although the room and bedding/towels were spotless I found a long hair in the shower (I don't have long hair). Towel for the shower could have been bigger (if you want a bath sheet take your own).

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Its location was perfect, very close to restaurants, shops, and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was excellent (pressure and temperature)! We would recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay!

The only thing we did not like (although it was not unbearable) was a very distinct smell (either humid or chemical smell) in the comforter cover. This may have been due to the method of washing. We notified the hotel staff at check-out and they were very understanding and informed us they would look into it.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The lowest priced room is very small, but they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room which was spacious and comfy. I recommend booking the slightly larger room later. The location of the place is great (very close to Hammersmith tube station).

The location of the hotel is very good, just a couple of minutes away from the Hammersmith Station and there's plenty of options for restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. The room was quite spacious and with everything we needed. It was mostly clean and pleasant. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. For the price and location, I would say it's a decent choice.

Couldn't manage to set up the right temperature in the room and it was very cold during the night. The windows also don't appear to be double-glazed and we could hear the noises from the street pretty well in the morning. Also the configuration of the bathroom is quite weird. The shower is kind of located within the wardrobe, and the sink is outside of the shower room, making it quite inconvenient to use. And the toilet is also in another separated cubicle. I would rather have a normal bathroom with everything together in the same place

Location excellent, staff super friendly and helpful, bed was so comfortable. Toiletries were high quality. TV didn't have access to standard Smart TV apps, and no bathrobes in room was a shame. Soundproofing great except for door to room so very audible when people were in hall. We expected a hot plate and microwave based on other reviews but these seem to have been removed. Only two towels in room but more promptly provided by staff when requested. We requested early check in (9am) and late check out (2pm) which was allowed for £20 each - this was great value to us following a flight and allowed us to nap before exploring London. Would definitely return.

Surprisingly, how many things can fit into a small space (in a good way). The room has a work-friendly area with a fairly large desk, an office chair, and possibly wired internet. There is also a small sofa in the room. The bed is very comfortable and large. The room also has a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and safe to make the stay more pleasant. The staff was very kind. The room also has 2 European power sockets and several UK and USB power outlets.

"The pillows were a bit too soft. The shower pressure seemed a bit too weak (but that's probably normal in big cities). The view from the window is of a brick wall.

We had a fantastic stay here. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived—every staff member was warm, attentive, and eager to assist with any of our request. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and the lobby staffs provided great recommendations for local attractions/deals. We broke our luggage on our first day and they had helped to discard it, thank you!!! The location was excellent, with Hammersmith Tube Station just a short 10-minute walk away, plenty of cafés nearby, and both Lidl and IKEA conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Whether exploring the city or relaxing at the hotel, everything was easily accessible and well-maintained. Additionally, a nearby café offers discounts for guests staying at Heeton. This hotel is also very family-friendly—we traveled with our 2-year-old son, and he absolutely loved the bed! The surrounding area felt safe for families, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here!

I needed an inexpensive room for the night and Booking.com recommended the Heeton. A room for under £80 in London is a good deal I thought. I got there earlier than expected because it is a quick ride on the tube from Paddington. They were very friendly and were able to check me in early, which was very convenient. The room was surprisingly large with a big desk, a sofa and large comfortable double bed. It was much more than I had expected!

The event I was in town to attend was a good 30 minutes away by tube. But that of course is not the hotel's fault! Arriving at Paddington, getting to Bond Street is one stop on the Elizabeth line but going via a hotel in Hammersmith does make it a little more complicated. But again - not the hotel's fault!

Really enjoyed staying at this Hotel! The beds were much bigger than expected and also very comfy and cozy. The whole place has an amazing atmosphere to it and the staff was lovely too. Also I liked that every time that we left the room we would find it clean and tidy up. The location is nice depending where you have to go, I had two concerts at the Eventim Apollo so it was perfect, but I also was able to go to London Center with just a 40 minutes ride using the metro which you can find right outside the hotel.

The only thing I wished they had was a restaurant /breakfast buffet but they actually do offer discounts at nearby places so that’s nice!
