Very Clean, the daily clean was excellent. Breakfasts were excellent. Service was excellent, and all of the staff were really nice and helpful. We would especially like to thank Kate, even though all the staff were really great.

We found ourselves on the 3rd floor without a lift. We are 75/78 years old. Had I realised that this was the situation, I would have asked for the 1st floor. The staff helped with the luggage. But still, we would go down in the morning and would not go back to our rooms until the evening. The room had character, and it was spotless. It was very small. But there were no wardrobes or cupboards, and for someone flying in from abroad for 9 nights, that really was not comfortable. We couldn't unpack entirely. We personally do not need an extensive minibar. We did need a fridge.

Nice and relaxed staff. Always willing to help and do attend the guests wishes. The building is amazing and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The toilet is very nice and clean and they also have small goods like tea, coffee and apples in your room. I loved this. It's really worthwhile. I asked for a quiet room, so I was placed on the last floor. A lot of stairs, but the room was extremely quiet and cozy. I got what I asked for. I would just suggest getting a phone, because I didn't find one and had to go downstairs every time I had to ask something. The pub is amazing and the food is great. I loved their products ( shampoo, conditioner). They were really good. A very nice surprise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Brook Green Hotel in London, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with an incredibly warm and friendly welcome that made me feel right at home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is cozy and inviting, with a lovely ambiance that made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, which I truly appreciated. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and in ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the neighborhood around the hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of charming shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it a perfect location to explore and experience the local culture. Overall, I cannot recommend The Brook Green Hotel highly enough. Whether you're visiting London for business or pleasure, this hotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere that will make your stay memorable. It's a lovely pub , just a few minutes walk from from Hammersmith tube station. The room was clean ,comfortable and warm! The king size bed was also very comfortable. The snacks and drinks were a nice idea, although we didn't indulge. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Booking in was nice and easy. We spent some time down in the pub for our evening meal and for breakfast. It has a relaxed atmosphere with a victorian style decor and a beautiful fire place. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly , helpful and courteous. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely stay again and recommend 👌

There are only two things that could've made our stay better. The shower had poor water pressure, and on Sunday night, it was quite cold, so if the fire in the pub was going, that would've made it nice and cosy to top off a really relaxing experience.

The Brook Green pub was beautiful! High ceilings, lots of light and comfy lounges as well as tables. The pub has a large Tesco located behind it and a fantastic laundromat just a few doors down, very handy when you are away for a few weeks. Hammersmith station is a short stroll away.

The room we had was lovely, with a king-sized bed, but not a lot of room around the bed. Fine for us as we were in London for the cricket, so spent very little time in our room.

We really loved the place! It’s a Lovely cozy hotel , Tastefully decorated with attention to details. The room was small but very well designed and the bed big and comfortable. It was really nice to find coffe and tea available as well as fruit and a well stocked mini bar . I had all my toiletries with me but the bathroom had very nice products for hair and body . We felt welcome . The staff is very kind and the hotel very clean. The pub atmosphere was also great with lovely Christmas decorations. We really enjoyed having a drink there before going to dinner.

This was such a gem! My new goto for whenever I’m in London. Loved the charm, details and location of this place. It was a beautiful and charming pub on main floor and boutique hotel with so many thoughtful amenities above. The best of both worlds in one. Location was excellent. A welcome relief of fresh air within higher end residential village with lots of shops and easy access to transportation. Far from the noise, crowds and madness of central London. Loved the made to order breakfast every morning and the well stocked snacks and beverages. Great attention to detail. Don’t understand how this didn’t have more stars. Better than most other 4 and 5 star properties I’ve stayed.

Steps were fine for us, but not good for those with mobility challenges.

The concept of a pub with hotel rooms upstairs is well proven, and works great for everyone social. The house is victorian, and the rooms not big, but well kept. But hey, if you want big rooms in London you need spend a fortune. The subway (Hammersmith St.) is a 10 minute walk, and the ride into center another 15 minutes. Breakfast is a small buffet plus you can order freely from the small traditional cafe menu - alltogether sufficient. No freshly squeezed juice, but great coffee, and the chef does a good job cooking. Menu did not vary the 3 mornings I was there, though. Appropiatly, there is a section of the pub reserved for hotel guests to enjoy breakfast - works great.

Loved staying at the Brook Green Hotel. My wife and I were in a bit of a bind and needed to find a place to stay for the last few days of our European adventure. We came across Brook Green Hotel and decided this was where we stay to finish off our last few days of our trip. It was fantastic. Great rooms, comfortable bed, super friendly staff. Great location with easy access to transportation. We caught the bus across the street on Saturday to head over to Craven Cottage for the Fulham FC match. Couldn’t have been any easier!!! Loved this hotel and would 100% stay here again!!

This boutique hotel is charming with wonderful decor & details. The rooms were comfortable with nice bedding and large soft towels. The soaps were amazing! The pub serves delicious food. The location is ideal, between Hammersmith & Shep Bush tube stations (a 10 min walk to either), with lots of shops, a Tesco & restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was necessary & appreciated! The bottle of water provided was a very welcome amenity, along with the tea/coffee machine.

While the location is ideal between 2 tube stations, this hotel is close to a police station. There were times when it was rather noisy due to the sirens. Ask for a room in the back to help with this as the main street is busy until late at night and if you are just above the basement bar, expect noise of happy people until late. Some firmer pillows would be been great.
