I love the 2nd room that we were provided on the 2nd day. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds and linens were cleaned and comfy. We had a hot water kettle and lots of coffee and tea. The ensuite was large compared to the previous room. The grocery store is opposite. It's was easy to get essentials. There are two train stations within 10 minutes. It was my mom 1st time in London. She had a good time. We all had a good time. Beautiful stay at Comfotel. This room came as a beautiful surprise. I would recommend staying here.

I didn't like the first room. It was in the basement. Had a smell. It's very small for 3 people. The bathroom was tiny. My family was very unhappy. We had already paid in full. We had no more money to rent another. The staff said they needed to renovate. Hence, we were provided with the 2nd room. I hope breakfast is provided when the reservation is completed.

Clean, good value for price and good location. Staff were also very friendly and let us leave our bags after check out as our train wasn’t until the evening.

Room was small but not complaining as it was just for sleep and very good price. Also a smell from previous stay coming from toilet but disappeared shortly after, a bit of air freshener would’ve done the job but regardless very very clean.

Requested a quiet room and got one. Was small, but had everything I required, including a fridge, which is a bonus in this price category.

Would be nice to have a breakfast option, however the room had a kettle to make tea or coffee, an there's a Sainsbury's Local directly across the street and a large Tesco nearby

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

Staff was very friendly. We arrived early, staff did early check in on our request. Room was very clean. Hotel is closed to many attractions. There was a kettle tea and coffee in my room which I was not expecting in such budget. Recommend.

The staff are fantastic, very helpful and personable. Especially front of house staff named Ahmed. He goes above and beyond to help me and my partner. Couldn't ask for better service. Will definitely be returning 5****

We didnt like having to leave

It was what we were expecting for what we pay. The rooms are a little bit small but it has everything you need. The staff was very friendly

The kitchen was a little bit messy, but it’s mostly for staff use so it really doesn’t matter.

It was close to the place I was visiting, and comparatively cheap.

No blind in the bathroom, with toilet and shower visible to anyone opposite who may choose to look... not acceptable. Hung one of the provided towels over the window. Please fit a blind!

Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby.

Bathroom could use a refresh, but it was clean and functional.
