Was very clean and well located and super helpful and very welcoming ppl.. especially a young guy called Rubel or Ruben that helped me with my heavy baggage and laundry stuff and politely refused my tips… Thank you Plaza hotel you made my stay nicer than anywhere I been so far🙏🏻

Good accomodation in London for a decent price. It was nice to stay there. The most most important advantage is the hotel's customer service - they are kind, helpful and understanding. Also, the location is great. It's just a few tube tube stations to get to the city centre, but you can stay in a more peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Other advantages: - clean and fresh linen - kettle and fridge in a room - nice bathroom - TV - many power plugs - good wi-fi - easy check-out Other positives are Sainsbury's market and Gail's cafe in proximity :)

The room needs some renovation. But this is the result of regular use.

Best location.. worth what you pay for and most of all very honest and helpful ppl.. imagine I and my gf came back from centre and a bit drunk and noisy I have to say and the reception guy was super professional the way he dealt with the situation and no to mention that he surprised us few hrs later by knowing to our door and handed to my gf her little purse containing her cards .. driving license and nearly 100£ cash as well and we didn’t even know yet that the bag was left behind just outside the hotel in a smoking aria.. if there was some more ppl like him this world could have been much better place …God bless and thanks alone to all of them

The hotel is located in a convenient area in Shepherd's Bush, just literally one minute walk from bus stops and ten minutes from three tube stations. The staff is super friendly, super flexible, and there to help for whatever problem. Rooms are super basic but honestly beyond average, in that price range. Especially if you don't have much luggage, this is the perfect place to be. I would recommend this solution especially to lone travelers: very quiet at night, very safe.

Not a negative aspect, but more of a disclaimer to people suffering from back issues. Steps are steep and there is no elevator. Make sure you get a ground floor room:)

The location was very very good with accessibility to bus stops, major shopping mall, train station and lots of corner shops to buy groceries. The staff we met were very nice and helpful to us and ready to provide answers to our questions. The hotel was also very clean and they provided all necessary supplies like towels, tissues and soap

The WiFi quality was not good on the top floor where we were.

I really liked Jay and his warm approach. He is so kind and explained us a lot of things face to face. I wanted a lot of tea and milk bags. He offered so generously! The room was very very small but it was fine enough to be cozy. The heater worked well and we all slept very well.

It's an old place , so no lift. Extremely cramped space. It will be super troublesome to carry your luggages in your room. If you can ignore these things, you'll like the location and safety. Shops and a pub nearby . Bus stops are nearby as well.

Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Easy checkout in the morning. Easy to come and go as you pleased. Close to restaurants and two Tube stations.

As foreigners, we did not know there was a switch on the outside of the bathroom for the hot water. Or at least that is what we figured out at other hotels later. We had issues with not always having hot water for showers. Not really the facilities problem, but maybe labeling the switch on the outside of the bathroom since it's London and there are bound to be other foreigners like us. Also it was hot and muggy when we were there in August. Windows don't open very much at all, so hard to get much cool evening air into the room. Fan helped, but it was still quite warm.

Great location. Great pillows! Far better than any other hotel I have stayed at on Shepherds Bush Road. The television actually worked perfectly well!

Photograph ID was requested upon arrival. I was not pre-warned of this mandatory requirement. It was extremely lucky I had a photograph of my passport in my phone otherwise the staff would have not allowed me to stay. The ceiling needed painting over a couple of damp patches and two small lamps did not work but mainly surprisingly great.

Very well situated. Within 10 minutes leisurely walk to Shepherd's Bush, if that. About 10-15 to Hammersmith station. The beds were quite comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room also had basic amenities like an electric kettle and such, which was appreciated.

Bathroom was a bit dirty and the drain seemed a little faulty. If you took a longer shower, the floor would be drenched. Still, it wasn't a big deal. Just something that could be improved.

I really like Plaza Hotel, the staff was lovely, I was very well greeted, it is a lovely place close to tube, buses, overground,etc., very good transpor facilities. The bedroom was a very good single size, with nice bathroom and a nice bed. There was a kettle, coffee, sugar, milk and a fridge. At plaza Hotel, I was made feel like home. Thank you.

Perhaps it could do with a good dust in the radiators, the fan and the tables.
