From the moment I booked this hotel all staff were attentive and understood my assignment. I had book a two night stay for my wedding that ended up being a 3 nights. Upon entering the room on the first night I was greeted with balloons 🎈and some lovely money boxes which contained chocolates, a lovely touch🎊. The morning of the wedding the staff assisted with my flower drop off and supplied free parking for my photographers. After the wedding my husband and I returned to our suite, to our surprise we was given a bottle of bubbly, strawberries dipped in chocolate followed by a plate with cake and macaroons saying Congratulations 🎊 In the bedroom was a HUGE red heart balloon🎈❤️ with rose petals sprinkled over the bed and floor. This made our day extra special. The morning after the wedding, my husband surprised me with an additional nights stay, to which the hotel upgraded our room for free. The one thing that does need improving is the WIFI, as a good will gesture I was able to check out some of the other suites to see if the WiFi was better of which we moved to a room with better Internet for our last night stay. The room is larger than average rooms for the same price with even a living area. It was clean and I really loved the personalized touch of the card, in the room, addressed to me by the hotel direction. The bathroom was large enough with toiletries. All amenities were as described on the site. The SPA was real nice. Though I did not use the Sauna and Steam, it was offered to me with the choice of enjoying it before or after the treatment. Prepare a swimming suit should you want to use the SPA. The hotel is located in a very quiet area but at 3 to 10mn walk, you can easily access a mall, lots of restaurants, shops, bus stops and Westfield London. It was really nice and worth returning in the area. Besides, it is located at just 30mn ride to Heathrow airport.

The room and bathroom were great. The communal hallway has great lighting and pictures, which is great for Instagram. Staff in treatment floors and at the reception are very nice and welcoming. Bless up to them 🙏🏾. (Hope they enjoy the wine). The dance studio at the gym floor was a plus.

- Bit rusty in Bathtub drainage hole - Had technical issues with the TV, (but was upgraded to a different, bigger and much nicer room) - table lamp was flickering, - lights were not working in wet rooms - bathtub was small (mainly because it could not handle our thiccccccccc thighs) #neverskiplegday 🦵🏽 - foutain in the hydro pool did not work.

Location was by a shopping mall, room was very quiet but was the furthest away from everything, but I did ask for a quiet room, that normally means not by the lift! Clean room, just about big enough, good fridge. Perfectly fine and functional for putting your head somewhere or a business stay. You wouldn't want to do a week stop here.

The photos look nothing like the hotel, photos make it look like a spa, its really not. Its a standard hotel, with a gym, not that we went in. Photos made it seem like a spa, spend time there etc, it was a gym in a basement. Someone on the corridor was ignoring the no smoking in the room and was enjoying smoking canabis for at least 2 night.

Some of the amenities a bit dated, such as bathroom - Shower & Bath wear & tear. Shower head covered with limescale & rusty. However anticipated major refurbishment should take care of this . WIFI connectivity not very good. It was intermittent and/or unavailable via mobile and laptop in hotel room. For hotel guests there should be some benefits for staying at the hotel over non guests especially when it comes to K Spa . It should be available free of charge as in most hotels the facilities are for guests, at least prices for treatments should be reduced or subsidised quite a bit.

The staff were all absolutely incredible, the lady at the desk went above and beyond, myself and my daughter were waiting outside for our taxi & without us knowing she called the taxi firm to chase it. She then came out to tell us the taxi will be late and to go with uber instead. She was then super helpful showing me what to do. It was exceptionally clean so hats off to all of the cleaners at the hotel. Thank you for a beautiful stay at your hotel, & for making my daughters first experience to London pleasant. It made our weekend amazing.

Excellent location with lovely spa and very comfortable beds and spotless bathroom.

Moved the bed as I dropped something, under the bed was filthy, clearly not cleaned for a long time. In the room you could not open the windows. Air con needed all night.. Continental breakfast was extortionate for what you get. It’s very basic. A self service charge added for a buffet service is a bit of a joke. Staff at breakfast were quite rude unhelpful and abrupt when we asked for stock to be refilled.

Booking the room was easy via booking.com. Booking the spa treatment was easy via phone call. The issues we had was they don't serve halal food, the parking was first come first serve basis and they couldn't guarantee early check-in On the day, the room was ready so we were able to do early check-in (11am instead of 3pm). The location was very good, with easy access by car and by tube, and it's right opposite westfield shopping centre. The room was really nice. Big and spacious and my favourite was the huge bed on one side of the room. Big enough to fit 4 adults to be fair. We were able to get parking, and paid for the 24hrs. And we were able to do late check-out, only charging £10 per hour (we extended it for 3 hours). The shower could be better by also providing shower head attached to a cable for us to move and wash the whole of our body. Comfortable robes and slippers. TV was nice and large, with good access to channels. Also allows us to use youtube. A huge thank you to Jefferson at the front desk for looking after us. He did the check-in for us, allowed us to do late check-out and also allowed us to extend our parking free of charge which was super, super, super nice and helpful. A huge thank you to Sally our masseuse for the wonderful back massage. The use of lavender and peppermint oil was great and her technique and pressue was perfect to help relieve muscle soreness and pains on our back. Over all, a good hotel to be in. I would highly recommend the hotel to be able to provide halal catering, even if it is upon request. We gave them 2 weeks noticed to accommodate our dietary requirements which was not fulfilled (luckily westfield shopping centre provided enough, but for the money we have paid for the stay, the hotel should have been able to provide).

Went here for mine and my husband’s birthday the did a ballon service we had rose petels on the bed and in the bath with giant love hearts and birthday ballon’s with Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries. Our room was up graded to executive as well as complimentary parking as an extra bonus. Location was fantastic few minutes walk from shopping and close to train station really happy with our stay. Only booked for 1night however we debated about staying another night and front desk was willing to price match cheaper option found online. Overall lovely stay would recommend
