I had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great—close to shops, public transport, and in a quiet neighborhood, which made it perfect for both relaxing and getting around easily. The room itself was spotless and cozy, with a beautiful view of the backyard that added a peaceful vibe. Muhammad, the property manager, was amazing. He reached out before my arrival to check when I’d be arriving and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in managing the property well. Highly recommend staying here—everything was just perfect, and I’d definitely come back.

Property was in good location for what we were there for. Perfect for two adults and two young kids. I loved how I was able to leave my suitcase earlier than the check in time- that was super helpful.

The cleanliness wasn’t amazing, the windows I don’t think had ever been cleaned. Dust by the sides of beds. Also, the lock on the door to the actual room was not bolted properly, which lead to being able to twist around.

Very friendly staff, easy check in, great location, smallish but manageable.

The wifi could be spotty and there wasn’t any real storage for a longer trip.

Amazing hosts, beautiful suite very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a space away from home.

The cleaner who happened to be the lone staff we made in person contact with was very friendly, supportive, and hardworking. Very professional indeed!

Great location ten mins from shepherds bush underground and near Kensington /central London. For price it was fab! Got everything we need other than air con but tbh most places don't have Aircon in London!! The owner was v good at meeting us and letting us in. V friendly. Had all u need Nespresso machine! Great shower.

As I say a bit hot. But there was 2 fans. Bed could be a tad bigger. Maybe put the TV on the wall. Maybe provide a few more hooks to hang stuff. It might be more spacious if turn bed 90 degrees? Maybe a kick of paint. It didn't look quite as luxurious as the photos. But I am picking at little stuff here I thought it was fab and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptional, and Mariam was very responsive to anything we asked for. The location was excellent. The place is so quiet. The view to the back filled with trees and birds was so serene. I will book this place again. I had all I needed to cook and relax.

At first, the place was smaller than I expected. But they explained I should have gone for the studio. Anyway, they made sure we were comfortable. That is what matters.

Habiba, Mohammed, Aziz and all their team made my stay an absolute delight. Really attentive and always at hand going the extra mile to ensure all was ok. Location is really handy for access to transport and for visiting key London attractions. Price-quality couldn't be better and though the rooms could do with a freshen up I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting London and I'll certainly keep it in mind for my next visit.

The room was well-equipped with everything I needed—hairdryers, irons, and other useful appliances. I also appreciated the little touch of a biscuit to go with my tea—it made it feel that bit more thoughtful and homely. Would definitely stay again! The bed was comfy

There was a bit of a smell in the corridor, but it seemed like they were aware of it as there was Fabreeze automatic sprayer in the basement area. It didn’t ruin the experience though—I still had a comfortable stay overall.
