Despite reading a few harsh reviews before booking, we found everything to be smooth and problem-free. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to Hyde Park and with easy access to public transport, making it ideal for exploring London. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality provided at such a reasonable price.

The location was great—close to shops, public transport, and in a quiet neighborhood, which made it perfect for both relaxing and getting around easily. The room itself was spotless and cozy, with a beautiful view of the backyard that added a peaceful vibe. Muhammad, the property manager, was amazing. He reached out before my arrival to check when I’d be arriving and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in managing the property well. Highly recommend staying here—everything was just perfect, and I’d definitely come back.

Before booking, we noticed a few negative reviews, but honestly, our experience was completely different. We didn’t face any issues at all – everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The stay was comfortable, the location was convenient, and overall we were very happy with our choice. Sometimes you just have to experience it yourself, and we’re glad we did!

Property was in good location for what we were there for. Perfect for two adults and two young kids. I loved how I was able to leave my suitcase earlier than the check in time- that was super helpful.

The cleanliness wasn’t amazing, the windows I don’t think had ever been cleaned. Dust by the sides of beds. Also, the lock on the door to the actual room was not bolted properly, which lead to being able to twist around.

A comfortable room, best thing is the location near Kensington Olympia Station

There was no storage in the reception area , as I wanted to leave my baggage for a few hours after my check out, usually this is available in all the hotels, but not this one.

I would like to say that the property manager and staff was excellent in handling our needs, and i have to mentioned also the holland stay communication team, they were above par and reacted to all my needs immediately, even simple questions such as confirmation of key codes. The best of the service was when there was a blackout at 1230 am, it was attended to immediately and settled by 1 am, kudos to the team and the maintenance guy. Leif ( i think) the property manager was charming and very helpful in all ways. Thanks Holland Stay team and the property Manager and his maintenance guy.
