My stay was wonderful! The hotel is very well located and easy to access. The self check-in process works perfectly, and the staff who assisted me were incredibly friendly and helpful. A really cool bonus is that they provide a Polaroid camera for guests to use during their trip — such a fun touch! I also appreciated the window lock, which made me feel safer sleeping with the window open during the hot weather.

The room is really small — our suitcase didn’t fit well and space was tight overall. The bathroom is also quite cramped. It was hot in London during our stay, and because the room is so compact, it got very warm inside. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning or fan, which made it uncomfortable at times.

I had a wonderful stay!very nice area ! a walking distance to metro stations cafes and and tesco ! The place was spotless extremely clean and well maintained. staff were very attentive and always quick to respond on WhatsApp. The mobile system for check-in, check-out, and even opening the door is super impressive! The room had everything you could possibly need coffee, tea, towels, a yoga mat, smart TV, and more. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and attention to detail. The room wasn’t large but sufficient enough and comfortable. Although it was small but the window was large so I did not feel claustrophobic. It was exceptionally clean and there’s everything one needs, Coffee machine, fridge, microwave…. I will defined visit again. Although there is no face to face contact with staff but I was constantly contacted on WhatsApp and when I asked something they replied within minutes. A fan was also available for the hot summer months

If I would brag about something it’s about Stairs …. But that’s how houses in London are.

The room had great facilities which wasnt expected. The location was very near public transport links but also walkable. The room has everything I needed for a night and was mostly clean. Really liked the app/website you use as access to the apartment and room. Worked very well and it was handy not carrying around keys If you're like me and just like a no frills room for a night thats comfortable, easily accessible and in a good price range I definitely recommend.

The bathroom is quite cramped which is ok for me but for someone larger could be a problem. The shower and sink were both a little dirty with visible grime or stray hairs. Otherwise fine and clean. The shower head was leaking from the bottom connector a bit so water was spraying but also nothing too bad. I couldnt get the window to close and while to was very warm that night, the sound was not ideal

The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a handwritten note to welcome us and there was even a Polaroid camera available which we could lend to take photos during our trip. We booked the smallest room available so there was not a lot of space to put personal belongings and the bathroom was very small, but nonetheless it was very well equipped. Would recommend 👍

The only downside that we experienced was a technical defect with the automatic locks. The door to store our luggage and the door to our room wouldn't open. However, after a quick call to the help desk we got instructions to obtain a physical key and later during our holiday, the technical issue got resolved.

Booked at the last minute so pleased to have excellent friendly helpful comms that were very easy to follow. The room was compact but well designed, thoughtfully equipped with all I would ever require, great kitchen, good complimentary coffee and plunger, fan for hot weather, m/w, bathroom items, easy plugs by the bed, tote bag for shopping, comfty clean bed.! Everything was a step more than the usual. And, a self serve luggage hold as well. Perfect. Round the corner from a late night organic food market with fab food for a very late dinner. Loved it and thank you Bob W. Very easy and welcoming for a tired traveller in need of some tlc. I would say prob the best I have found over many years.

I enjoyed my stay in this place. It is located in a residential neighborhood, and although it is not very close to the subway, there are several stores like supermarkets nearby, and it is possible to reach tourist places like Hyde Park on foot. In the accommodation there is no front desk, it is all via whats app. Anyway the manager answers promptly, and is always aware of any need. The room I stayed in was quite small; however, it had everything I needed: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, closet, etc. The shower had good water pressure and temperature, and the mattress was quite comfortable. Also, I appreciated the effort put into the decoration, as well as the details such as having an adapter for the British plugs, which was very useful for me. With your stay you have free access to a complete gym, from the PureGym chain, which is located about 20 minutes walk from the accommodation. Access is available during the staffed hours, which is from 6am to 10pm, although it should be noted that entry and exit can be a bit tricky, as it depends on a staff member being available at that time. I would definitely stay here again.

An exceptional stay. I got an upgrade to the Homey Studio and was stunned by how beautiful and comfortable the facility was. Space, light, delicious coffee available and a very comfortable kitchen space, plenty of space to hang clothes, an incredibly comfortable bed... and the scent in the room was fantastic! A truly stunning stay. I also used the online help desk to get a later check-in and the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and efficient. Overall, instructions all over the room as super clear, so even without a reception, the guest feels extra taken care of.

The studio faced the hotel's courtyard and some guests stayed up until late to chat, so the noise travelled all the way up to my room. Fortunately, it didn't go on until too late. The location is central but not too close to any tube stations. Bus stops are nearby, but do factor it in when planning.

Everything was great. We didn’t have any trouble with the self checkin. I work in IT and I really appreciated how this accomodation is making use of the platform, being able to unlock doors, finding facilities and activities. We had a dedicated chat on Whatsapp from the moment we booked the room and it was very helpful. You can ask any question at any hour before and during the stay. The room is small, but it is just enough. It is well equipped and clean. The bathroom was just enough and also clean. We also had many facilities and everything we needed in the room, including hair dryer, adapters for UK slots, coffee, tea, ear plugs and so on. The bathroom also had shampoo, shower gel, everything you need. We were surprised to even have an Polaroid in the room, but unfortunately it didn’t have paper. Not sure if it was supposed to. The room was hot and we also had hot water at any time. It is mostly quiet, but you can hear sometimes people from the hallway. For us it was no problem. They also have a laundry room and irons to use. We didn’t use the washing machine, but the iron was handy for one of our friends. The location is pretty good. We felt safe walking at night. There is a bus station very close to the building and also a metro 15-20 min walking. There was one more metro that operates only in weekends. There are markets around that were open during evening. Also, close to the location is a very nice park. It is a very good price for value deal.

Bob W London Olympia has a new approach to accommodation. Check-in and access to your room is all done via their app, which offers so many other features like gym access, breakfast bookings and recommendations for attractions in the area. They also leave some goodies in your room, and the fact that your stay is energy efficient also feels very positive.

We were in the basement room, which was nice and cozy but for some reason it was also boiling hot (could be a laundry room nearby). We had to sleep with the fan on.
