Great place! Location is okay with plenty of transportation options to the center, while still being on the less crowded side of things. Bed was comfortable, shower was fantastic. Staff were incredibly nice and helped to resolve any issues I had quickly and efficiently. WiFi was fast and stable. Great value, lovely place. I would definitely come here again if I’m ever in London.

The original room I got looked to be a bit newer - but it was in minus 1 floor and outside the window were people talking which made me uncomfortable. However, they let me switch rooms to a room on the second floor without any issues and were very nice about it. The room I eventually got was a bit older with things needing a little maintenance, but was clean and nice and I had a good time there. I don’t think it’s a place for romantic getaways, but it’s a very good place to explore the city from and even work a little.

So for an overall the hotel is getting an 8/10. The value for the rooms is totally fine in my opinion and they may be small rooms, but it’s really perfect if all you need is to sleep and shower. BUT they are like perfect equipped with everything to which i cannot complain.

The only thing i must say is, keep an eye out for anything in your room that was damaged beforehand. They don’t accuse of anything of course, but it’s just a general advice from me. For instance my room that I shared with my friends hat a hole in the curtain and my cousin who shared a room with my brother had a bit of a wobbly door handle. Just inform them about these things beforehand.

I booked last minute and the price was extremely reasonable for central London in Summer. The air con was fantastic, the kitchenette was so useful, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was good, as were the USB chargers and the room was really clean.

The air con leaked after I turned it off and on again. The shower door was insanely loud and squeaky. The toilet holder fell off. The cleaning staff could see in to my room at the back of the building so there was no complete privacy unless I closed the curtains.

I’m with nationwide and got deposit back in 2 days. Been staying with these guys in either new Kent, imperial suites or imperial studios.. my stay has always been comfortable and the conditions immaculate!! Do not hesitate when it comes to booking this property.

I loved how close it was to a couple of undergrounds which meant we could easily get all round London. It was also close to bus stops , a number of shops, cafe's and places to eat out . The rooms were very clean . The staff were lovely and helpful . The lighting in the room was great as it had the big lights but if u needed it dimmer they had small side lights as well as ambient lights around the ceilings. The tv was a smart TV meaning I could log into my Netflix /prime ect . Great when relaxing at night with the dimmed lights . (Just don't forget the log out before u leave ) .

The only thing wrong was it had a little kitchen (compacted into a cupboard which was cool) with hobs, however no pots or pans to actually cook with. The staff were lovely when I asked if they had a spare one tho and brought one down to our room for us . Just be mindful of the fact that the hobs are induction, meaning they take longer to heat up.

First of all the location is amazing. A 15 minute walk to Kensington high street, 8 minute to Olympia exhibition, and sainsbury nearby. I was here for a career forum at Olympia so it can’t be more convenient. The single room is really nice and cost effective. I stayed in the single sole use for 3 days and extended the booking by 1 day. It has a good view, a kitchen, toilette and shower room. I moved to the double room for the last couple days of my trip. It’s bigger and the facility is better but it’s underground.

Nothing big but the double room underground is a bit stuffy and a bit depressing when the only thing you see outside of the window is concrete.

The location is excellent. Most of the staff were excellent, especially the guys working at the reception desk in the evening. The WiFi was also good as well as the kitchenette.

Thy didn’t change the bed sheets even once a week. They also did not clean the shower area for practically a month that we stayed there. They did not provide soap or shampoo after the first day. Similarly, they provided coffee for the coffee maker and bottled water for the first day only. This seemed strange to us because if the unit had been occupied by a new client the next day, they would have provided all the above services to her/him.

They accommodated my request for a quiet room. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly. Well connected with bus and underground, if you don't mind walking for 5-10 minutes. In a residential area, yet a busy car street passes right in front, so I can imagine front facing rooms would be more loud. Room was small but well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, kettle, minifridge and cutlery. I stayed inside for a while studying, but its more than ideal if your goal is to explore the city

Functioning rooms with all the key amenities and few extra. Super WiFi and amazing Aircon, not to mention the kitchenette and excellent shower. Great location and the price was very good. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Felt safe and my room was overlooking beautiful courtyard with big trees. Holland park and Kensington palace just stone throw away.

The cleanliness could be improved. I don't know when the room's surfaces had been wiped but not recently.

Nice area. Easy access to tubes and trains. There is not a huge amount to see or do in this area, but I was not in tourist mode. Room had good facilities such as mini kitchen. Plenty hot water and the shower was great. Bed was comfy.

On busy road. At one point, I thought it was the emergency services No.1 route as lots sirens frequently. Road is busy and my room was roadside. Thankfully, windows have secondary glazing. Great Burger bar across from the olympia. Best burger I have ever tasted, worth the short walk.
