The location was perfect for heading into London without being right in the middle of it. There were various restaurants and shops around so it provided everything we needed. There is always someone around if you need something! It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was enough.

The place is a little dated, and could perhaps do with a little renovation, but nothing massive. For example the carpet on the stairs is very worn, which is a pity as it's the first thing you see walking in. The other thing was the pillows, one per person and they're very thin. I think as standard there should be 2. Neither of these are deal breakers though, and all in all it was good value for money and exactly what we needed.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Naeem who already could tell us that our room was ready and we could check-in which we were very happy to hear. We were happy that we got a room on 1st floor as I also asked for before arrving, and it was close to the elevator. All the staff members were so nice, servicemided and took their time to help us with our questions. The room has the most important things you need and the beds were comfortable. We really liked the location! You can find a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and the underground station is just 5 minutes away which we used a lot. You can also find a bus station just in front of the hotel where you can take different lines. It was a perfect stay for a week and we will definetly come back again next time we are in London.

Very clean, neat and tidy, good choice for buffet breakfast, staff were extremely polite and professional. The beds were very comfortable with fresh clean sheets and towels. Good location, only 6 minutes walk to nearest tube station, and right on Kensington High Street.

Unfortunately, there is ONLY ONE negative point. On the second night the fire alarm went off at approx 2am, which in itself was a good thing as there genuinely was a very small fire in Nandos restaurant situated below the hotel. However, the night porter was no where to be seen, leaving startled guests in state of confusion and not knowing what to do or where to go. This was pointed out to the owner on our departure, who assured me that the matter had been investigated and addition staff training was being carried out. It is not a reflection on the business but one individual staff member, I WILL definitely stay at there again.

Literally a 5 minute walk on the same-side from High Street Kensington underground station. Exit onto the High Street and turn left. Family-run venue. Staff always willing to assist in any way that they can. Rooms compact but not the smallest I have stayed in the capital but do have everything that you need. Excellent decor throughout, no mould in these bathrooms or dingy decor. Best high-pressure (adjustable) hotel shower I have come across with ample quantities of hot water. Bedside lights with additional reading lights provide a useful extra. Full length mirror. Open fronted wardrobe and bureau. Electronic 4-digit safe. Air-con/heater unit with adjustable room thermostat. Iron and board delivered on request. Substantial Continental breakfast included in the price. Great coffee machine and with a toaster that creates toast quickly without burning. Definitely will return even when visiting theatre-land we would stay here and use the local transport.

Don't be put off by the frontage-single doorway wedged between two restaurants which belie the facilities within. Bath towels were smaller than I expected but otherwise we could not fault the venue.

Staff we met was very helpful and friendly. Shower in the room was brilliant. Beds super comfy and had tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was brilliant. Room itself was clean and smelt very clean.

The breakfast was a grab bag from reception not what was advertised when we made the booking. We didn't collect these and chose to go to Meghans over the road for breakfast (which is amazing! highly recommend). Although the room was clean there was mold around the shower and windows. This happens and wouldn't put me off staying here again but could do with a deeper clean.

staff was exceptional freindly we had a weekend from hell and the hotel made it so much easier, we had a sick friend that we had to take to hospital on the Sunday mroning as we couldnt move her and the member of staff on reception let us have late check out for this we where so grateful. The night before we my bag got stolen in central london so we couldnt get back in to the room again really accomadating. Breakfast had a good selection, hotel is a 12 mintue walk from earls court station or 2 mintue walk from kennisington station lots of shops and restaturants about the area Hotl room was clean, tidy and comfortable do take ear plugs with you as this is a busy street and you can hear niose from each level

The hotel is right on Kennington high street, metro, shops close by. There is a beautiful park down the street to walk through, it leads all directions and metros are everywhere. The room was clean and quiet (no view). The room was equipped with all that was needed. Good size bathroom. Good size room. Serve yourself breakfast, great options.

The skylight window was a bit of a shock when it opened at 3am. After looking around the room there was a velux controller which had been set to open 4 times a day. A little info on this near the controller would have been better. As it was snowing when we were in London. The breakfast needs to be filled a little more often during the time it's open.

Stayed for one night in London, the staff were very nice and friendly, and the room was comfortable. Loved the shower, had one of the rainforest types showerheads. The room is perfect for a one night stay.

The room wasn't like the photos, it was a lot smaller though granted it did have a double bed as requested, but the room itself was a lot smaller than expected, especially for the price. Perfect for a one night stay, but not for more than one night, as that's when I would spend extra time in the room, and not for sleeping, but relaxing too.

The hotel is a little tired in places but it is clean, comfortable and ideally placed (& priced) for where we wanted to be. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Might be nice to have 2 pillows and for the blind to work. Wasn’t too much of a problem for us as we only stayed 1 night.
