Great location, decently-sized for two people. The couch was actually quite comfortable to sleep on without pulling out the mattress. Functional little kitchen, everything was clean, shower was fine with enough hot water.

Wifi was pretty slow, although reliable.

Location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood with beautifull buildings around. Appartment is suitable for family of four(with two kids). Mattress toppers could add more comfort in the bed and in the sofa bed.

The apartment is well organized, clean, and in great location. The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with all things required.

The apartment needs AC. Beds needs to be changed, as its worn and not in good condition. Rooms are small.

Clear video instructions were emailed to me prior to arrival on how to pick up the keys. Dinesh was very responsive with requests. The location was excellent with great shopping and walking distance to 2 underground stations. Washing machine/Dryer was a bonus

The hot water system was poor as it was a flow through heater. Shower hot water ran out very quickly and you had to wait in the shower for it to reheat. Its perfect for two people but a bit small for 3 people as you have to use the sofa bed in the lounge. You only had 1 set of keys which was a hassle if people had different plans

Easy access to High St Kensington, Hyde park, Albert Hall and museums. Nice quiet neighbourhood populated with quality local cafes and restaurants. A great little pad to explore the West London experience.

Not enough tableware, eg cutlery and plates, as only one set provided. Auto closing doors that kept slamming shut. TV setup lacked terrestrial channels and only had basic smart functions. Door to flat had loose fitting Yale lock that didn't feel very secure.

Distribution of the apartment and location, comfy beds and very quiet.

The bathroom window was difficult to open and clean and a couple of kitchen amenities could be added.

A coffee machine, coffee and tea would have been nice and some instructions on how to use the washing machine and TV

The sleeper couch is a little uncomfortable, but was not an issue for 2 nights.
