Since our arrival, everything was going smothly. We got un upgraded room and early check in (much needed after a 11hr and 30min flight)! The room was very spacious (bed excellent) with a walking closet and a large and very confortable bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very good (including pastries, salmon and 3 types of cheeses; several choices of eggs, coffe/ chocolate à lacarte) with a very gentle staff. Well located in front of Hyde Park and Kesington Gardens with restaurants, Wholefoods market, stores and subway in a short walking distance (10/15min máx). Bus stop almost in front of the hotel. It was a very, very nice experience, a good one to remember and make me come back, for sure!

Excellent location, clean rooms and great facilities. Some of the public areas in the hotel were becoming tired. But did not detract from our stay. Loved the turn down service. The staff were all amazing theoughout the hotel and I would like to send particular thanks to Fedros and Marcus in the bar who were second to none in their level of service. Food was good, the room was clean, and stylish (although not the one we booked our view of the courtyard was actually a view of a brick wall). We had such a good time that I tried to book again for next summer, and I was shocked to find that the day after we left the hotel is showing as permanently closed. A huge loss to tourists.

The bathroom sink stopper stuck closed every-time it was used so that wasn’t great. There was a quite steep discretionary service charge that was added each day which I was so surprised by at the time I didn’t refuse and as I was hoping to return, I paid the charges.

Great location - short walk to the Royal Albert Hall. Breakfast was included in the room rate which was a bonus. Stylish hotel, if a little stark but the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Staff were polite. Room wasn't ready when we arrived (we were early so didn't expect it to be) but they phoned us when it was ready, which was earlier than the listed check-in time.

The bedroom was pretty stark, not very cosy. There were signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom - e.g., bulbs not working, chips in the bath, cracked tiles etc. We couldn't turn off the TV without having to unplug it. Only one chair in the room and no mirror other than in the bathroom - and no full length mirror either which made getting ready for a black tie event a little awkward. Photo of the incoming US president in the foyer wasn't particularly appreciated - even if it was 'fake' and part of some exhibition - other pics on display would have been a less off-putting choice. Turn down service wasn't a patch on other hotels in the area.

This is my second stay in the Baglioni hotel. I like the location directly facing Kensington Garden. The breakfast is so good and more importantly the friendly and helpful staff of the hotel. Thank you to Elena at the reception and the hotel manager for understanding and for the complimentary upgrade to a nice and spacious suite

The hotel is getting old and this was noticed in the suite I booked which was the courtyard suit which made me think of canceling my stay but I was upgraded and it was solved for two nights.

The location is unparalleled with Hyde Park just across the road. The hotel was just superb. We stayed here the night before and night of our wedding and the staff made it so special, both upgrading our room but also leaving prosecco and a beautiful plate of goodies for us. Highlight - The breakfast! Get the Full English and have no regrets, stunning. The rooms were so comfortable and beautiful, the shower and bath so luxurious. I would say I have high standards when it comes to hotels and this one exceeded mine. Thank you so much for making our stay so magical!

Nothing!! Maybe the parking but because of it's location, to be expected. Guest parking was quoted £60 per night then £4 an hour in the day which felt steep. We actually parked on the adjacent road and took the hit on a parking ticket - a mere £40! Top Tip!

We stayed for 1 night for a gig at the Royal Albert Hall and chose this hotel due to the close proximity to there. We drove from Sheffield, parked in the Q-Park Park Lane, and had a nice 30 minute walk through Hyde Park to the hotel. The surrounding area was very nice, clean and quite peaceful for London and was lovely to have a nice walk through the parks and around Kensington Palace. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We were upgraded to a Junior suite which was amazing! Large room with a walk in wardrobe, seating area and balcony and a huge bathroom with bath, separate shower and 2 sinks. Shame we were only staying the 1 night. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice including 1 hot dish to order; I had Eggs Benedict which was delicious. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Overall, a very nice stay in a city!

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful All the reception staff. The doormen/ ported and restaurant staff were brilliant.

There was no tv signal at all the whole trip. We were warned about this and it wasn’t the hotels fault but we were told when it was too late to cancel. It also meant there was no radio or music as everything went through the tv. Plumbing wasn’t fabulous Our loo made a funny noise and then was blocked on the last day. We were not happy that the hotel tried to add a 5% service charge on the whole bill. We removed it. I would have thought we should have had a 5% discount not to have tv etc!!

The room was always cleaned which included additional cleaning during the turndown service. I was pleased with the bed slippers provided. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

The staff should have explained the complimentary services better. I wasn't aware that there was a shuttle service provided within a short radius from the hotel until I was leaving to return home from London.

The location is amazing. the staff is very nice; they allowed us to check-in early without notice; cleaning staff does a very good job.

The AC didn’t seem to work, so the rooms weren’t as comfortable as they could be. The shower set-up allows a lot of water on the floor, so doors and baseboards are pretty worn. The hotel overall feels a little tired.
