The staff were cheerful and helpful and very responsive. The flat was clean and huge and the location is awesome. Just two blocks from Kensington Gardens and the Royal Albert Hall. The Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stops are an easy 8-10 minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants, an excellent pub, The Queens Arms, and a Waitrose grocery store close by. We would stay here again.

There were just two things that were over looked, which would have been caught in a quick flat check before guests arrived. 1. The heat had not been turned up so the flat was quite cold. If guests are expected, it would be good to turn up the heat prior to check in. The English radiators took awhile to warm the place. 2. There was no TV remote, which should have been checked. The staff fixed it the next day.

Excellent location in South Kensington, a variety of restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood, reasonably close to the underground, well-equipped room with kitchen and washer/dryer. Friendly and helpful concierge.

The directions on booking.com delivered us to the Queen's Gate Mews behind the property, not to the front door on Queen's Gate. The room had only one bedside lamp and no lamps in the living area - ceiling lamps only. The elevator machinery was next to our room - somewhat bothersome at nighttime.

great location. friendly staff. generally quiet clientele. updated bathroom & kitchen. well equipped for extended stay. elevator greatly appreciated. I was in a single, and in the basement.... but the 2 young families I was traveling with had 2 bedroom flats which were very roomy and nice. I had a sliding door to a tiny patio, but as other flats looked directly out on it, it really wasn't usable. That said, I really appreciated being able to open the door and get some fresh air.

The bed in my flat could use a new mattress. also, often the proximity to the elevator was bothersome because of the noise of it working sounded like it was right next to the bed. I'd stay there again but specifically ask for a different flat. I think 3 pm is a standard check in....but having to wait 7 hours after a transatlantic flight wasn't fun, and the cost to book the previous night in order to check in earlier was prohibitive

The location is exceptional - just 2 minutes from Hyde Park and Imperial College, 5 minutes from Gloucester and South Kensington stations, and very close to High Street restaurants and shopping. The property offers lovely views of Queens Gate Road. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were some cleanliness issues, particularly with the windows and behind the nightstand, which could use more attention.

I cannot see why this place does not get high ratings! I stayed for five nights and it was amazing. The service and location were perfect also the appt size was unbelievable! If you want a place to have good sleep this's definitely the one. Yes it's not close to any underground station but it's only 10 mins and walking is perfect in London I agree that upper floor may cause some noise but for me wasn't an issue! I would stay here again rather than paying mu budget to five stars hotels in London Anka the reception was amazing and so helpful. I recommend the stay here.

Primary reason for travel was an event at Albert Hall and the property was perfect for that. Had all the amenities we needed for a 3 night stay. Reasonably close to tube stations. Nice location. Felt safe walking around there. Plenty of places to eat and drink within short walking distance. Always someone on reception too. Very clean.

I was happy with everything

We loved the location. Easy walk to the train station and to good food. Neighborhood was safe and very nice. flat was very nice, comfortable and clean.

My only complaint is the last night of my stay, there was alot of stomping coming from the flat above. I wish it was a bit quieter

Anka at the reception was brilliant. Friendly and helpful (flat was missing a frying pan and Anka lent us her own). Flat was spacious; 2 sizeable bedrooms; 2.5 bathrooms (2 with bidets); 3 portable ACs; fully equipped.

Perfect location, just next to Hyde Park. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Appartment was spacious and there was lots of natural light. Super comfortable bed and pillows.

Windows were dirty, furniture was little bit worn out.

Location, space of studio and ceiling height of ground floor. Air conditioning on ground floor.

Could have been a little bit cleaner, attention to detail. Air conditioning did not have desired affect on mezzanine floor. Mezzanine floor ceiling height low.
