Location was perfect since we came to see a show at the Royal Albert Hall and just needed a place to sleep + keep our bags. great response time from the host when we arrived. Everything had been cleaned, the bathroom was clean and the bedsheets were freshly washed. The price was amazing for what we received.

The windows were quite thin and didn’t close properly, making the room cold during the night. The thin windows meant that it was also quite noisy from outside, but the area itself isn’t on a busy road so it wasn’t very loud. The pillows and blanket were quite thin, the mattress was slightly tilted on the bed, but it was all clean and amazing for the price we payed.

They say location is key in most things in life and this studio was just that. lovely part of London with a nice high street 2 minute walk away, Hyde Park within 15 and Museums nearby walking too

unfortunately there was a couple of irritating things. no cups or mugs?! would have been nice to have been informed from the get go rather than have to go on goose chase before shops shut. Make sure you remember to bring

Definitely value for money. If you’re simply looking for a place to crash and make me cuppa, it’s ideal. Great little room with freeview tv, great shower. Very clean. Great location.

Apartment was perfect size for one night and super clean! Location was incredible, right next to the tube station! we’ll be staying again.

There was some issue at the apart hotel so I did not go there, they offered me to stay in the Cromwell hotel and I stayed there for the two days. The people at the reception desk were very friendly and useful.

Part of the hotel is undergoing repairs so there was some damp smell. I did not expect so many steps to get to my room.

Great location.. staff communication was excellent and the guys at Cromwell let us use utility room to change clothing.

Windows could do with a clean and one window cracked..bed was uneven. The shower cubicle was small and the tray creaked. A lick of paint wouldn’t go a miss

Great value for money, slept 3 of us and the place felt spacious for this part of London. A good sized place

Check in was a bit of a pain, had to go to another hotel to pick up keys. The bedroom I used had the boiler in there which made an already warm night a bit uncomfortable.

Our ultimate reason for booking this studio apartment was we had a concert to attend at the Royal Albert Hall and it was situated only 10 minutes walk, half a mile, from the venue and was therefore perfectly situated for a reasonable price. It was a five minute walk from Hyde Park's Palace gate and then a lovely 2 mile walk to Buckingham Palace. It was a small, clean studio with ensuite, a double kitchen cupboard which housed microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 of plates, mugs, glasses, dishes, dessert spoons, a hairdryer and iron. There was also an ironing board and small fridge. Two large towels, soap and shower/shampoo gel were provided.

The exterior of the building was a little tired and we wondered what we would encounter inside, but the studio was clean and just what we wanted - somewhere to sleep and wash. It would, however, been helpful to have 2 knives and forks in order to eat a takeaway or prepare food, perhaps this is something that could be addressed in the future, even plastic ones would be better than none at all, but forewarned is forearmed. Having said that, we would definitely stay again!
