Great location and decor. Wheel chair accessible once in the building as there is a lift to all floors although there are 5 steps at the entrance that need to be negotiated.

There was not sufficient crockery, glasses or cutlery for the maximum occupancy of the two flats that we rented. We would have thought that this would have been addressed before we arrived. Additionally the dining table in the Chic apartment that sleeps 5 only had 4 dining chairs and the dining table in the Four bedroom loft that sleeps 8 only had 6 dining chairs. No additional chairs could be supplied which made seating everyone to eat meals in the apartment very difficult.

My stay in your apartment was absolutely amazing! The space was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The apartment was spotless, and the decor was both stylish and cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the communication with the host was seamless and prompt, adding to the overall positive experience. I stayed at Buckingham & Lloyds from April 1 to 5 and had a truly enjoyable experience. The apartment was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated — exactly like the photos. The large windows and terrace offered lovely garden views and made the space feel very open and relaxing. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, which added to the comfort of the stay. Overall, this property felt like a perfect combination of comfort and style. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were upgraded and the penthouse apartment, consisting of an upper floor (sitting room, dining room and kitchen which was marvellous for unwinding as a group, perfect after a long day of sightseeing – we were 5) and the lower sleeping floor. The master suite was lovely and large, the double bedroom comfortable and a small single room. The apartment is in a good location, across from Hyde Park and 5 minutes' walk to Kensington high street. Staff were super responsive and made us feel very welcome and at home.

Only slight "but" was that we could hear faint traffic noise from the bathroom window. We would highly recommend a stay.

They required a £500 refundable deposit, but my bank deducted a £40 fee upon return.

1. The lift is too small ( it could barely fit three persons ). Thus ; we had to use the staircase in addition to using the elevator to reach the apartment. We had to use the lift two times to lift our luggage from/to the apartment 2. There is no concierge to help with carrying the luggage and there is no security at the building entrance . 3. The sound insulation is not the best ; we could hear people walking in the flat above ours. 4. The cost of the stay is still very high.

It was even better than the photos on the booking site. Very comfortable, quiet, spacious and luxuriously finished. There were just two minor matters mentioned below but we had an incredible stay and would definitely recommend it.

The bed in the single room was more of a day bed and it was little firm for an adult to sleep on for a few nights ( the other beds were very comfortable) Some oven gloves would have been useful but we were able to use the tea towel carefully folded.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. We were traveling with our teen/20s kids and everyone loved that all the bedrooms had their own bath. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. All the staff we interacted with (shout out to Sarah and Eldridge) were very helpful and friendly. Some of us used the gym and while it requires an appointment due to size, it has good weight equipment.

It’s a little bit of a walk to the closest two tube stations, but the nice location makes up for it.

We like very much , for may time we came and stay long time .. all is ok

For a long time, the service was excellent, with very kind and courteous staff, matching the level of the establishment and the price paid. However, in recent months, this has changed. It seems there are new people without the necessary training for this level of service. In short, I hope they improve to avoid losing their regular customers.

I read a lot of good reviews . So I wasn’t disappointed when I chose the garden apartment . The living room was specious , the location of the building was perfect , just across the street from the Hyde park . the apartment was very clean, security locks was top notch . The main entrance goes down the stairs to the basement . an elevator in the living room to go up to the ground floor , was a treat for my mom . Each room had its own bathroom . Although one room was very small.

I wanted the upper level apartment. When I come next time , this will be my choice
